Transmigrated Into The Book

"Okay, line up everybody…"

The man in the cafeteria announced after the patients did their morning routine. It was a morning exercise and meditation to loosen up their thoughts in mind. Since Lou Jiang wasn't used to it, he kept on yawning the whole session and complaining that he still wanted to sleep.

"Ow!" He groaned when his sleepy head bumped another back, he remembered that he was in a line "S-Sorry" he apologized while rubbing his forehead.

He took his morning share and went straight to an empty long table, he gently put the tray down and watched it for a minute "Even the food looks tasteless" he mumbled after delivering a piece of potato to his mouth.

"Gege!!!!" Two boys suddenly showed up in front of him. They're both fat and big, their looks were quite intimidating like a hungry beast "Gege! No one is around you, are you lonely?!!" one of them grinned and took the seat beside Lou Jiang. The two squeeze the tiny body of omega.

"What the heck is with these two?" Lou Jiang frowned secretly as he flashed a smile "G-Guys, Im fine, this Gege over here will eat alo---"

"Uwarghh!!!!" 

He almost got choked from his throat when one of them held his head and shoveled a spoonful of meat straight into Lou Jiang's mouth.

"Isn't it delicious, Gege?!!!" the one on the right exclaimed, his eyes were full of joy seeing a person cramping while out of breath.

The spoonful of meat was too big for Lou Jiang that he couldn't take it out because it was already stuck between his throat and he was trembling because he couldn't breathe. 

Some of the patients panicked and quickly told their senior moderators about the scene.

While everybody was panicking, Lou Jiang was losing breath and the nurses were on break so it was a crucial time. 

"I-I can't b-breath." Lou Jiang uttered out, asking for a help

He was about to collapse when someone carried him, enveloping him inside his embrace. Lou Jiang couldn't see the face clearly because his eyes were full of tears but he recognized his worried eyes.

They went to the bathroom and the man quickly laid Lou Jiang on the sink. The man washed his hands and grouped his two fingers and then without any warning he shoved it inside Lou Jiang's mouth up to his throat.

Lou Jiang gasped very hard, his head quickly bent down to the sink, throwing out all the meat from his throat, he coughed and coughed until he was half fine. His pale skin a while ago turned pink again.

Lou Jiang was exhausted like his body can snap in a minute. He unconsciously slid down from the sink but before he could touch the floor, the man caught him and embraced him back. "You're shaking" A deep and mellow voice uttered 

He didn't know who this man was, but somehow his scent was familiar. Lou Jiang comfortably leaned his head to the man's shoulder while he was carried like a child.

When he woke up, he was back in the bedroom. 

Then he remembered what happened earlier. Those two must be those kind of psychotic twins. Lou Jiang treats the day as his bad day for not eating his breakfast properly in the morning the moment his stomach growls in hunger.

"Damn, my stomach is achi--" he paused after seeing a sandwich and bottle of juice beside the bed. He quickly grabbed it to check and he was astonished when he read the note glued to the sandwich plate. 'EAT THIS WHEN YOU WOKE UP'

"Is this really for me?" he asked himself when his cheeks turned red. He quickly took a bite from the sandwich "This is d-delicious!!" he exclaimed imagining the food dancing inside his mouth.

"Are you really okay now?" Wu Jun asked him with a worried face, he was talking about the commotion earlier.

"Y-Yes,please don't worry about me" Lou Jiang lowered his head and replied.

A smile was drawn on Wu Jun's face "Did you eat the sandwich?" he asked, trying to stop himself from giggling.

Lou Jiang flinched "Yes!! Are you the one who gave it?!! Thank you so much,Senior!!" he exclaimed 

"No, it wasn't me," Wu Jun replied plainly. "Weixi did it" he added 

Lou Jiang deafened for a second,processing the words he heard.

Wu Jun, on the other hand, chuckled "He even nagged the chef in the kitchen just to learn how to make that sandwich...He said that he wanted to gave you food because you might felt hungry the moment you wake up" he explained

Lou Jiang didn't know what to answer so he smiled nervously "Ehehe..I should thank him in return" he replied rubbing the back of his head

Wu Jun noticed the awkward atmosphere so he fix the expression on his face "I'm sorry, Jiang...I was just quite shock about Gung Weixi's actions" he said, then a languid smile stretches his face "It was the first time for that child to do such things for someone" he said

Lou Jiang suddenly felt that something was off in Wu Jun's words, he wanted to ask but he doesn't have the rights and besides he didn't want them to think that he is invading something. 

Wu Jun then held Lou Jiang's hand "Can you help him?" he asked straight.

Lou Jiang suddenly froze when he saw the sincerity and pity in Wu Jun's eyes. There was something from the old man that tickled him immediately and gave him goosebumps. It was like he was asked to protect Gung Weixi instead of helping him.

Wu Jun pressed the male's hands "He never opened up to me about himself" His expression turned sad again "Can you please take care of him, Lou Jiang?" he asked

Lou Jiang was still in a daze and he still didn't understand the things happening but if it's about helping Gung Weixi, it wasn't a problem.  It was his mission after all.

He held back Wu Jun's palm and smiled brightly.

"Yes, Senior! Leave him to me!"
