This humiliation made the Red Scorpion warriors angry. They roared and chopped at Lin Fan's body with all their strength.

Lin Fan didn't tolerate them either, and quickly removed their engine backpacks amid the fragments of the chain swords.

The two Space Marines inevitably lost control. They hit a deep ravine in the ground, and the smoke obscured their situation.

Lin Fan sat on the unlucky man and removed all the tactical grenades on him.

"Who are you?" the Red Scorpion Warrior asked coldly.

"I am a good friend of the emperor." Lin Fan replied.

"Heresy!" the Red Scorpion warrior shouted excitedly. He struggled desperately, but found that he could only barely move his limbs under Lin Fan's butt.

He clenched his fist and punched Lin Fan's waist.

Broken armor and broken fists are all inevitable results. However, Lin Fan didn't have any emotional ups and downs. For a space warrior, this was just a flesh wound.

But something caught his attention.

Not only did the tattered fist bleed a lot of blood, but it also had a trace of white color. If you look closely, it was exactly the same as the crack in the smooth wall.

Lin Fan frowned thoughtfully and apologized to the Red Scorpion warrior under his butt.

"What?" Before the Red Scorpion Warrior could react, Lin Fan crushed the fist of his other arm to pieces.

The flesh, bones, and blood were clenched together in Lin Fan's fist and could not be seen clearly, and white threads stuck into Lin Fan's eyes.

So this is all fake? A projection of the timeline?

Lin Fan originally wanted to find someone to split it open, but after looking at the Imperial soldiers who were on high alert around him, he still couldn't do it.

I'd better go to the hive to verify the situation. Lin Fan took out the heavy nuclear bomb and threw it towards the Vraks Fortress in the distance.

The small nuclear bomb is inconspicuous, but when it hits the wall of Vraks Fortress, the effect it produces is far greater than the combined effect of artillery shells and missile bombing.

The shock wave directly dispersed the smoke clouds that had been covering the sky, and the roar gave the soldiers at the front a headache.

Less than half of the rebels stationed at the shooting point of this wall were killed by the shock, and the wall also tilted inward several degrees.

The battlefield fell into silence for a moment. Both the rebels and the empire were asking what kind of weapon caused the attack.

Lin Fan looked at the hole hit by the nuclear bomb, threw his light spear and disappeared.

The nuclear bomb did not penetrate the wall, but only distorted the ceramic steel alloy on the surface. Lin Fan dug in with his fist and found a passage to the fortress.

The passage is very narrow. With a mortal body, only two people can walk side by side. This environment is too closed for the Space Marines, even if they keep walking sideways.

The straight passage is divided by several 90° corners, and each corner is defended by a heavy feller machine gun.

"The Corpse King's lackey!"

The bullets were faster than the insults. Lin Fan ignored the bullets and rushed forward. He found that the people firing behind the machine gun were a group of ragged cultists.

The cultists may have been workers and paupers before, but now they have become pawns of the evil god in the corruption of Chaos.

"ah!!"

Frightened by Lin Fan's speed, the cultist took out a grenade, but his deformed hands did not allow him to move quickly and flexibly.

The activated grenade fell to the ground, and before Lin Fan could take action, the cultists blew him up into the sky.

Lin Fan rummaged through the blown corpses and did not see any white lines.

Is it normal as long as you don't die in my hands?

With this doubt in mind, Lin Fan walked deeper into Vraks Fortress, trying to find a way to return to the original timeline.

The Imperial Army's offensive was also taking place inside the fortress-like hive city. Drills specialized in underground assaults transported groups of Imperial soldiers over.

Lasers and bullets filled the empty space on the battlefield, and from time to time the heart-rending wails of the unlucky ones could be heard.

Those guys in black robes looked like cultists at first glance, not to mention that there was an eight-pointed star staff standing on their backs.

"Kill all the zombie emperor's lackeys! For the true god!"

"Hello." Lin Fan flashed to the side of the man in black robe, and with a few quick strokes of his bayonet, he chopped up both the man and his robe.

"Wow!" Several other black-robed cultists exclaimed, and they ordered their followers to attack Lin Fan.

Lin Fan scratched his head. He took away the broken black robe and beat to death the piece of flesh that was about to mutate into a chaos egg.

Indeed, as he thought, the living creatures he killed would have quite obvious white threads on their wounds.

Lin Fan tried to insert his fingers into the thread, but was unable to do so. The white thread would only ripple like water waves due to Lin Fan's disturbance.

Perhaps because of the size of the wound, Lin Fan turned his head and stared at the other men in black robes, and cut them vertically in half with one knife.

The white line in the wound had indeed expanded a lot, but it was still not enough for Lin Fan's body to sink into it.

"Where are your heads?"

"Haha. We absolutely do!"

Lin Fan split open the nonsense black-robed cultist and pointed his bayonet at several other cultists.

These believers are not devout in their beliefs. They devote themselves to the power of Chaos just to seek profit and status.

After a few of the diehards whose brains had been corroded were split in half by Lin Fan, the remaining people reported the location of the 'head' they knew.

Lin Fan felt a little bored. This was the leader in the eyes of the minions, but it was better than nothing. If he asked layer by layer, he would eventually find out the location of the Chaos leader.

Lin Fan clapped his hands, turned around and left, easily punching through a tunnel buried by a fallen building.

The surviving cultists opened their mouths to ask questions, but the Imperial soldiers around them would not give them time to continue living.

A Krieger sergeant pointed at Lin Fan's back, loaded a detection bomb in his gun and shot towards Lin Fan.

He caught the detection bomb before it hit Lin Fan's body. He gave Sergeant Krieger a greeting gesture only seen in their hometown.

Sergeant Krieger stared blankly for a while and then reported the situation here to the superiors.

It only took Lin Fan one day to tear apart Vraks' internal defense line, and he just wanted to find the leader.

The Cathedral of the Emperor's Ascension, once a glorious and sacred building, has become a habit of nourishing the evil god. No matter how many devout believers there have been here, there is now only one Bishop of Destruction who has been blessed by the evil god and is bloated.

"What kind of talisman are you talking about? I can do better with my feet than you." Lin Fan slapped the bishop in disgust, snatched the blood bucket in his hand, and carved a talisman on the ground that any mortal would know at a glance. A blasphemous array that will drive you crazy.
