"Fine, I will give you those things in exchange for that valuable piece of information. It better be worth it, or else."

I don't bother with that last piece, I'm not scared of him.

"Okay, just to make sure that you don't pull out half way, we're going to do this my way." I say confidently. He has no choice in this matter it's either do it or beat it.

"Please, elaborate."

"So you give me what I ask for first and then I'll tell you what they said." It's a win win....for myself.

"Wait! How does this benefit me."

"It doesn't, that's the best for best part." Seriously why is it taking him so long to catch on, it is like he doesn't know me at all.

After he got the materials I asked for, we begin the hand-off. And might I add he did not let me see where he hid the weapons, that was so unfair.

"Okay, give me my stuff first."

"Here, now tell me, Everything!"

"Are you sure you're ready."

"Yes."

"You may need to sit down for this."

He conjured up a lounge chair and elegantly sat down, crossing his legs and thin arms.

"Go on..."

"So right, my friend... it's a she-" he begins to sit up straight in the chair, his attention obviously piqued. "Her name is Etherina and she told me, to tell you, that Xue Tao said hi."

"Really, is this for real!?"

"No, it's for false." I say sarcastically.

"By the way who is Xue Tao, is she your looooverrrr." I sing the last part, making a cheesy face at him, it causes the old fart to cringe and look away in disgust.

"Well, this is alot to take in. Whew-" he wipes off nonexistant sweat from his bȧrėly visible brow, releasing a puff of air. Slowly, he rises up from the chair contemplating his next words,"-I think..I- I need to go...somewhere. Don't follow me." Then he turns walking away quickly.

"Sheesh, not like I was planning to anyway. That's why you fuċk the fishes now. Damn lonely ȧss!" I say in an attempt to get in the last word.

After that strange confrontation I walk away with my valuables in tow, next destination, the pagoda.

Entering the old building I see that there's dust everywhere. It doesn't bother me much, though, it's not that bad.

I sit on my own, hundreds of books and papers scattered around me while I sink into my own little investigation world.

That's when I come across an unusual piece of torn paper. It's old, with the background a tinted yellowish hue.

As I read the tiny letters I come across something that completely baffles me.

I don't know how long I've been here in this place. Xue Tao's gone, she's left to fulfill her godly duties while I stayed behind, I couldn't let go of all the treasures. I needed more time. Any who, I think I discovered something, and it may be detrimental to world of cultivation if it gets leaked.

It ends there. My mind leads me back to the old man, why'd he tear this paper up. I need to find out more.

From my years as a professional online novel reader, I know for sure that in situations like this if there's one there is more. Fate plays a crucial role in dimensions like these.

So I ended up stomping on the floor boards in the pagoda like I'm tap dancing, or having a seizure, you never truly know. If I may add, I'm a pre-tty good dancer.

On my final stomp, I feel something weird. The ground under it is hollow. Which means that's a sign! Oh my gosh, I'm seriously too smart for you people!!!!

I remove the long, rectangular wood after a few dozen tries and inspect what's under it. There's....a box. It is shaped like a treasure ċhėst, with words carved onto it, crookedly.

There is nothing in here, look away.

Oh please, do I look that stupid. It might fool Baozi but not me. The ċhėst is pretty fragile looking, almost as if a gust of wind would blow it away. I blow dragons' breath on it, disentegrating the outside shell to dust. What's left are papers just like the one I found. But they are longer in length, with more information, and they're not in order. Ugh!

10 Years Later (sarcastic sponge Bob narrator voice)

2nd Entry

I feel bad for Red Rose continent. The mistake the gods made was truly big this time. Switching souls by accident at a time like this, everyone there is truly going to die.

Switching of souls? Wait, where is this coming from. I think back to the game and the ending of it but I suddenly realize, the game didn't have an ending. It just stopped with the the female lead and one of the lower class male leads getting married, but it never said what happened to the world after that.

The company soon retracted the game saying they would take it back to finish write the fairytale ending, but they never released it again. There was no news about it after that. I vigorously scan through the rest of the papers. I have a rough idea on what's happened and I pray to the heavens that I'm not right.

3rd Entry

My speculations have born fruit. It's not looking bright, though its good that the girl died when she did, hopefully her soul returns to where it belongs, but what about the one that we need. That idiotic bitch and her mother are going to push this place to its last resort.

4th Entry

The demons have escaped. Kingdoms are raging wars onto each other for petty reasons while the whole race is about to extinguish, I'm glad I'm inside the space away from harms way.

"That sounds like the old man. Always thinking about himself."

Xue Tao never came back for me. She's sticking to her words I see. And if I'm right, which I'm always, this means that I'll have to be here until she arrives. I hope Xue Tao's right.. Just wish she was here though, I miss her so much.
