Chapter 10 Create charming eyes

Chapter 10 Create charming eyes (4)
From the first position, turn your gaze to the position of the fourth position (directly below the first position), and then return to the first position, repeat ten times.

Starting from the fourth position, turn the gaze to the position of the seventh position, and then return to the fourth position, and repeat ten times. This completes the up and down movement in the middle.

The up and down movement of the left half starts from the second position, turns the gaze to the position of the eighth position, and then returns to the second position, repeating ten times.

Then, still starting from the second position, turn your gaze to the position of the fifth position, and then return to the second position, repeating ten times.

Then start from the fifth position, turn your gaze to the position of the eighth position, and then return to the fifth position, repeat ten times. The up and down movement of the left half is completed.

The up and down movement of the right half starts from the third posture, turns the gaze to the ninth posture, and then returns to the third posture, repeating ten times.

Then still start from the third posture, turn your gaze to the position of the sixth posture, and then return to the third posture, repeat ten times.

Then start from the sixth posture, turn your gaze to the position of the ninth posture, and then return to the sixth posture, repeat ten times. The up and down movement of the right half is completed.

We will now start to do oblique movements. You may find these movements a bit boring, but these movements are the most effective for returning the eyeballs to their normal spherical shape.

The oblique movement starts from the fifth posture, turns the gaze to the ninth posture on the right, and then returns to the fifth posture, repeating twenty times. Before doing this kind of exercise, make sure that you have done a certain number of times in the previous exercises, so that the muscles of each part have been strengthened, otherwise don't try it rashly.

Then start from the sixth posture, turn your gaze to the eighth posture on the left, and then return to the sixth posture, repeating twenty times. The precautions are the same as above.

Finally, I made a list with numbers representing various postures - it is not difficult to do - and put it in front of me to remind myself. If you don't want to make your own tabulations, write the following numbers every two inches on a piece of paper:
879 in the upper row
Middle row 213
The row below is 546
Put these numbers in front of you, it is equivalent to a table.

After you learn to do these exercises, you can do them anytime, anywhere, day or night. It may take some time to get over your flat eyeballs, but consistent exercise can make a surprising difference in returning them to their natural shape.

If you're like most people and have to wear glasses due to deformed eyeballs, these exercises can help you get rid of your distressed glasses for good.To encourage our students to take an active part in this exercise, we have included reports from some interesting organizations in this lesson. All of these will give the eyes a very strong vitality.

The effect can be seen quickly.

We treat the eyeball as a separate organ in this lesson. It is surrounded by structural muscle groups that adjust the focus of the eye by changing the shape of the eye itself. We describe the eyeball separately from the muscles surrounding it, which pull the eyeball in all directions to restore it to its original shape.

In this way we can, by means of three sets of forces, make the eye a more complete organ in every respect.

If you find this lesson very boring feel free to skip it, because the development of attraction does not depend on these exercises. It's just a form of exercise that actually helps, and plays a big role in restoring the youthfulness of the eyes, which in turn can help you get rid of glasses. It can also inject new enthusiasm and brilliance into the eyes, which can quickly attract the attention of others.

You can't lose your glasses just by using this exercise partially. But as you get older, it's definitely good for you to stop your glasses from increasing. That is to say, as long as you can persist in doing this exercise partially, you can avoid further aging of eyesight.

A very successful ophthalmologist recommends to his patients the daily practice of reading in bad type, then in good type, then in bad type, and so many times during each practice.Days or even weeks go by and there may be little to no results, but the vision gets stronger over time. The visual ability and flexibility of the eyes have been improved many times.

Now, we may be on the verge of making the breakthrough step of using our throats more intensively than our eyes.It is at this stage that your eyes will become fiery, mobile, and attractive.

Your friends will notice a dramatic change in you.

Lesson 16

talking eyes
After several very interesting and valuable lessons on the power of the eye (as the prime mover of attraction), this one will, in time, culminate. This time we will discuss the behavior of voice and visual organs together. In other words, sometimes we need both of these at the same time when we use this newfound power. In this way, when a person is full of fire like passion from head to toe, and yet pretends to be at ease on the outside, his eyes may become bright because of it.This brilliance is pure attraction.

If you have given due regard to the exercises in the preceding paragraphs of this book, with a little practice you will be able to intensify the light in your eyes to any degree you please. In any process of progress, it is impossible for people to achieve results overnight, and each lesson paves the way for the following lessons.

We have experimented with testing the brilliance of the eyes in a darkened room, and found that when the eyes of a person become absorbed by the force of will, their passionate brilliance fills the room.

This brilliance cannot be seen in bright places because it is not bright enough by itself. However, eyes can not only make you brighter, but also make you appear more witty. The premise is that there must be a certain language expression when using a certain look, and the meaning of these words must be similar to the meaning expressed by the eyes. Most attractive people show nothing during ordinary mental activities, but once they become interested in achieving a goal, the entire shape of their eyes changes. Thus, the upper part of the face is different from usual, and the power is also reflected in every subtle feature of the features.

Thus, we see the attractive eye as an organ that is active or seeking some purpose. We don't call it attractive eyes if it's dormant. However, these are just terms and have no real power in themselves.

Any function may become strained by being endowed with psychic energy.Thoughts themselves sometimes become passions, and emotions may burst into flames when under great pressure or induced.Control them, ride them, manipulate them, guide them, force them to do your bidding.

Attractive eyes are always on call.

An attractive person usually draws attention by the power of his eyes, often directed directly at another person or persons, who are often unaware of this influence. The intent eye and the attractive touch and language flow from the same force, all energies are alive. As muscles are governed by undulating forces, sound is moved by similar forces, and so do light, so do thoughts, and attraction moves according to the same laws. Each energy has its own source, its own source of supply and its own method of transmission. In short, everything pulses in its own way. When science can reveal the mysteries of life, people will know where the difference between all these energies is.

The attentive eye transforms every part of the face by some strange law inherent in the human body.It also imbues the eye itself with a brilliance that even a camera can record. This special light comes from the energy generated by the body in a state of tension. This part of energy is not produced in the eyeball, but from the brain, and the relevant organs in a state of tension are the real source of this energy. We spent a few years implementing a repositioning program and found that it was the best way to put the mind and eyes into a state of tension. We write down this program arrangement below, which is unlike any other. We arrange the nine positions that we saw in the last plan as follows:

8 7 9
upper left upper front upper right

2 1 3
Horizontal to the left, straight ahead, horizontal to the right

5 4 6
Bottom left Bottom front Bottom right

The first exercise is to look at the imaginary person in the first (1) position, whose eyes are directly in front of you and at the same level as yours, standing there completely still. But your eyes can only stare at him for two seconds.

From the first (1) position to the second (2) position, i.e. turning the gaze horizontally to the left, but without blinking or twitching the muscles of the face.Hold the gaze in the second (2) position for the same amount of time - two seconds.

Then return to the first (1) position and gaze for two seconds.

Go from the first (1) position to the third (3) position, holding still and gazing for two seconds.Continue in this way in each position.

Keep your eyes fixed on the corresponding position represented by each number, repeat the following words repeatedly, and fully express the meaning in your own accent:

With the eyes fixed on the first (1) position, repeatedly say, "I'm talking to you, and you must listen to me." The tone is low and firm, and can even be stern.

When the eyes are fixed on the second (2) position, repeat: "You can't escape my palm." This sentence should be said deeply and powerfully, as if someone is really trying to get rid of your influence.Remember, keep your face facing straight ahead, and don't move any organs except your eyes.

With the eyes fixed on the third (3) position, repeatedly say, "Beware! Don't make me angry."

With the eyes fixed on the fourth (4) position, repeat, "I can't go wrong."

With the eyes fixed on the fifth (5) position, repeat, "Get behind me, Satan."

With the eyes fixed on the sixth (6) position, repeat: "I am stronger than my enemy."

With the eyes fixed on the seventh (7) position, repeat, "God bless me."

With the eye fixed on the eighth (8) position, repeat: "Justice is strength and invincible."

With the eyes fixed on the ninth (9) position, repeat, "Angels watch over my life."

The first few repetitions may be intentional, and keep repeating until the content of the ideas associated with the corresponding positions is absorbed by you.Afterwards, you'd better say those words out loud, and be familiar with where the ideas you're making are in your mouth.

Repeat these points aloud, returning to the first (1) position in the middle after each point.

After practicing the above steps for five days, read each viewpoint five times aloud, while keeping your eyes fixed on the corresponding position, and repeat it all.

Five days after the most recent practice, read each idea aloud ten more times, keeping the eyes fixed on the corresponding points.

Whether you can successfully keep your eyes focused depends on the timbre of your pronunciation. An actor can achieve this quickly and easily, but it might take you a few weeks. But sooner or later this power will come, and once it comes, it will stay forever.
