However, it is not easy to control lucid dreaming and there is no way you can control the level of how deep you want to enter lucid dreaming.

The expert on neurons tried to explain it in a more understandable way, “There are two ways to go into lucid dreaming. The first method is to put the player’s body and nerves to sleep at the same time. We can install a detector to the brain connector port of the gaming pod. When the detector detects the movement of the eyeballs of the player and confirms that the player is starting to go into a dream, we can use light stimulation to bring the player into the lucid dream stage and begin to transmit the game screen.”

“The second method is to put the body into sleep before the nerves. We can put the player’s body into a deep sleep by using external stimuli. The player will start to experience a feeling of falling from a high altitude. Introducing the game screen at this time will provide the best effect.”

Lou Wei listened to him and looked at the model drawing that the expert drew on the whiteboard, “Then how do we control the player’s body going into deep sleep?”

The expert straightened the collars of his shirt and stood, “This is a very difficult design. Unless we can grasp the wavelength that can guide a person being calm to a sleeping stage, we could only rely on the player to…learn the method on how to put themselves to sleep. For example Yoga. Counting and controlling breathing is, of course, useful, but it is inefficient and there is a possibility that the player may enter conscious sleep.”

But nobody will learn yoga just in order to improve their experience of playing games.

This itself is a challenge.

The main reason that people are interested to play games with a game pod is that they can offer a unique and whole new gaming experience.

Those who are interested in trying out the game pod would mostly be young people. It is totally unreasonable to think that they would want to learn yoga and take up their time to enjoy life, just in order to play a game.

And this goes against the original intention of allowing players to reduce mental stress by playing games.

The entire team then continued to discuss the details of other challenges. Wen Fan sat inside Lou Wei’s phone, listening quietly.

In fact, the main framework for ‘Heaven’s Dream’ game pod has been completed, but it was those small little issues that hindered the progress development.

Lou Wei slowly worked his way through all the steps, but when it came to how to enable players to enter the game so that they can get the best experience, he came to a bottleneck.

Just as the experts in the design department said just now, it is very important on how to put the player’s body into a deep sleep before their consciousness so that they can enter a lucid dream.

If they are unable to resolve this issue, the entire game pod project will come to a halt.

After all, if the players can’t enter the game in a conscious state to see a realistic game screen image, even if they created a high resolution game play, it would be like showing a picture to a blind man, wasting effort.

‘Heaven’s Dream’ game pod designing team is a team who work slow but provide detailed output. Therefore, there are not many meetings in a week in order to let everybody focus on designing. So every time they hold a meeting, it is extremely important for them to discuss the problems because they were the issues that they discovered after a few rounds of experiments.

Wen Fan felt anxious when he noticed Lou Wei frowning through the monitor in the conference room.

The little tail behind him wagged for a while and he began to search for some relevant information on the electric waves that control human sleep.

But unfortunately, there is no relevant information found.

The information that Wen Fan found was mostly about how to help the brain to enter sleep.

Wen Fan tried searching with different keywords, however, there was no relevant information. If there is no relevant data on the internet, he won’t be able to perform data analysis.

But while Wen Fan was searching for information on the frequency of the human brain while sleeping, he finally found a few useful pieces of information.

When a person sleeps, the frequency of the brain waves emitted by the brain is roughly the same. He then speedily downloaded all the relevant information into his head.

A large amount of data analysis charts regarding the human brain waves were fused into the database inside his head. Wen Fan found himself learning all the relevant information regarding the human brain within a very short period of time.

Relying on his consciousness, he combined all the information of the neural and data of the brainwave of the human brain after sleeping, and then converted the brainwave data in the form of sound waves.

Wen Fan then saw the sound wave that appeared like waves on the desktop of the mobile phone screen.

The sound wave looked like the waves on the beach, with one wave following another.     The bright blue sound wave trembled in mid-air, and Wen Fan could even hear the sound of waves hitting against the air.

He increased the volume of the phone slightly because he wanted to listen to the soundwaves.

While he was adjusting the volume, he felt the sound of airflow enter his ears and stir his brain. It seemed as if some invisible fluid spread across his ears and stuck on his eardrums. It doesn’t hurt, but he could definitely feel that there is a foreign object sticking on his ear drums.

Wen Fan quickly sensed that his consciousness had begun to slip away. He even had a feeling that his legs had gone soft and he wasn’t able to stand properly.

`His action of adjusting the volume  became sluggish because of the sound wave. He tried to mute the volume with his consciousness but his mind was in a very confused state. The consciousness was no longer as firm as before and he saw the image before his eyes falling apart. He accidentally sent the soundwave to Lou Wei’s computer.
