"Eh? But the restaurant is quite far from the company,"

"And your coffee shop looks so cheap. We're going to eat lunch, not coffee!"

Yang brushed his face. He couldn't believe that it was going to end this way. Instead of eating, they got stuck in the front lobby of the company. It's been 30 minutes, but these two are not yet finished arguing here to eat. 

Suddenly, the invisible magical pen hanging around his neck glowed a green light. It means that there's new information. As what the system said, the events that were going to happen are already written in the book, though it will take a day to fill another page..

According to the book, Guang Jin will pursue Ren Jiang to eat at the restaurant. But in the middle of their lunch, Xu Shein will appear and will embarrass Yang, so it's better to choose the coffee shop. He didn't want to get embarrassed either; he had no time to deal with such things, especially Xu Shein. 

"Let's go to the coffee shop!!"

And they really ended up going to the coffee shop. They all stood in front of the closed coffee shop while staring at the big sign hanging on the door. 'THIS BUILDING IS UNDER MAINTENANCE'

Guang Jin's smile almost touched his ears. He won. "I told you, the restaurant is the best choice," he proclaimed.

Yang scowled secretly and shrugged. Guess he had no choice but to follow the man. But if they went there, Xu Shein would probably come and do her things. He needed another excuse.

{I'm scared}

AUTHOR: Scared of what? Scared of her?

{No, I'm scared that I might drag her outside while pulling her hair.}

Ren Jiang moved to his side. "Is it okay for you, Yang? The restaurant is far from here and we only had 1 more hour." he checked his watch and looked up at the noon sky.

Yang chuckled, "I suddenly didn't want to eat lunch anymore..I feel like my stomach will push all the meals out," he rubbed his head and showed an anxious face. "I-I'm sorry,"

In the end, they ordered food online and ate in the office.

"Mr. Chen!!" 

The sudden arms wrapped around his shoulders startled Yang. He looked at the two men alternatively. "What's with the fuss?" he asked with a puzzle face.

"Let's go to the pub! It's a holiday tomorrow, so let's drink all the way tonight!!!" Then he pulled Yang to their pace. "We will accept no excuses. Come with us, Mr. Chen!!"

The other male try all the best to yank and push them away, but they're really not letting go. Yang was quite popular at the office, so whenever there's a celebration, they're always inviting him.

"W-Wait, hehe...I can't go.." 

The other male gave him a slight smack on the back. "Come and join us, the ladies from the EC department wanted to meet you. They say that you look cute. Give us some charms, Mr. Chen!" 

{I knew it, they just wanted to meet the pretty ladies from the other department}

When they were about to exit the office, a tall and handsome man approached them, crossed arms. "Where are you going?" Guang Jin raised one brow when he saw the two men squeezing and dragging Yang. 

"Mr. Li!! We are going to the pub today, since it's a holiday tomorrow..Mr. Chen wants to join us," one of them said.

Guang Jin glanced at Yang before pulling him into his embrace. "Why are you dragging my secretary like a dog?" he glared at them, which quickly shivered. "I will go with you, Mr. Chen will accompany me," 

They reached the said pub in half an hour. Some employees are still standing outside. Some are chatting to each other and some are smoking cigarettes. When they saw the CEO, who's really very unexpected for them, they waved their hands. "Mr. Li!!!! Are you joining us for real?" the ladies from another department flocked around him, almost forgetting Yang.

Yang likes it, though. He's really not used to drinking alcohol, and he had a low tolerance. He remained standing behind the broad back of the CEO. 'I want to go home,' he thought to himself.

The loud music from the karaoke machine welcomed them. One of its servers guided them towards the reserved room. It has two long tables with 12 seats. He gave the menu and let them order before heading out.

Yang sat at the very end of the table. He leaned on the wall and sighed. He will just spend a little time and then he will go home. Guang Jin sat beside him, like he's covering him from the crowd. 

"Why are you even here?" Yang snarled.

"In case you got very drunk, I can take you home," Guang Jin said with a gentle and proud voice.

Yang ignored him and scowled. "I will drink to my limit, humph! I'm not a light drinker, you see!" He took the glass of beer from the newly arrived server. He chugged it all the way and slammed the thick glass down while wiping his lips. "I can drink more than this!" he proclaimed.

Seeing the momentum he started, some of his officemates cheered for Yang and chugged their glass empty. The session continued until some of them were singing unexplainable lyrics in front of the karaoke. The two men who invited Yang are now dancing like idiots in the middle of the room, and others are almost puking out the alcohol.

Guang Jin brushed his face. 'I'd never been in a pub like this'. He laughed secretly upon witnessing the scenery happening in front of him. He also took some glasses, but he didn't get drunk because he can handle alcohol well.

In the corner, beside him, there's a sleeping cat. Yang literally passed out. He's sleeping soundly while leaning his head on the wall. His hair was messy, so his necktie. Untucked two buttons under the collar. Sweating and snoring.

Guang Jin brushed his hair up and smirked. "Geez, what am I gonna do to you, Secretary Chen?" he mumbled.
