Ultron In A Cultivation World

I suddenly stopped in my tracks for a second before exiting the book store.

As soon as I was out of the book store, I was relief to be out of their. That girl, Raina is a weird one, it's like she knew who I was or something about me. It felt like her eyes were seeing right through me, which gave me a fright a little. I am was glad to be leaving but for some odd feeling deep down, I feel like I am going to see her again.

After thinking about Raina the weird book store girl, I started heading to a restaurant that was near by. The name of the restaurant on the sign was Dawn Diner and it had an image of a plate with two knifes crossing each other to make it look like a X.

As I enter into the restaurant with my Sentries, I see it buzzing with business, all of the tables were full and people were eating delicious looking food. Which is one of the things I miss the most now beside my family jewels since I became a machine, the ability to eat and taste delicious food. I can't really remember now the taste of chocolate or steak, but it's like they say 'if you want to gain something, you have to lose something.'

As I was standing in the waiting area with my Sentries, a cute little teenage waitress slowly came up with me. She was scared and kind of looked like a frighten little rabbit that is about to hop away.

"M...ma...may I help you, sire." said the waitress.

"I am looking for the owner of this establishment. I am here to sell some meat." I said

"O...ok, wait here and I will get him." said the waitress

After she said that, she went running into the back of the restaurant into what seems to be the kitchen. I waited for a minute before the waitress came running back

"The boss will be here in a few minutes, he just needs to finish cook a lunch for a customer" said the waitress.

"Ok" I said

After waiting for 5 minutes, I noticed a giant muscular man in an brown apron coming out of the kitchen. The man looked like he could be a wrestler or a bodybuilder not the owner and chef of a restaurant. Its like seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger being a florist which just doesn't fit his image. As the man came closer and closer, he just got bigger and bigger until he stood right in front of me. He was a tall man, I am 6 feet tall but this guy was like 7 feet or more tall.

While I was looking up at the man, and being surprise that such a man is owning a restaurant and is even the chef when he should be a warrior, he started talking and snapped me out of my shock.

"Hello, my name is Casden and I am the owner and cook of the Dawn Diner. How many I help you?" said Casden.

"I am here to sell you some meat. I have some Bear, Boar and Deer meat." I said while the Sentries holding the bags full of meat open them up so Casden could see the meat.

"Hmmm, just this meat is still good, and it should of been hunted just this morning but the way of cutting the meat is just amateurish but the meat is still good so I will give you 3 silver coins for the meat" said Casden while he was inspecting the meat.

"Deal" I said.

My Sentries put the meat on the floor while I hold my hand out. When I held my hand out, Casden took out a money pouch from a pocket from his apron and handed me 3 silver coins. Once I had the money in my hands, I put it away and walked out. Before I was gone to far, Casden shouted out

"If you get more meat on your hands make sure to come sell to me, since I will give you a good price."

I then went into a Blacksmith shop that had an image of an anvil on their sign, that was nearby. I walked in and had my Sentries dump the animal skins, antlers, tusks and claws on the counter.

"I am hear to sell these materials" I said to the blacksmith

"These are alright goods, I will give you 8 bronze coins for them." said the blacksmith

"Ok" I said. After getting paid for the materials I headed out and started going to the center of the city to go to the Mercenary Guild.

After 15 minutes, I was in the center of the city. After looking around, I spotted the Mercenary Guild which wasn't hard to miss since it was a huge three story building with a crest of a western looking Dragon holding swords in its claws engraved into the building above the two door entrance.

Now that I found the Mercenary Guild, I slowly walked towards the entrance. As I am entering into the Mercenary Guild, I am seeing a huge hall with 8 long tables that can hold 20 men at each, at the very back of the building is a long counter that has 4 receptionists talking with some people, and on the right is a huge bulletin board with like a hundred pieces of paper which I am sure are jobs that Mercenaries can accept. As I scan my surrounding, I estimated that there are 50 mercenaries in the Guild.

After inspecting my surroundings, I went to one of the receptionist which was a human woman who looked to be in her 30s.

"Hello sir, how may I be of service?" said the female receptionist
