When me and Mr. Kamui snuck into the kitchen, it was just like Mr. Megli and Sui were concentrating on cooking. Before you, Mr. Kamui, hide behind you in my order and watch what's going on inside.

Two sips of magic device stove in a room of calm shades.

There are two earthen pots that are on fire. There is white hot air from both.

"Rice is good enough to be sprayed a little when cooking. Calm down, adjust the fire, and then we'll just wait."

"Shh, excuse me. I was just wondering if I was wrong."

Two people standing in front of a pot and talking. Apparently, it's a story Sui was in a hurry earlier. Guess from the contents, when I was cooking rice in a dirt pot?

A sui unfamiliar with rice seemed bewildered by the momentum of the pan rocking the lid. That hasty voice was quite unusual.

That said, even I was reliant on cookers in Japan, so I can't possibly make fun of Sui or anything.

"Well, it's okay. After that, just steam carefully. Let's clean up another dish in the meantime."

I haven't heard the contents of the menu, but does it feel like a pot for rice and a few things are wrong?

Aromatic air. Apparently the pot is miso based. The smell of burning and miso tickles the back of my stomach.

Also, it's not finished, but it's on a desk in the kitchen. Kimpira, would you like to simmer the fish?

"... All right, I'll get Kinpira"

Mr. Kamui looked back and whispered.

Sui pays attention to the pan, and Mr. Megri's has started putting knives in the green vegetables, so the alert behind him is neglected.

There, Mr. Kamui, softly sneaks into the room and leans closer to Kimpira.

It's about time my fingers stretched out and arrived a little later.

Right beside Mr. Kamui's finger, a ston and knife stabbed him.

Me and Mr. Kamui, who are suddenly stiff.

Slowly turning his gaze toward Mr. Megri, he appeared to be removing the new knife from the shelf without even looking at this one.

And she said in a quiet voice like a solitary.

"Yes, don't do things that you don't want to do in front of a customer"

…… Mr. Megli? "

"Nothing, Mr. Suey."

Sui looks back strangely and looks at Mr. Kamui, who is solidifying.

And look at the knife poking at my desk. It is a brilliant throwing skill.

After a few seconds of rigidity, Sui seems to have decided not to see it.

Losing pressure from Mr. Megri's back, Mr. Kamui gently returned the extended hand and turned back.

"It was a treat"

"Yes, you were rude."

Then, after a while, we were set for a little early dinner.

The main dish is a chicken miso pan. Besides, it is a Japanese dish such as stewed green vegetables, kimpiraburu, fish, and so on.

It's still a little warm, but not too early to eat a pot either.

Human beings other than Sui naturally ate with chopsticks, and Sui also flattened the dish while struggling with spoons and forks.

"But Sui is rare"

"Yes?"

Lower the empty dishes, where me and Mr. Kamui are neat with sake, he said abruptly.

And when Sui turns a blind eye, Mr. Kamui answers vaguely.

"No what. I mean, it's pretty much everywhere outside of Japan, but most people don't like miso or soy sauce."

Speaking of which, I've heard. Even on Earth, overseas people usually don't like the flavors and aromas of soy sauce and miso?

Fermented foods are often characterised by aromas. Even if the Japanese have been used to fragrances since childhood, the impression will change if they are the first to smell them.

If I suddenly serve blue cheese to a child who knows nothing, I'm talking about eating it.

Even so, Sui was eating the dishes served deliciously, without fear at all.

Sui asked, thinking a little and answering hazy.

"I don't really like it or dislike it."

"Good thing!

Mr. Kamui seems very satisfied with Sui's response.

As it was, he gently lifted up the spot and asked Sui.

"What do you say? Why don't we have a cup of this guy, not tea?

"Sir. Don't force yourself."

"It's not impossible. I just wanted you to have a little more enthusiasts. This guy from Megri's house is delicious."

Mr. Megri pauses gently, but Mr. Kamui passes by saying he respects Sui's will.

Sui, who had preceded it, had a rare and difficult face to consolidate.

And you look at me like you're watching.

…………

When I can stare at you silently, I feel like I have to give you some advice.

"Nothing, you don't have to drink it. Mr. Kamui is not the kind of person who cares."

"... yeah, I do"

Even though I gave my opinion, Sui was brilliantly clouded with words. I don't like my response or anything like that.

I have something to say, but I can't.

As surprising as it may be, Suey doesn't really like alcohol, unlike potions. In a potion sense, it feels like a rooted distiller.

From what I've seen, it doesn't mean I don't like wine and other liquors, or it could simply be a matter of preference.

That's how her gaze comes down to me. That's all I have. My gaze went up again and I saw my face.

As one convinced, she nods small. Then I turned to Mr. Kamui.

"... su, just a little"

That's what Sui said, grabbing his old man and his new pee and putting out that hand.

"Oh, I don't get it."

Mr. Kamui gets in a good mood as soon as possible and pours a clear liquid into Sui's pee.

Sui, who received it, slowly tilted the cup and included it.

"... a slightly sweet, strange flavor"

That was Sui's impression of sake.

Sake generally refers to brewed liquor made of rice.

Imaginarily, the mechanism of alcohol production, carried out in wheat, is carried out in an environment suitable for rice and in yeast - koji.

I don't know much about sake because I'm mostly out of expertise.

From what I've heard, it is usually the sake in circulation that fires in after alcohol has broken out and stops any further fermentation. They don't, they call it raw alcohol.

The majority of sake that is commercially available and distributed is officially called sake.

A characteristic of the flavor is a slight rice-like sweetness, such as that mentioned by Sui. And is it a unique fragrance?

Sounds like brewed liquor. Around 15% alcohol. Similar in strength to wine.

Around Japan, they make alcohol almost anywhere in the region where rice is made. I've also heard of customers traveling well around local liquor.

So, the unique taste is not close to any other liquor, and it seems that there is quite a personal difference when it doesn't fit.

of, but seemed to fall into the delicious category for Sui.

"All right, all right. That's a good drink, Sui. Megli's not dating anybody special."

"Because I'm not that strong, unlike my husband. Oh, Mr. Suey, be careful about drinking too much."

The two elders who said it looked like both sides were kind of happy to say it.

Mr. Kamui goes without saying. Whatever Mr. Megri's mouth is, he seems happy that he liked sake.

I smile tenderly when I see Sui move on and ask for another drink.

"Well, I'll have something to prepare again."

Standing up softly, Mr. Megri disappeared again into the kitchen.

The rest of us were quietly addicted to sake.
