Transmigrated Into The Book

The next morning..

Everyone was busy making their breakfast, they woke up at 7 AM. The activities will start at 8:30 AM so they still have time for their morning routines. 

Jaewon, who was still half asleep, opened his tent and sat on the entrance. He rubbed his eyes and made a small yawn. 

"Good morning," Yeon-ho greeted him, the male sat beside him and handed him a coffee "Here's your coffee, you are still half asleep" he said

Jaewon took the coffee and without hesitations, he took a sip which made him jolted because it was still hot, "Uwargh!!" he tried to spit out while Yeon-ho grabbed the coffee from his hands.

"Show me your tongue!" Yeon-ho ordered unconsciously and since Jaewon was feeling the burning sensation he immediately rolled out his tongue and made Yeon-ho blow a little air on it. 

When the heat subsided, that's when Jaewon noticed how awkward their position was, Yeon-ho was cupping his cheeks and their faces were too close. He quickly pushed the male away "It's okay! It's okay now!!!" he exclaimed, blushing red.

Yeon-ho was a little bit surprised by the male's action, it made him grin after noticing how embarrassed Jaewon was. "You are still awkward towards me," he said

"Ehh?!!" Jaewon turned his head back "It's awkward because you are too close!! What the heck is wrong with you?!" He scolded the male. 

Yeon-ho ignored him and stood up, "Finish your coffee, the activities will start soon" he said, going back to the group of other students who were busy organizing the event for today.

Jaewon watched the male's back and saw how he talked to other students, seeing Yeon-ho all calmed down without his grumpy expression made him smile. It was like he had seen a new side of Yeon-ho, the one who loves socializing with other people. He tapped his chest and felt his heart thumping. "Am I really in love with you?" he thought to himself

{Ehhhh!!!!???? Wait! Wait! Wait!}

AUTHOR: Your mind is so noisy!

{Do you hear it too? My mind was saying Yeon-ho's name over and over again!!! I couldn't help it!!}

AUTHOR: Idiot! It's because you like him!

{No! No! No! I don't like him!}

AUTHOR: You can't fool me

{I'm not! Should I go and let a psychiatrist check me?}

AUTHOR: Seriously…

"EVERYONE!!! GATHER IN LINES!!! THE ACTIVITIES WILL START NOW!!"

The call from the professor made Jaewon snap back to himself, he stood up and washed his face very quickly then he changed to another clothes and proceeded to his designated line. 

He slapped his cheeks and mumbled to himself "What the heck am I thinking?"

"So do you think this is enjoyable?" Jaewon shrugged his shoulders down, looking at the yellow ribbon tied around his wrist connected to Yeon-ho.

Yeon-ho pulled him closer, "This will be fun," he uttered. They were standing at the starting line. 

The first game was 'Snatch me away from master'. Two students were paired up, they had a ribbon tied around their wrists. Jaewon was the slave and Yeon-ho was his master, the master will protect his slave from other teams. They have to complete the challenges together but should also watch each other because in this game, when the other team snatch your slave away, it's all over. 

"Okay, start!" The professor signaled them as the students moved on their own. 

Jaewon and Yeon-ho have their first challenge, they need to find the first hidden object in the area they're in. 

"Let us take this way,!" both said in unison but striding different paths. The two figures fell on the grassy land. 

"What the heck! Stop pulling me!" Jaewon complained after feeling the soreness on his wrist. He made a grumpy expression towards the other male.

"I am your master here, so you should be the one following me," Yeon-ho replied, pulling his hands, making Jaewon fall onto his chest. Their hands are tied up to one another so they need to act like a team. 

And because his other hand was connected to Yeon-ho, Jaewon used his other hand to push the male away "You are not helping me! You are flirting!" he blurted out.

Yeon-ho quickly blushed "E-Excuse me! How dare you accuse me of something like that?!" he exclaimed back

Jaewon gave him a smack on the head "Stand up and keep moving! We will never achieve anything if you keep doing this!" he said, standing up pulling the male.

Yeon-ho stood up beside Jaewon and looked at their hands, Yeon-ho thought of an idea. He grabbed the male's palm and let their fingers intertwine.

"H-Hey! What are you doing?!" Jaewon exclaimed, but Yeon-ho covered his mouth "I don't want your wrist to get sore so let's do it this way," he said.

Jaewon turned silent but averted his gaze, "Alright," he snorted, pursing his lips out.

'DING! LOVE METER: 85%'

Yeon-ho again opened the map and scanned the surroundings, then he pulled the male on his right, "Let's take this way," he suggested 

Jaewon followed him slowly, his eyes fixated on their hands swaying in the air in every step they were making. Again, he could feel his heart pounding so hard and he was embarrassed that Yeon-ho might hear it.

{Why am I the only one feeling this way?! This is so unfair!}

AUTHOR: Then walked in front and watch his face

{It's embarrassing!}

Little did he know that Yeon-ho's cheeks were red and hot, he was also trying to calm himself down because he couldn't help himself from feeling the butterflies inside his stomach flapping their wings out. 

He tightened his fingers around the male's hand, assuring that no one would snatch him away. He wanted to be selfish even if this is just a game, he wanted to spend more time with Jaewon.

As they took another turn, all of his happy thoughts quickly vanished away when the male walking behind him suddenly pulled away from him, he hurriedly turned back to rescue the male but he was surprised after finding out the cause.
