"It always amazes me to see the castle something so ancient yet so modern at the same time," Lucifer thought.

As Lucifer walked through the castle's hallways, he observed the paintings of old and the holographs of new the mix between the types of technology was a pretty fascinating concept.

Even though technology seemed to have progressed quite a bit, technology was powered mainly by beasts crystals or artificially crafted mana crystals.

"This hallways is mesmerising with the lights on the side of the walls being a mesmerising glow of technological success." So Lucifer thought to himself."

"The red polypropylene yarn carpet and the marble floors with the gold ace of diamonds made for an impressive match to the walls made from liarythium and diamonuin. The latter is only accessible in the demon territory. Both known for being the most sturdy and beautiful materials for construction, with the transparent red colour of diamonuin and the black colour of liarythium, they made for a beautiful sight when walking through the castle hallways.

I would compare black liarythium to what was called in my first life the worlds blackest paint that created an illusion of nothingness.

With the white and golden floors partially covered by the red carpet, the black and transparent red coloured walls covered by paintings, holographs and beast crystals of various colours lighting up the walls. It made for a beautiful sight; to behold every time, I would walk through here." As the beauty of the castle yet again hypnotised Lucifer, he did not even realise, but he already found himself in front of his mothers' room.

Lucifer proceeded to open the doors, and his mother stepped outside her room. It has been eight months, and her pregnancy was clearly visible by now.

"Are you ready to go, Luci?" his mother asked.

He went red as after being known as the most powerful knight and feared and respected by many in the previous life, he had still not fully adapted to his new role as a child.

"I will change our appearance, and we can go." She stated.

As she said so, she placed her hand on Lucifer, and his appearance changed; his hair became lighter in colour, turning blue, his eyes shifting from red to light blue and his skin colour turning a shade lighter. His mother had done a similar transformation.

"Let's grab a carriage and go," she said.

Lucifer knew the carriages in this world were nothing like those in the worlds he lived in previously.

They were floating carriages powered by mana which was recycled from the atmosphere powering an artificial beast crystal that served as an engine partially reminiscent of the concept of floating cars from Lucifers first life.

They stepped out of the castle and before getting into the carriage.

"Where would you wish to go, Mrs?" The driver asked.

"The central market plaza," Azbeth replied

The driver opened the doors and welcomed them into the carriage.

The driver turned on the carriage, and the Trip officially began.
