A tiny body landed on the floor after receiving a forceful slap. He clenched his fist in disappointment trying to restrain the sobs. Another kick landed on his stomach which made him curled up.

The man clicked his tongue before closing the dark room "Worthless! I made you up to kill that bastard and yet you didn't even land a scratch on him!!" he yelled before slamming the door closed.

Rui gathered himself and compressed into the cold corner. "I'm not a disappointment !" he uttered in hatred "I will kill him next time!" he said with a vengeful tone

He was a stray kid back then. He met Gung Rouhan one cold night, the man asked him if he still valued his life. Rui had a sick mother and two little siblings, Gung Rouhan told him that he'll help him to earn money in exchange for his life. He was just 15 years old and finding a job by his age was very hard.

Rui didn't even hesitate after seeing the bunch of money inside the suitcase. Gung Rouhan indeed gave it to his left family. He followed the man without thinking what would happen to him.

Rui was drugged, with machines and apparatus giving him pain everyday. He reached Gung Rouhan's expectations as the body subject in his new drug.That's when he healed Lou Jiang without any hardships. 

He thought that he was just a mere subject, he didn't know that Gung Rouhan wanted to kill his son.

Yang saw a long and white corridor, it was so quiet that you could hear the wind passing by. He was in a child form. He was wearing a white shirt with buttons and a black shorts, and was wearing a white shoes. His height was under an adult's waist. 

"Where am I?" the tone of his voice changed into a small one

Along the quiet walls of the corridors there was a glass like, he grabbed the chance to look at himself. "Oh? I literally turned into a child" he mumbled

Some footsteps invaded his ears, he quickly dashed to the corners of the area to hide himself. He saw three older men like they were looking for someone, he covered his mouth to suppress the heavy sounds from his breathing. 

After a minute..

"Are you okay?" a child with a gentle face approached him suddenly,lending a hand to help him stand

Yang grabbed his hand, it's cold. "Who are you?" he asked the moment he leveled his stance, this kid was taller than him. 

"It's me, Weixi…" the child chuckled "Are you playing a trick with me again?" Weixi asked

Yang paused, he scanned the child from head to toe. A familiar face emerged, an illusion of older Gung Weixi beside him. "You're really Gung Weixi?!" Yang exclaimed unconsciously 

Weixi covered his lips "Shhh..keep your voice down, they might hear us.." he said "Let's go" he said pulling Yang onto his pace

The two trailed the corridors very carefully like they're sneaking out. Their footsteps were very light yet fast. 

"Where are we going?" Yang asked between his boredom

Weixi looked back at him, not even stopping his legs "You'll see when we get there" he smiled

The innocence in Gung Weixi's smile reflected in Yang's eyes. It was pure like the newly buds of flowers. He was stunned for a second after realizing that this child will suffer when he grows up.

"I want to change him" he uttered

"Here we go! Take a look!" Weixi exclaimed as they entered an empty room.

The wide glass wall met Yang's eyes, it was reflecting what was outside. The room was full of darkness and this wide glass wall was the one who's lighting it up. Yang realized that it was night in there, and the stars with the moon were penetrating through the thick glass.

"Isn't it beautiful?" Weixi moved and pulled Yang closer to the big glass. There was a halo and the stars were shining under it with the warm moonlight.

"I'm planning on pai---"

The door opened up, it made the two children flinch in surprise. Five men entered the room, they quickly separated the two. One of them gripped Weixi's wrist "You need to go home,young master" he said 

Weixi made a scowled face "I know, you don't need to force me" then he glanced at Yang "See you again tomorrow" he waved his goodbye and left the room with two men.

Yang was still looking at the door, reminiscing Weixi's shadows when a kick landed on his back that made him curled down. "Nghh!!" he whined 

"Bring him back.." one of the men ordered while the two quickly dragged him.

"You dare escape while the young master was here.." the man who was leading the two sneered at him.

Yang then realized what was happening. He was inside Lou Jiang's childhood memories. Gung Rouhan mentioned that he was the one who fed and gave him nice clothes.

Lou Jiang was one of his test subjects when he was young. Just like Rui, he was also a stray kid. Gung Rouhan raised him and gave him nice food and home because he was very obedient. He became Gung Rouhan's personal assistant at his very young age. He was trained to be an agent. Later on, Gung Rouhan discovered that Gung Weixi could no longer suppress his own pheromones. He was becoming more and more berserk each day as he grew up. 

Gung Rouhan didn't want his dreams to be shattered, he thought of Gung Weixi as a failure because he couldn't cure his condition. He made Gung Weixi as one of his test subjects and experimented with his body. It led him to his wife's death. 

That night, when his wife died, it was his fault. He forced Gung Weixi to take that dangerous medicine, the kid ended up having hallucinations which led him to kill his mother. 

Gung Weixi was accused as a psychopath patient and put in the mental facility. No one knew what happened after that night. 

After that incident, Gung Rouhan started to see and feel some hallucinations of his own son's  revenge.. Scared of losing his name in the medical industry,he sent Lou Jiang to kill Gung Weixi.
