Transmigrated Into The Book

Yang jolted and realized what he had just done. He sprang up and quickly took the towel on the table, wiping the drops of wine on Ren Jiang's cheeks. He accidentally spits the wine towards the male. "I'm sorry! I'm really sorry!" he exclaimed.

Ren Jiang took the towel and wiped his face instead, "It's okay, don't panic," he lowered his voice upon realizing that some people there were now starting to look at them. Yang sat down with his red face, embarrassed. 

One of the waiters went for their aid and asked if something was wrong. Ren Jiang asked him to find a new table for them. 

After sitting at their new table, Yang lowered his head. "I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to spit the wine," he uttered, fidgeting with his fingers under the table.

Ren Jiang noticed it. His reaction after hearing his question. The truth is, he already knew Guang Jin's sexuality since they were in high school. The male was opened to him and so he is. Both of them know about themselves. But making Yang his fake lover still surprised him. "Yang, I also invited you here to ask one thing,"

That one thing, again, rang a bell. Yang felt the nervousness tightening inside his chest. He closed his fist tight and sweat. "W-What is i-it, m-manager?" he stammered.

Ren Jiang crossed his legs and leaned back in his chair. He then remained silent for a second, recalling what happened that day when they encountered Xu Shein.

He invited Xu Shein into his office alone. There, they talked about the things they needed to settle. At first, the lady didn't want to mention what's making her mad, but after a couple of minutes, she bursted out. She told Ren Jiang that Guang Jin refused to be her boyfriend. She ranted that she liked the CEO so much, but got really disappointed after hearing the truth.

Xu Shein told him that Li Guang Jin, the cold and arrogant CEO, admit in front of her that he was gay. Not only in front of her but also with his lover, which is, she kept on pushing that it's Yang. 

At first, he's also surprised. Guang Jin will never decide things on his own without asking for his advice. Even though they are treating each other like a bastard, they are very close. So if Guang Jin didn't tell him about this matter, it only meant one thing. 

Li Guang Jin is serious about Yang. 

"Are you really dating Jin?" Ren Jiang asked.

Yang stiffened more, his tongue curled up inside his mouth. His nervousness once again struck him completely. They still haven't talked about this matter, because unusual things went between him and Guang Jin. What will he do, though? 

'Should I tell him that we are only faking it?'

'Should I tell him that we are totally dating?'

'What if he doesn't believe me?'

Before the tension completely devoured him. Plates clank on their table, the waiter with their food arrived. He smiled and arranged the table for them. "Bon appétit!" he said again after receiving Ren Jiang's black card. 

The waiter swiped it onto his small machine before walking away.

"Let's eat, shall we?" Ren Jiang brushed off the topic just like that. If he wanted to know something about the two, he should probably ask Guang Jin straight. "Sorry for asking so suddenly, Yang," he smiled and picked up the fork. "Do you want me to peel the shrimps for you?"

The middle-aged fat man across his table smiled widely upon delivering the half of his steak into his mouth. The watery soup from it almost dripped at the corner of his lips. "I am very delighted to continue my partnership with you, Mr. Li," he said after munching the meat in one go. He gulped his wine and wiped his mouth.

'When are you going to finish, fat ass?' Guang Jin cursed in his thoughts. He's supposedly resting and spending his free time by now, but his father called him out and ordered him to attend a quick business meeting. Since this fat man in front of him was one of their company's top shareholders, he couldn't ignore him. 

He made a force smile, "We will continue to do future business with you, Mr. Han" as usual, his fake line in every meeting.

The middle-aged fat man ignored him and continued to munch his steak. He was so delighted to eat at this famous tower restaurant. The foods are indeed delicious and high class. 

Guang Jin sneered at him secretly as he turned his gaze on the dandelion gray sky. He checked the time on his watch and looked away. Though he wasn't expecting to see two familiar figures near the tower ledge, enjoying their time.

'What the heck are they doing?' Guang Jin wanted to drag the male instantly away from Ren Jiang. He stood up, which made the middle-aged man drop his meat back on the plate. "What's the problem, Mr. Li?" he asked.

Guang Jin gazed at him. "Mr. Han, I suddenly got another business to attend...if you don't mind---"

"Yeah, sure, sure..you can go," Mr. Han immediately replied, showing that he didn't want to be disturbed. 

The handsome man bowed and bid a goodbye to him. Guang Jin clenched his fist and halted towards his targets. His eyebrows flinched when he saw Yang's expression. He's blushing again. It's the expression Guang Jin didn't want to share with anyone.

When his hands were about to touch the table, a familiar voice broke their atmosphere. 

"I didn't expect to see this bitch here," Xu Shein said so loud that some of the customers looked at them. 

Yang, Ren Jiang and Guang Jin were half stunned. All of them looked at Xu Shein with a surprised face. Xu Shein crossed her arms and smirked. An evil one. She leaned closer to Guang Jin and tapped his chest. "Aren't you surprised?" she asked with her flirtatious voice. Slightly pulling the CEO's necktie.. "Your lover is cheating behind your back," then she looked down at Yang and Ren Jiang.
