Ways to handle this little demon

To be honest, the fact that He Jingyi thought Ming Zixin might have probably stolen his foster father's talismans was not something excessive. It's safe to say, in the three realms, Ye Hu, his foster father, was the most hostile person towards Ming Zixin. And the reason was clear. Ye Hu knew the deal between this prince and his lord.

In this malicious world, it's not something special to see such secret deals between cultivators and demons. People only knew what they wanted and how to get it with ease. Since He Jingyi was a child of his lord, Ye Hu knew his child need to sacrifice this much..... like marrying someone for the benefits of her own father. 

But what He Jingyi disliked and hated the most about this crown prince was that.....

Ming Zixin was so much in love with his child. This crown prince was crazily falling head over heels for his child. And this made Ye Hu feel really sick and hostile towards this prince...because he knew it.... he knew that his child would have to suffer like crazy in this prince's hands if Ming Zixin were to find out his child's true gender after marrying He Jingyi in the future. 

This prince's love for his child was really crazy. Ming Zixin loved his child too much. His love was just so terrifying that if this prince were to find out his child's true gender someday, when that crazy love turned into crazy anger, when his extreme love turned into extreme anger, only his child would be the one to suffer in the end.

Hiding the truth from his father was hard enough for his child already. What if one day, Ming Zixin took his child as his reward for the deal? What if his child were to really marry this crown prince? His child also had to struggle more to hide the truth from this prince?

Just imagining the day when his lord would find out the true gender of He Jingyi was terrifying enough already. What's more when there's another crazy prince out there who wanted He Jingyi so much, sacrificed too much to get him, but finally ended up finding out the truth about his gender? If that really happened, this crown prince would torture his child like crazy for sure. 

So Ye Hu couldn't help but be hostile towards this prince. And he didn't hesitate to show his hostility towards Ming Zixin even in front of his child. That's why He Jingyi also knew his foster father really disliked Ming Zixin. 

So, right now, He Jingyi was thinking this crown prince might have stolen or robbed his foster father of his talismans. There's no way his foster father would generously give his creations to this prince. He just couldn't believe it no matter what. 

But one thing He Jingyi forgot to take into account, was that there's one person in the three realms his foster father feared the most. And if that person forced him to do so, he would "willingly" give away all of his talismans or creations to this prince. And, of course, that person who scared his foster father like hell, was no other than his evil father, He Tengfei.

Only after the prince explained properly that it was his father who made Ye Hu give his talismans to him, He Jingyi was really convinced that those talismans were not stolen.

Ming Zixin was a bit disappointed because his princess was accusing him of theft. But it was his own fault for not explaining it immediately. He also knew how much his princess' foster father disliked him. And related to this matter, Ming Zixin felt really frustrated sometimes. 

He knew how his Jingyi's foster father kept convincing her to be aware of him...to stay away from him.....to not associate with him....to not trust him.....He knew everything about it. If it were others, Ming Zixin would have long finished such troublesome old man already. But now, he couldn't. Ye Hu was someone who was important to his Jingyi...someone his Jingyi loved the most after her father. He knew how much his Jingyi loved her foster father, so he couldn't.

Brushing these disheartening thoughts aside, Ming Zixin was about to start the incantation to activate the talisman when his Jingyi gave a dissatisfied look to him as she said.

"It's a great idea to use this talisman. But wait....why only one? Don't you have more talismans on you?"

" I have.....but even with one talisman, we can summon five high level puppets already. We don't need that much."

Even after explaining like this, there was still a cute pout on his princess' face. Ming Zixin was a bit confused. Why would they need to use more? They were just kidnapping a child, not battling with other cultivators.

Holding the prince's flute with two hands as he subconsciouly tried to break it into two halves, He Jingyi finally gave his excuse. And it was..... 

" Well....it's indeed true that we don't need that many talismans. Even so, I want you to use more. If you only use one....it won't be fun anymore!

I'm bored. I need some more fun."

Why wasn't he surprised by this kind of excuse though? Yeah...Ming Zixin had already expected this. At first, he wanna summon just a couple of puppets not to attract that much attention.

But now that he thought about it again, it's not like no one was going to know that some demonic puppets intruded this temporary shelter of prostitutes tonight and kidnapped a child. 

People were going to find out in the end anyway, so why bother to stay lowkey? Besides, nothing was as important as his princess' happiness. His Jingyi was this bored, so as a very good hubby-to-be as he was, he had full responsibility for his Jingyi's happiness, didn't he?

The talismans in his hands were burnt with a red flame as Ming Zixin started doing his incantation. And just a second later, after all those talismans were burnt completely, many circular arrays which were radiating crimson light, formed one after another on the surface of lotus village's streets. 

Meanwhile, corpses which were buried at a nearby graveyard came alive. One after another, destroying and breaking coffins of theirs, all those alive corpses came out, crawling back to the surface of the earth. 

As soon as they came out of their own coffins, all those puppets headed for crimson arrays in the center of the graveyard like moths to flame before getting transported to lotus village via them (arrays). 

Whilst only a couple of puppets broke into the shelter of prostitutes to catch the child, many other puppets were busy, roaming around the whole village and destroying everything in their sight.

Screams were everywhere. A tranquil night suddenly turned into an absolute nightmare. Many innocent villagers got killed. Everything turned into absolute chaos just in a matter of seconds.

Turning to look at his princess, who was enjoying all this show with great interest, Ming Zixin asked as he leaned closer to the other.

"How about now, my princess? Do you like the fun this prince created for you?"
