This Time, It's Forever

Lyla can be savage. Now that she's a mother of triplets, her action is triple times vicious. Seeing that Catherine has been cut off by her own family, she attack her father, Mr. Drew. She knew he was in contact with someone which is why she's changing her target. Dealing with the big fish is her thing and letting Braxton to deal with Catherine. Dylan however focusing his attention to Lyla's fake family. It was a three way battle if one would see it. Each with their own commander.

Lyla who used to hate being cooped inside the work room feeling great with Dylan and Braxton together with her. It completely heal her trauma. She was crazily typing away on her computer finally stopped when she found what she was looking for.

"Found it." She shrieked. Grinning evilly, she showed Dylan her findings and Braxton nosily headed towards them. Wanting to take a look the new info that they have.

"It only took you two days? Damn." Braxton couldn't help but be amazed.

"So, this is the person who have been helping the Drew family?"

"More importantly, it's a woman. I wonder why she's helping them." Lyla and Braxton turned their head towards Dylan. Dylan felt the accusing stare could only rolled his eyes.

"Wifey, you should trust your husband." Dylan decided to placate the mother of his kids.

"I didn't say anything." Lyla act innocently.

"Then stop giving me those look. I don't know her and never heard of her name before. But i felt like i've seen this person before. Just recently. During the annual dinner at K hotel where every nobles and royals are invited. I remember the people there said she's the daughter of the Lyon family." Dylan explain.

"That LYON family??? The one that's everyone been talking about? The most powerful family that has been controlling all of the business be it in the country and internationally? The one that's on the same level as you?" Braxton exaggerate.

"That should be the only one and for your info, Dylan have surpassed them recently when he succeeded in snatching away their most important clients in auto business and entertainment." Lyla interjected. Apparently right at this moment, Lyla's and Dylan humble company LHD, is not so humble any longer when they both start to worked together. With the addition to Braxton, they expand the business towards other industries making LHD the same level with the Lyon family. Recognize internationally in such a short period LHD easily snatched the Lyon's important clients from them.

"Are they taking revenge on us then?" Braxton are used to their success he couldn't bother to be surprised when he heard Dylan surpassed the Lyon's family.

"I doubt it. She's been targeting us before that. And i suspected she's been doing this without her family's knowing. Looking at the transaction and the contact, mostly it's her alone who's doing the planning and giving orders." Lyla said more.

"Then can somebody please tell me why in the world is this woman are aiming at us?"

"Not us. But more like to my wife." Dylan who's been quite for a while spoke up. His eyes never left the screen that shows multiple of transactions happening along with the date and pictures. Lyla couldn't help but frowned.

"Your wife?"

"And i'm guessing the one behind Liam's family is also her." He continued.

"Why would you said that?" Lyla asked.

"Probably because she's trying to get rid of you before someone found out about you."

"!!!"

"..."

"It seems there's something else that we don't know about. As for Catherine, eventually she will be in contact with her also."

None of them could answer. They only stare at the screen showing pictures of the person who's been instigating the whole situation. Each with their own conclusion but none dare to say it yet. They need prove and it's going to be a dangerous situation if they're not careful.

The crying of one of the triplets snapped their thoughts. Hurriedly, Lyla excuse herself and went to the triplets room. Dylan and Braxton stayed working for another proposal.

"Dylan, are you thinking what i'm thinking?" Braxton said pausing his works and looked at Dylan who's wearing glasses while reading the documents on his hand.

"If we were to look deeper it might triggered the enemy. For now, let's just act like it's nothing. She's not acting alone that i can tell." Dylan said. Right now, he need to focus on protecting his family. Being on top meant their life would be in danger. With his triplets still growing, it will be hard to take bigger action. One never know what the other side would be thinking. If the other side still have the heart of human, his kids won't be touch but what happen if they turned into a monster? He couldn't take that risk yet. As much as he wanted his wife to be happy, he will need to hold himself back for the sake of his triplets.
