⑥ For newly purchased assembly parts, it must be inspected according to the standard to prevent counterfeit and shoddy parts from being installed into the assembly or vehicle.

[-]. Completion Inspection System for Maintenance Enterprises

①Completion inspection of vehicle maintenance shall be carried out by full-time inspectors.

②The content of the completion inspection of automobile maintenance includes inspection, inspection, road test, re-inspection after inspection road test and vehicle acceptance.

③Completion inspection of repaired vehicles should be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of "Comprehensive Performance Requirements and Inspection Methods for Commercial Vehicles" (GB/D 18565-2001).First of all, check the appearance and chassis of the whole vehicle, and then conduct a road test after passing the inspection. For abnormal phenomena that occur during the road test, carefully review them. After passing the road test, re-check the chassis to ensure that all technical performances are qualified, and then the general inspection will issue a factory certificate.

④ For vehicles undergoing secondary maintenance and above maintenance operations, in addition to the above inspection content, they must also pass the inspection of a metrologically certified automobile comprehensive performance inspection station.

⑤ It is strictly forbidden to issue a completion certificate for a vehicle that fails the inspection.

⑥ Vehicles that pass the completion inspection shall implement the prescribed quality assurance period system.

[-]. Trial run management system for maintenance enterprises

① The vehicle can only be handed over for debugging after the final assembly inspection meets the quality requirements, otherwise the tester can refuse the road test.

②Testing personnel must hold a driver's license and a tester's certificate, and strictly enforce traffic regulations. Before the road test, the commissioning personnel should conduct item-by-item inspection according to the specified inspection content to ensure the safety of the test run.

③During the road test, the vehicle should be driven according to the prescribed route, and the test license should be hanged, and the main maintenance personnel must accompany the test drive, so as to troubleshoot in time.

④ The test run must follow the specified distance (generally not less than 5km) and the maintenance technical standards to judge and measure the working conditions of the engine and chassis.

⑤ After the test run, adjust and eliminate all faults and defects found in the road test, and deliver the car to the factory only after passing the test.

⑥Strictly implement the test operation to ensure the safety and quality of the test, and carefully fill in the road test records.

① After the maintenance is completed, the inside and outside of the motor vehicle should be cleaned up and parked at the completion delivery location.

② After the maintenance is completed and the maintenance cost is settled, the customer should be notified in time and the delivery time agreed.

③When the business receptionist accompanies the customer to inspect the vehicle, he should confirm the maintenance quality, technical condition, appearance, interior decoration, accessories, equipment, engine number and frame number of the motor vehicle. After the customer approves, sign on the handover list.

④ The business receptionist and settlement clerk should explain the objection raised by the customer, resolve it through negotiation, and report it to the supervisor in a timely manner. If the negotiation fails, an application for mediation may be made to the competent industry authority.

⑤When the completed vehicle leaves the factory, the business receptionist should return the completion inspection sheet, factory certificate, labor cost list, parts and materials list, maintenance invoice and the old parts replaced from the vehicle to the customer.

⑥Establish maintenance data files and settlement files of completed vehicles and provide follow-up services.

[-]. Quality management and quality guarantee period system

①According to the national regulations, implement the quality guarantee period system for the completed vehicles leaving the factory.

②The quality guarantee period shall be implemented in accordance with the following regulations:
a.汽车和危险货物运输车辆整车修理或总成修理质量保证期为车辆行驶20000公里或者100日;二级维护质量保证期为车辆行驶5000km或者30日;一级维护、小修及专项修理质量保证期为车辆行驶2000km或者10日。

b. The quality guarantee period for motorcycle repair or assembly repair is 7000km or 80 days; the quality guarantee period for maintenance, minor repairs and special repairs is 800km or 10 days.

c. The quality guarantee period for other motor vehicle repairs or assembly repairs is 6000km or 60 days; the quality guarantee period for maintenance, minor repairs and special repairs is 700km or 7 days.

The mileage and date indicators above during the quality assurance period, whichever comes first. The quality guarantee period starts from the date when the vehicle is completed and leaves the factory or the certificate of completion and delivery is issued.

d. During the quality guarantee period, if the motor vehicle cannot be used normally due to maintenance quality reasons, the vehicle returned to the factory for repair will be exempted from the labor and material fee for repair.

e. During the quality guarantee period, if the motor vehicle cannot be used normally due to the same fault or maintenance item after two repairs, it shall be responsible for contacting other motor vehicle maintenance operators and bear the corresponding repair costs.

③The above quality guarantee period is only applicable to the quality problems that occur after the vehicle is completed and leaves the factory, and the entrusted repair party strictly implements the driving operation rules and the vehicle run-in period regulations, reasonable use and normal maintenance.
