Transmigrated Into The Book

The city lights were in front of him sparkling in his eyes, he tucked his hood above his head to cover the face he wanted to hide from the few people in the area. Silence crawled inside him and only he could feel his own heart beating in remorse and agony.

He tried to turn his gaze towards the sky with so many stars shining beside the moon, he was hoping that it would at least lessen the pain he was feeling right now. He wasn't the one that was hurt in the first place but it seems like the feeling he was carrying inside his chest is starting to feel heavier because it almost made him breathless and speechless. 

He didn't want anyone to see what state he was right now, he may sound selfish. He was selfish in the first place though. But he didn't want to tell him that he was doing it because he was pitying him or something. He didn't want Asher to feel that way.

He knew Asher hates being pitied. 

He didn't know what this place was called but it was a good place to be alone, there were only a few people and the atmosphere was cold. He took the seat under the shady tree which made the moonlight more dimmer, he fixed his gaze onto his shoes.

He literally doesn't know what's going on inside his head right now. Did he push Asher too hard to make friends? Did it make the omega uncomfortable? Around him or around Daniel? He didn't even ask Asher what's wrong, he was just doing what he wanted without asking the male if it's okay with him. 

William lowered his head and tapped his forehead in dismay "I'm so dumb" he uttered

"Did you track his location?"

Asher quickly answered his phone the moment one of his subordinates called him back. He ordered them to track William's location.He wasn't sure but after hearing the male's voice over the phone, he felt something wasn't right. He totally vanished from their sight and it sounded a little bit suspicious. 

He tried calling him many times but his number was still out of reach and he had no other way to contact the male. He was in so much confusion when his phone rang, it was his father.

Asher answered it aggressively "William! Did you do something to him?!" He snarled the moment he lifted up the phone. 

His father then started to feel something was off about Asher "What made you say that?" Richard asked back 

"One of my subordinates saw him getting out of your car!" Asher exclaimed, clenching the thing  near his ear.

Richard was surprised from his son's reaction "I just gave him a small talk and warning, why are you so m---"

"Young master! We've already tracked his location!" The one Asher ordered slammed the door opened which made him turn off and hang the call. 

Asher picked up his coat from the coat rack "Prepare my car!" He ordered before exiting the door.

AUTHOR: If you kept on sulking there, you wouldn't gain anything

{Can't you see that I am in a state of confusion right now?}

AUTHOR: That's not what I'm talking about! If you want to know something, go and ask the person!

{ I can't! }

AUTHOR: Then how will the other person know what you wanted to say?! Idiot! Say something about your side too

William was stunned, he was completely frozen the moment he came up to realize what the author wanted to say. It made his body stand up and pushed his legs forward. He slipped out his phone from his pockets and dialed Asher's number while trudging the empty and cold night road. 

'THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALED IS OUT OF REACH'

He started to dashed to nowhere, not even knowing where his legs were guiding him. His heart started to thump louder than his feet touching the ground. He can feel his breaths getting shorter and deep but it wasn't stopping him. 

If he had to say it, this is the right time. He didn't want Asher to grow his walls wider and taller, he wanted to let the male experience the things he was scared off. 

In the middle of the night, the wind started to turn chilly under the warm moonlight as the clouds passed by. The lamp posts are bickering with the twinkling stars, William gasps under his cold breaths.

"Asher…" He mumbled

His legs started to tremble and in his surprise, he stumbled down. He winced after feeling something sore on his knees and elbow. It hurts but it's making him numb because there was something inside that's more hurting.

William supported himself by lifting his body, that's when he realized the group of tears beside his eyes. It fell down continuously with his heavy heart. "A-Asher…" he whispered

Under the sadness flowing with the chilly air, a figure crouched down in front of him. "William Cole.." he caressed the male's face and locked his eyes on him

"I'm here.."Asher uttered 

William recognized his familiar scent and warmth, he looked up and saw the male with his both eyes, he jolted when he realized that he was crying and Asher could see it. He stood up with the male's support and quickly wiped his tears. "I-I'm sorry.." he mumbled under his cracked voice

"What are you doing here?...I've been running around searching for you"

This time, Asher's voice was soft and gentle and it lingered to the male's system which delivered him a little comfort. He should be the one doing this and yet Asher found him first with his crying face.

"I'm such a loser" William mumbled, he bit his lower lip "I should be the one protecting you and yet---"

"Liam.." Asher called out "Did you mean it? You want to protect me?" He was surprised that his legs almost stupefied.

William closed his fist very tight then he looked up at Asher and grabbed him by the collar "Yes! I wanted to protect you! But I'm too naive to understand my real emotions and it's making me more dumb!" his eyes dilated in sadness

He released a heavy sigh "Asher! I think I li---"

Asher pulled William and trapped him inside his embrace as he pressed a deep kiss onto the male's lips. Sliding his tongue inside,giving the other male a different sensation.

William's heart pounded in his chest the moment they parted away as he heard Asher whisper beside his ear "Don't say it here…"
