Transmigrated Into The Book

The scents from the paints invaded his nostrils as he slowly opened his eyelids. A medium-sized canvas met his eyes. He remembered that he suddenly fell asleep while watching Gung Weixi a while ago.

The thin and transparent curtains were once again blown by the wind, it was chilly. The sun was about to set and the dandelion sky was almost penetrating it's color to the window. 

{Did I sleep for too long?}

Lou Jiang yanwed freely, that's when he got the chance to glance at the big canvas in front of him once more. He was struck and stupefied after recognizing the half paint, he walked closer towards to scan it very well. It was a human male, fair skin and curly light brown hair, long lashes and thin pink lips, it was almost recognizable even though its colors are still unfinished. 

"D-Did he paint me while I'm asleep?!" redness tainted his cheeks "I-It's embarrassing" he mumbled 

"I made it.." A deep but mellow voice replied behind his back. It was Gung Weixi, he quickly handed a bottle of water to Lou Jiang then he picked up the canvas and turned it away. 

{Ehh?!! Is he shy?}

Lou Jiang looked at the bottled water "T-Thanks.." he uttered. 

Gung Weixi didn't reply, he just gave the male a glance just like what he used to do. He was still shy to open up a conversation. He watched Lou Jiang swallow all the water until an extra drop slipped from his lips sliding down to his neck. 

He can't deny that Lou Jiang has a sexy frail neck,it made him gulp unconsciously. It was too early for him to have such feelings towards the male, he didn't even know his name.

"Wow! You really nailed it!" 

And before he could notice, Lou Jiang was already in front of him jumping in joy seeing his own face painted. "It's so cool!!" he once again exclaimed.

Gung Weixi couldn't concentrate because the male was too close to him and he couldn't take his eyes away from Lou Jiang's neck, the drops of water were still there. Without his control, his hands slowly moved towards Lou Jiang's neck wiping the excess water away.

"Ehh!!!! What?! What?! What?!" Lou Jiang jumped up from surprise because it was ticklish

Gung Weixi quickly averted his gaze "There's a water.." he mumbled, blushing a little

{Ehhhh??!!! D-Did he just blushed?!!!}

"Wait a goddamn minute!" Lou Jiang pulled the man's shoulders towards him "Did you just blushed?! I thought you were emotionless!!" he exclaimed, locking his eyes towards Gung Weixi. 

Lou Jiang squeezed the male's cheeks and scanned his face. Gung Weixi had a phoenix light brown eyes and black hair, he had a beauty mark under his left eye. Thick arched eyebrows and curly lashes. His skin was a little tan like ivory. He is taller than Lou Jiang, wide shoulder and broad body. 

"Why are you so shy? You're handsome" he commented. Gung Weixi blushed instantly, it made him more cuter in Lou Jiang's eyes. 

'DING! LOVEMETER:10%'

"Ehh?" Lou Jiang realized what he said so he quickly sprang away from the man. "S-Sorry, I didn't mean to say that out loud!" he exclaimed

Once again, Gung Weixi went back to his brushes and continued painting.

The night had come and everyone was in their assigned rooms already. Lou Jiang was left in the moderators office because he got some businesses to attend as a newbie. 

"Damn, That took so long" Lou Jiang made a big yawn as he passed by the empty and quiet corridors. He was already in front of his door when it opened, someone must have entered it before him.

He tiptoed as he went inside, he didn't open the lights so it's quite dark. He heard a rustling sound and before he could act on time, a powerful hand pinned him against the door,his shoulders hitted the light's switch.

The room lights up. They're both shocked after seeing each other's face.

"Gung Weixi??" Lou Jiang's eyes widened in surprise. "I didn't know that you were my roommate," he added.

Gung Weixi loosened his grip and turned around "S-Sorry" he mumbled 

{Why is he so shy about it? He's such a big baby guy}

Lou Jiang jumped in front of the man and hovered around him. "Say Weixi…" he paused. "Can I call you by your name?" he asked 

The man just glanced at him then he went back to fix his bed. Gung Weixi didn't really mind it, it was the first time for him to have a roommate. His uncle, Wu Jun, was so confident to put Lou Jiang in his care. 

And instead of sitting in his own bed, Lou Jiang sat on Gung Weixi's bed. He sat down like he owns it, very comfortable and carefree.

"We haven't introduce ourselves yet" Lou Jiang said handing out his hand "I am Lou Jiang, patient#36...I just arrived here so I hope we can get along together" he said with a big smile.

Gung Weixi looked at the reaching hand towards him, he was hesitating whether he would shake it or ignore it. He didn't want to sound rude either but he was avoiding physical touch especially Lou Jiang's.

"Gung...Gung Weixi" he ended up using his index finger to tap the small palm reaching out for him.

Lou Jiang was dumbfounded after feeling the man's light touch. He found it so cute that he couldn't stop himself from laughing. "Oh my!! I can't help it, Weixi!! It's so cute!!!" he giggled "Those gestures of yours are so cute!!" he wiped the tears of joy from his eyes 

Gung Weixi ignored him, he went into the other side of the bed and lay down quietly, covering himself with his blanket. Lou Jiang glanced at him "Are you sleepy? Too bad, I wanted to know more about you" he snorted

Gung Weixi blushed the moment he heard that the male wanted to know more about him. Is it intentional? Is he interested in him? He needed to know those feelings lingering inside him.

Since the man didn't answer back, Lou Jiang stood up and went back to his own bed "Let's paint tomorrow, Weixi!! I wanted to understand your world more" he said, caressing the blanket up to his chest. "Goodnight!" he turned off the lights since it also has another switch beside their beds.

Gung Weixi's lips mumbled some words before closing his eyes

"Goodnight, Jiang"
