This Time, It's Forever

While Dylan and Lyla were busy with their kids, Braxton slid away just to avoid being labeled again. Dylan who notice his friend's mischief can only ignore since he knew they needed to give him some space.

"Mommy, where's our grandparent?" Ryan who just finish eating kept on looking around trying to find their grandparent. Lyla who heard his question rubbed his head and smile.

"We'll meet them soon." She said. She's not sure if this is the right decision but since it's whats best for her kids she's willing to face any obstacles.

"But mommy, why are people looking at us?" Aiden shows his dissatisfaction. His temper is close to his father and none of her children liked the attention. Lyla sighed. She's not sure if bringing them to dinner is a good thing. She looked at Dylan who's now glaring at others showing his grim face. Now she just rolled her eye.

"Just ignore them sweetheart. Dylan, could you stop shooting laser towards others."

"It's annoying. Why do we have to go here again?"

"To meet our grandparent daddy." The triplet answer him unitedly. He was speechless before turning to his dear wife.

"Wifey,,," he deliberately call her that way at the same time showing his puppy face.

"I feel like i have four kids instead of triplet." she murmured but he heard it all the same. Shameless, he pull her towards him and kiss her lip before grinning widely.

"If i'm your kid, i wouldn't be able to do that and wouldn't be able to produce..."

"Stop!!! Hubby, seriously. There's kids around. Why would you say such a thing? Behave!!!" she glared at him and her hands cover his mouth. He tease her by licking her palm and she immediately uncover his mouth. This man... Must have took some medicine and it's harming his brain.

"Wifey, finally i have your attention. Ever since we arrive here you keep on pampering our kids. I feel like i should send them for adoption or dropped them at their grandparent house just so i could spend more time with you." Ignoring the fact his kids were listening and smart enough to understand his meaning, his eyes is only on her reaction. She was gaping in disbelief and when she saw that teasing smile she knew he wanted her eyes on him as well. She knew this man lack of her attention ever since they arrive this city. And tonight he must have reached his limit that's why he kept on teasing her.

"Hubby, after tonight i'll give all my attention to you. So, can you please behave for tonight?"

"Sure wifey. Anything you say."

"Mommy. Daddy." Aiden, Layla and Ryan shouted at the same time.

"You're not going to send us for adoption right?" Aiden ask sulkily.

"Are you going to leave us with our grandparent? Then i won't see them." Ryan crossed his arm and look down.

"I won't see them either." Layla follow. This time Lyla couldn't help but hold her forehead feeling a slight headache. She gave Dylan signal to let him solve the problem. He's the one who triggered the whole thing. Dylan just wink before turning to his kids.

"Do you think anyone would want you if i put you for adoption? Only your mommy and daddy are willing to take care of you triplet. As for your grandparent, obviously once they see your face they'll run away and hide." Dylan said casually. Making their face sour than before. Lyla just couldn't believe Dylan's savage way in dealing with their kids tantrum. I must have gone crazy letting Dylan handle the talk. In another meaning, no one will love you as much as they do.

Lyla was about to scold him for using such a way but surprisingly Aiden was the first one who seem to recover.

"Uhm. Then we won't mind giving you mommy for tonight or maybe tomorrow as well." Aiden said brightly.

"Who needs your permission? She's my wife. Get your own woman." Dylan interjected. Lyla rolled her eyes. This conversation is out of her control.

"Then mommy, we need to meet with our grandparent as soon as we can so daddy can spend more time with you." Layla said, tugging her arm.

"Let's go and search for them." Ryan who was about to get up got reprimanded by Dylan who's holding his collar.

"You'll meet them eventually. Any minute now." Dylan said turning his gaze to a certain person who's shamelessly standing close to their table trying to make himself invisible.

"I would like to invite you and your family to another private room to discuss about something."

Without any objection, they follow Jayden ignoring other people's astonished gaze. Lyla was holding onto Aiden and Ryan's hand were trembling when she saw the resemblance between her and Jayden. Especially the eye. Looking at Jayden from behind somehow made her feeling some sort of closeness and yearning. Aiden who notice his mother's trembling hand holds onto her hands tightly while frowning. Feeling the small little hand, she looked down only to see Aiden frowning. Lyla just smile telling him she's fine. Dylan who was holding his daughter wrapped his arm around Lyla's shoulder. Jayden who turn around once in a while saw this scene making him smile warmly and slowly accepting Dylan as his brother-in-law.

After what seem like 15 minutes, they finally arrive at a private room and hurriedly Jayden open the door and invite them in. Entering the room, Lyla was shocked to see all of the Lyon's family members there. In that instance she just knew they were her real family when she could see the resemblance in her. At this moment, Logan Lyon stood out and looked at her tenderly wanting to say something but couldn't get any words out. Lyla just stood still staring at them and they too were staring at her with tears in their eye. The moment was broken when Aiden step out and look at Logan.

"Are you my grandpa? Mommy says i'll know who's my grandpa. You look like my mommy. Then you must be our grandpa." He said. Ryan and Layla also stood next to Aiden and look at Logan with interest. Lyla on the other hand finally burst into tears and Dylan just hold her in his embrace. Logan went down the same level as Aiden, Ryan and Layla. Looking at all three of them and patting their head while nodding.

"Yes, i'm your grandpa. You also have grandma and uncle along with your great grandparent." Logan look at them smiling and turn his gaze towards the woman in Dylan's embrace. They finally met her and her family.
