"How come you're neither? That's amazing!"

The rest of the survivors set up tents on the floor below. This guy isn't like us who has powers but he's good with the sword. His name is Haeckel."

The people Sakuragi introduced were glad to see another survivor. Looking at them, they all looked like college students who have not seen the apocalypse. Their clothes were neat and there was no hint of weariness on their faces.

"Hello everyone." Haeckel smiled before continuing, "My main goal in coming here is to go to Tokyo. The roads are dangerous and I just saw a horde of about a hundred thousand on the Nagasaki Express Way."

"So she knew how to talk." Sakuragi murmured to himself loud enough for everyone to hear. It was the first time that the people around heard her spoke so much.

"Are you sure?" Haeckel asked. He didn't deny the girl because he could sympathize with the emotions of this woman. Like him, she was also looking for someone important in her life.

Compared to other zombies, this one had completely black skin. In front of this SUV, there was another vehicle that was also driving fast, away from whatever it is that it was fearful of.

The zombie placed its feet on the ground, slowing down the SUV it was clinging on and eventually, completely stopping it from moving. The zombie pulled the portion of the car it was holding on which revealed to it the existence of the four humans inside the SUV.

"Run!"

The four people quickly ran away in four different directions. The zombie stared at the four, undecided which one to run after. After what seems like a split second, the zombie chased the human to its right.

"Stomp, stomp, stomp." Each step of the zombie shook the ground five meters around it. Aside from being stronger, this zombie was also faster than the regular zombie and regular zombies are normally faster than humans.

As for Haeckel, because of investing his points to agility, he was now faster than regular zombies but only by a small margin. The zombie was slowly closing its distance to the man.

Still, the zombie reached its next target, also crushed its head and bit a piece of the man's flesh. This time, the zombie grabbed the the man he had just crushed and threw it towards the last surviving man.

"I'm not going to allow that!" Sakuragi disappeared from his spot.
