Transmigrated Into The Book

He wiped his face after splashing some water to his cheeks, he woke up early today. He paused and looked at his reflection from the mirror. He still had the slight sullen expression he had after that day he met Asher at the hallway. 

William scanned his facial features once more, he gained a little muscle from working out a short period of time everyday. He can clearly see his new face looking back at him from the mirror. His shoulders got a little bit wider and he also had abs now, just enough for his figure. His cheeks got thinner showing the side of a perfect jawline. 

He is now taller than he used to be, his hair got a little longer and it was almost touching his neck. He grouped it and made a high bun above his head, although some of his small hair swayed beside his eyes.

He exited the bathroom after taking a bath, only wearing a towel on his lower torso. He picked up his phone and called Nathan. The male on the other line took a minute before answering.

Nathan yawned from the other line "You are too early, good morning" he greeted

William slightly frowned "I already reviewed all the student's applications, I will submit it today" he said "What time are you going to School?" he asked

Nathan made a big smile after hearing how the other male completed his task "Okay, My little Liam are now getting bigger and independent, I wonder why you're still single" he mock through the phone. 

William clicked his tongue "Stop joking around,I will be at School after a minute" he said before dropping the call.

He then wore simple black pants, with white t-shirt under a checkered sky blue polo. He immediately put on his white sneakers that were beside the door after checking his wrist watch. He needed to submit those papers before his part time job starts, he has decided to make it a quick visit since the lessons are now over. 

He gathered all the folders on his arms and put on his sling bag, he opened the door wide and made his way out. 

His new apartment was just walking distance from the School, so he arrived earlier. He had a spare key to the Student Council's office so he didn't waste time trudging the hallways. Unlike the other day, the School was a bit crowded today, maybe it's because the students are now preparing for their upcoming college interviews. 

William arrived at the door, he then entered the key and twitched the door knob open. A familiar scent invaded his nostrils, the smells of the books and papers piled up on Nathan's desk beside the window. It was so nostalgic, he remembered how he would catch his breath just to finish all of his documents in one day. He was stuck here for almost a month while helping himself to stand again. 

William stepped in and put the folders on the desk, the place was very quiet. The dusts are slowly covering the glass window, he decided to clean the small space to make himself busy while waiting for Nathan.

Asher stepped out of his car after finding a good parking spot. He wasn't feeling well today but he needed to attend his remedial classes since he had so many lessons to catch up. He already took all of his medications but his head was still stinging a bit, it wasn't a fever so he still decided to go to School.

With his bag on his shoulders, he trudged the School pathway. He adjusted his eyeglasses while checking his schedule on his phone screen. He needed to be in his classroom in a minute or else he would be late. 

Asher made a big step but was frozen when he reached the School corridor, he forgot his room number. Come to think of it, he was always forgetting things so easily. The doctor told him that it can be swept away by the medicines he was taking but it seems like his short memory term is getting worse. 

"Are you lost?" A voice behind him suddenly rang

Asher looked back and saw a handsome man with a smiling face. "Are you looking for room 505?" he asked again

Asher quickly nodded his head, he had no time to be shy right now because he was almost late. "Yes, Can you please show me the way?" he asked as he bowed his head.

The other male chuckled at him the moment he saw Asher's expression, he wrapped his arms around the other male's shoulders "Asher, you don't need to speak to me in a formal way" he paused "Wait, Don't tell me that you forgot who I am?" He asked with a little tears beside his eyes 

Asher averted his gaze, it's true though. He really didn't remember the male, even though he was saying that he encountered Asher so many times. He made an unsure smile "I guess..hehe" he mumbled

The other male made a disappointed face as he dragged Asher along with him "You are so cruel," he gave Asher a light smack on the back "It's me, Nathan...The student council president" he introduced himself 

Asher quickly blushed from embarrassment "I'm sorry President!" he exclaimed and before he could realize, they're already at the front of room 505.

Nathan gave him a brushed on his hair "Go and take your remedial class, if you need something...just visit us at the Student council office" then he winked

Asher tilted his head while doing a puzzled face "Visit~us?" he asked

Nathan half smiled then he looked Asher in the eyes as he whispered back "William is always waiting for you to come back…" there was a heavy tone in his words. 

Asher became stupefied for a second, he suddenly felt the butterflies inside his stomach fluttered their wings like it was showering some petals of roses. It leaves his jaw half open making him utter only one word "Y-Yeah.."

Nathan then bid his goodbye while Asher walked inside the room with a light feeling.. He couldn't understand but the moment he heard the name 'William', his headache disappeared.
