Don't Misunderstood!

After hearing how smart Calix was, Klein took this bet more seriously. It was fine for him to lose to anyone

He might have been used to being the number 1 but Klein thinks that aside from the initial disappointment, he wouldn't feel that bad if he wasn't the number 1 anymore

However, if the first place was snatched by Calix then that is another story. Not only do they have that ridiculous bet, but Klein is also unwilling to lose at Calix about anything

"If I were to learn that you lied to me, you already know your fate" Klein said in a threatening manner and Shane nodded her head vigorously

"I know and I didn't lie!" Shane replied

"I will go to the library" Klein said and he starts walking away. Seems like he needs to spend a lot of his time studying for the midterms if he doesn't want to lose

"Wait! What about my dinner?" Shane asked while panicking. Her daily food was the only reason why she said what she knows to Klein. Shane must have what she deserves

"4 days. I'll let you eat to your heart's content for 4 days. A whole week is too long considering that you wouldn't even inform me if it weren't for you wanting to have better meals" Klein answered with a sneer

Is Shane really his friend? If not for the timing being perfect, Klein might have been very laid back until the prelims

It would be bad if he lose because he underestimated his opponent

Shane opened her mouth as she wants to protest but in the end, she can only grit her teeth in anger

She was perfectly aware that protesting would result in her loss no matter how she felt the situation unfair

"I will have my revenge in the future!" Shane vowed to herself while watching Klein walk towards the school library

"Do we really have to study? There's still more than a week before the prelims!" Cain complained to Calix

Their current destination was the school library due to Calix's insistence

"We are already in college, stop being lazy" Calix said while shaking his head

"Pfft, please! You just want to beat Klein for sure!"

Cain knew that Calix was only studying this hard for the prelims all because of that bet with Klein. Without it, he would surely not study this hard, weeks before the examination

"It's because that guy didn't listen to me. I'm just trying to be nice by asking him to stay away from that Senior Dwayne"

Calix tried warning Klein over and over again but the latter simply wouldn't believe him. He thought that Calix simply don't like Dwayne and he was trying to put dirt in his image

Calix still has his conscience. Although he is practically enemies with Klein, his conscience still can't let that guy get taken advantage off

"Although I don't like that senior for always flirting with my crush,but I also don't think he is bad" Cain replied

Dwayne has never shown anything unpleasant. Almost everyone has a good relationship with him

It might only be Calix that is thinking that way to Dwayne

Well, Calix also thinks the same. It's just that, he personally witnessed how homophobic Dwayne was and how he planned on using Klein

If not for that, Calix would also think that Dwayne is a nice guy. But what kind of a nice guy would make homophobic remarks while also planning to use a person for their personal benefit? No one! That is not what a kind and nice guy was!

"Wait, what's wrong with Senior Dwayne?" Liam can't help but ask. He was just like the others, he thinks that Dwayne is a genuinely nice guy

"He is homophobic and he's just trying to use Klein" Calix answered in a straightforward manner

He doesn't have any intention of hiding it since his conscience is clean

"Ehhh??? What are you saying? I don't believe that Senior is like that!" Liam said while vigorously shaking his head, completely not believing Calix's words

Well, Liam has some bias. As for the reason? He was 'bribe'

Dwayne buys Klein some snacks and he would also sometimes also give snacks to his friends

That simple action of his was enough for him to buy Liam's support. He was that simple, giving him snacks would already make him happy and he would think that you are a nice guy

"I don't like him" Tristan that was keeping his silence until now finally spoke. He expressed his dislike for Dwayne much to Calix's relief

Finally! Finally, there is someone that also don't like that senior

"Why?? He's really kind!" Liam insisted

"I can feel it" Tristan shortly answered as he cannot tell the truth

He simply don't like Dwayne buying Liam those snacks. He completely treated the little guy as some sort of an adorable pet

With others giving his 'pet' snacks, Tristan can't help but be jealous. If not for him worrying that Liam might upset his stomach for eating too much, Tristan would have bought a lot of snacks for Liam

Hence, this time, Tristan was supporting Calix's dislike for Dwayne

"What feel? You are feeling wrong! Hmph!" Liam snorted, completely disatisfied that a 'kind person' was being hated

That just makes Tristan's dislike for Dwayne to grow. What a cunning man. How dare he fool his 'pet' like this? How hateful!

Calix's group arrives in the library and they also met Shane along the way. Without a choice, Shane can only follow them to perhaps the most boring place in the university

Although Shane is not as lazy as Liam, she still don't like studying. If Liam would only study a day before the exam, Shane would study a few days before it

In terms of laziness, the two were still apart. But since the exam is not that near yet, Shane don't want to be in such a boring place

Too bad that all of her friends actually planned on entering such a place

When the group arrives at the library, they tried to find Klein

Fortunately, it wasn't that hard. A lot of heads were locked in a certain direction as they watched a certain someone

Klein was in the corner with a book in his hand. His eyes completely focuses in reading the book's content and he ignored everything around him

He was oblivious to the stare that he was receiving. It was not everyday that the library was blessed with the presence of a handsome guy, the students around can't help but look at him

The students even want to approach Klein but they were afraid of disturbing him and they can only watch from afar

"Let's go accompany that book worm" Shane said as she went to where Klein was

However,  before their group can even meet up with Klein, there is already someone that talked to him

"It's that Dwayne again. He's like a fly" Calix commented after seeing who the one that sat next to Klein

"You know, you have been paying too much attention with Klein for the past week. Be careful, too much observation can sometimes make a person fall inlove" Cain teased

Ever since Calix witnessed how big of a jerk Dwayne was, he always want to remove him from Klein's life

As a result, without hin knowing, he was already watching the two most of the time which Cain notices

If this goes on, Cain thinks that Calix might really fall inlove with Klein but that wouldn't end up good

Aside from annoyance, annoyance, and annoyance, Klein don't feel any other thing for Calix

"Stop or I'll bang you head into the wall" Calix replied coldly

"Sheesh, why can't you just be honest and say that you are jealous? You are too hot headed. I'm warning you already, others would be brought by your handsome looks easily but Klein is different. If you want him, handsome looks alone would be far from enough. You don't know how many handsome guys he had rejected before!"

Until now, Shane still thinks that Calix grew some feelings for Klein. Calix acting like this is because of jealousy in her eyes

"Do you want me to inform Klein of your words? I wonder what would happen to you? Would he order you around like a slave again or perhaps he'll force you to get a hundred in a quiz before you can eat something good?" Calix asked in a despising tone

Those scenarios are just one of the things that Shane went through for the past week

Klein didn't hurt her physically but the punishment was mentally exhausting!

Although, we have to admit that Klein's methods were quite good especially the quiz part

He uses the punishment to make Shane focus on her study which was very important since she did get a hundred thanks to the pressure

Even then, Shane don't want to experience that again even if it meant a score of a hundred
