Homecoming from Hogwarts

Chapter 1214 Arrival

Harry and the other two tried desperately to wink at Hagrid, but Hagrid was so busy taking care of the sturdy man beside him that he didn't bother to pay any attention to them.

"Hello, Grawp—"

Amosta greeted Hagrid's brother with a smile and looked Grawp up and down.

Hagrid put a lot of thought into making this pure-blooded giant brother less scary.

He shaved Grawp's face clean without any beard, and cut his hair into a neat short haircut. In order to make his image more acceptable to the young wizards, Hagrid also got a student robe from somewhere and put it on him, which looked like the size of a tent.

"Remember, Grawp, I told you this was Professor Braine!"

Seeing that Grawp was only looking at Amosta with fear, Hagrid poked Grawp's kidney anxiously.

"Say hello, and be polite!"

Perhaps because Hagrid hurt him a little, Grawp's rough features twisted and he whistled at Hagrid twice.

"I don't think you need to worry too much, Hagrid—"

Dumbledore also stood up at this time, with a kind smile.

"He has made considerable progress compared to when he first moved into the Forbidden Forest. I think Grawp will be able to adapt quickly and learn how to communicate with others—"

"Oh, thank you, Professor Dumbledore!"

Hagrid said gratefully,

"I've been trying to teach him things. He's making rapid progress!"

Hagrid, who had been worried that Grawp would not perform well and thus lose the precious opportunity to join the castle, finally breathed a sigh of relief and had time to look at the reactions of the people around him.

The faculty and staff were strangely silent, and the little wizards stayed far away, with some even running into the entrance hall.

"Hey, don't worry about Grawp hurting you, little ones!"

Hagrid said,
"I've been training him for months. He's not allowed to hurt anyone in the castle. Right, Grawp? You promise to follow the rules?"

"No fight--"

After hesitating for a long time, Boss Grawp hummed reluctantly, but it still sounded like Crabbe and Goyle snoring.

"Look!"

Hagrid seemed to think this proved something, and he said happily to the little wizards.

No one responded. The young wizards just stared at Grawp in a daze. Many of them had disgust in their eyes!

Objectively speaking, Grawp, who is definitely related to Hagrid, does not look that scary. However, his uglier and more rigid facial features, round head and wall-like back make him look much more ferocious than Hagrid.

Moreover, his dull eyes and the yellow teeth that appeared when he opened his mouth were not very appealing.

Hagrid looked a little embarrassed and helpless. He stood there alone, holding Grawp's wrist, as if he had been abandoned by the world.

"Hello, hello—"

Harry didn't know where he got the courage from. Although the fierce aura of Grawp made Harry feel dangerous, he just didn't want to see Hagrid fall into a situation where no one supported him.

Under the astonished gaze of the crowd, he staggered to his feet and walked towards Hagrid and Grawp, but kept a safe distance.

"Hello, Grawp, I'm Harry Potter, welcome to Hogwarts—"

Harry felt like he had used up all his strength and courage to say this under Grawp's confused gaze.

Harry's bold move frightened Professor McGonagall, but when she came to her senses, she, like Dumbledore and Amos, looked at Harry with satisfaction, with pride in her eyes!

"Oh, Harry—"

Hagrid was so moved that tears filled his eyes.

"Well, you, the Gryffindors, might as well—"

Professor McGonagall stood up and said to her house students breathlessly,
"Why not learn from Mr. Potter's fearless courage and hospitality towards guests——"

The Gryffindors, who were expected to do so, did stir, but only Hermione responded.

Hermione seemed ashamed that she was not the first to speak up. After all, Professor Blaine asked her to be responsible for dealing with the exchange group.

"I'm Hermione Granger—"

Hermione said to Grawp, breathlessly, under Hagrid's grateful gaze.

This seemed to confuse Grawp. He looked at Hagrid and then at the two little guys in front of him, scratched his head vigorously, and then, his cloudy eyes flashed with understanding.
"Friends." This was undoubtedly a successful scene. Amostas smiled and clapped a few times.

"This is so ridiculous, I can't bear to watch it!"

Pansy Parkinson from Slytherin whispered angrily into Draco's ear:
"I really don't understand. Dumbledore was stupid enough to bring Hagrid into the school, but why did Professor Braine have to invite these filthy monsters here!"

Pansy's remarks were recognized by some students around her, but Draco did not speak. He stared at Grawp, who was awkwardly extending a finger to touch the palms of the frightened Potter and Granger, and seemed to be thinking about something.

"Ah, if I am not mistaken, other friends have arrived—"

Professor Brian's words caused the young wizards to shudder, and they looked eagerly in the direction Professor Brian was looking towards.

Hagrid, who had gone through the most tormenting time, smiled and patted Grawp on the shoulder.

"Well done, young man!"

When he lowered his head, he saw the murderous looks from Harry and Hermione, and Hagrid shrank his head guiltily.

"Don't look at me like that. I'll explain."

Still in the direction of the Forbidden Forest.

This time, many people walked out of the dark forest one after another. Some of them were particularly tall, which made more little wizards retreat into the hall.

"I suppose it took you a lot of effort to convince Horn, Amosta?"

The slightly tipsy evening breeze blew Dumbledore's silver beard. While people were looking around, he asked with interest.

"It's not that complicated—"

Amosta answered softly,

"Horn knows that it still owes Hogwarts a debt. I mean, it took in a group of druids without permission and allowed Vitia to enter Hogwarts.

Moreover, since Professor Lahansen, who came from the same origin, was willing to allow the children of their ethnic group to enter Hogwarts and integrate into the wizarding world, there was nothing to be stubborn about.

at last--"

Amosta paused, his tone becoming more stern.
"Against the backdrop of the great confrontation in the wizarding world, goblins, giants, and werewolves have all taken sides. The centaurs want to stay out of it while enjoying the peace brought by being close to Hogwarts. It's not that easy for me to take advantage."

Dumbledore was slightly stunned, and the corners of his mouth twitched a few times.

By the time the visitor from the Forbidden Forest had passed half of the venue, the sharp-eyed little wizard could already see clearly who it was.

"It's Professor Lahansen. He brought a group of children. Oh, the other one is!"

It's a centaur!
The fact that there are centaurs in the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts is no longer just a campus legend, as many people have seen it with their own eyes.

However, it was the first time that a centaur entered the Hogwarts campus, and even the faculty and staff had never seen one before.

"I brought them here, Professor Dumbledore, Professor Braine -"

Flomid stopped in front of the two men, took a breath, and stepped aside, leaving the children behind him, the smallest of whom was as old as a freshman and the largest who looked like an adult, exposed to the public's eyes.

"If I remember correctly, you are Luoya?"

Amosta smiled at the fragile little girl with a smile as warm as spring breeze.

"Hello, Professor Blaine--"

The little girl nodded timidly towards Amosta. Everything here was so new that she couldn't help looking around.

"Welcome to Hogwarts to study and live."

Dumbledore looked at these children with pure eyes in the same kind manner and smiled.

"According to the agreement between you and Elder Horn, I also sent our pony--"

The centaurs traveling with Fromid looked much uglier. After all, the centaurs were not willing to participate in this great exchange. They did not care about the wizard's magic, nor were they willing to share their knowledge with the wizard.

So, the horse tribe only sent a foal, a female one.

"Professor Dumbledore, Professor Braine, hello--"

The pony pushed out by Magree dug its hooves into the dirt twice and lowered its head uneasily.
"I'm Polly--"
