This Time, It's Forever

This year it seems the Lyon's are holding their annual dinner different than usual. Every family members are invited including the children no matter how old they are. Thus the usual private and boring annual dinner turns exciting with all the entertainment that are for kids. Some were puzzled by the changes but since it's the Lyon's annual dinner who would dare to complaint.

It's 7.30 p.m and most of the guest has finally arrived. Claudia was seen entertaining their guest and would sometimes frown when she got bumped by some kids before she changes to her smiling face. She's been cursing the organizer for thousand times for inviting kids to their annual dinner making it look like some family gathering dinner party. With her white ivory strapless dress, she had to avoid crowds that happen to have their kids with them. She could not bear to see her dress to be mark with their snots nor dirty hands. Why did her father agree to this kind of event? Can't they make it like usual. She can't even expand her network because she keep on avoiding and shorten her conversation whenever there's children around. In the end she went to find her parent and brothers since it's almost time for them to show up. She went towards the stairs and waited for their appearance along with her brothers.

Not long after Claudia went to change her dress, Dylan, Lyla, Braxton and the triplets enter the venue causing people to glance their way. Everyone was curious the new comer while some gasp seeing Dylan with his family for the first time. They've been hearing rumors that Dylan got married but they never seen or heard anything about his wife. She was beautiful and have the majestic air around her. With her exquisite eye colours and alluring face she makes the perfect pair for Dylan who's been hailed as the King in the business world. It was not long before they heard he was removed from the Wright family inheritance and there isn't any news about him at all. But for nearly two years ago, his name suddenly popped up during the IRIS Project and has been managing LHD company. Under his ruled, the company made it on the same level as the Lyon's family in fact higher considering they just broke into the international market in just 1 year. Ever since then, many have sent representative to negotiate with him but meeting with Dylan Wright is like meeting with the president. He's never around and sometimes refuse to meet up saying he wants to spend his spend with his family. They were confused at first since they were no news about him getting married but seeing him tonight with his wife and kids they finally believe his words.

"I didn't know he was a married man. I thought he was giving excuses whenever i try to have an appointment with him. But i guess it's true."

"Exactly. He would never accept any kind of appointment if it was made after 5 p.m. He will definitely reject it."

"I don't blame him though. Having a beautiful wife like that and adorable kids of course he would abandoned his work."

"Oh my god!!! Are they triplets? They look so adorable."

"I envy their eyes. Each represent their mother and their father."

"Who's the other guy? He's been following them since the moment they enter."

"Don't know. Probably their nanny or bodyguard." Others seem to agree.

When the voices enter Braxton ear he felt like puking blood. Nanny? Bodyguard? What part of him look like one? He wore such and expensive suit and neatly shaven his face but he was label as the shameless couple nanny and bodyguard. If it wasn't because he couldn't find any partner to bring along, he wouldn't be torture all the way to the hotel.

"It's all your fault. Why did you guys have to show up so late?" Braxton start nagging to Dylan.

"Try having triplet who have their own mind and i'll see if you'll be able to make them arrive on time." Dylan said back. He knew they were late due to ridiculous reason. Aiden, Layla and Ryan suddenly start getting nervous when they told them they might meet a lot of people and some probably wanted to touch them or something. And it was at this point they started to throw tantrum when they heard they will be touch by some stranger. They got angry to the point he was helpless when he listen to their reasoning. In the end, Lyla and Dylan had to promise them no one will be touching them and they can bite the person or kick the person if they wanted to touch them. After that, they seem to calm down. Not until Lyla broke the news saying they probably going to meet their grandparent also. And the whole tantrum start again. This time they insist on picking the best clothes just so they could impress their grandparent. It was clear they've been longing grandparent to run into but since they knew it would make their mother sad, they never brought it up even once. Looking at the scene, Dylan and Lyla just play along and didn't even bother to mention that they're going to be late. Eventually, after all of that they arrive extremely late but still manage to attend it no matter what. Seeing they've become the main topic, they just walk leisurely like it's their own party and sat at their own table without caring other people's stare. All they could of right now, feed the kids before they start throwing another tantrum. It was unknown that their small group caught the attention of the Lyon's family who start giving eye signal with one another. They will make a move tonight, after they had their dinner.
