Forever Destined To The Silver Shadow

Celestia's POV:

How did Theo know that I am here? I don't think that he can read my mind now. My mental shield has still not worn out. He couldn't possibly know that I am here! Perhaps he is just bluffing. 

When Theo came to my hiding place behind the ash wood tree, I realized that he was not bluffing. He kept grinning at me as I pressed my back against the tree trunk. 

"My love, I am really proud of you today. You..." 

I slapped him on his cheek even before he could say anything more than that. Theo was utterly shocked by my gesture. 

"You evil trickster," I cried out loud. "How could you fool these innocent Valley people? They are all worshipping you like a deity! But you endangered everyone's life just to create chaos?"

"Celestia, no. Let me explain," Theo responded. 

"Save your breath, trickster," I snarled at him. "I saw everything that you did out there. You are planning something evil along with those Vampires. And you made everyone here unconscious and let the Vampires attack me?"

"But, my love, I did that for a reason. Everything I do has a reason behind it. And my intentions are not evil. You have to trust me," Theo said. 

I became speechless after that as I was surprised by the way he was still defending himself. 

"Don't ever call me your love," I fired at him. "Because you don't even love me! If you did love me, then you would not have let the Vampires attack me multiple times. I lost my blood because of you. And just now, I got stabbed by the Drude possessed Marilyn! Are you behind that too? Did you make Marilyn insane?"

Theo immediately shook his head. "Celestia, I am not the reason for that. Marilyn was a weaker person by mind, and that's why the Drude got her. She has been living with that evil spirit for more than six months. You can ask Lord Magnus about it."

I didn't know if I should trust him or not. Because Marilyn seemed mentally weak to me the moment, I met her. Theo can't be behind this. 

"My love, I would never hurt innocent people, especially girls. And you know that!"

"Then what about me?" I screamed. "You told me that you get hurt whenever I cry. But now you hurt me so much with your lies and manipulation. Do you know how that makes me feel?"

I tried hard to resist my tears when I said that. He was watching my outburst quietly for a while. Perhaps he is coming up with a plan to manipulate me. But I am not going to fall into his trap again. 

"My sweetness, is there anything else that you need to say? If you have something to say, then please do not hesitate. After you are done, I am going to clarify everything to you," he mumbled. 

"You are impossible," I shook my head and said. "If you still think that you can manipulate me with your tactics, you are wrong because I unleashed my Angelic powers today! You can't control me as you did before."

Theo gave me a dimpled smile. "I am so proud of you, Celestia. You are an Angel now! You completed stage six. We still have one more stage left."

I blinked at him as I was extremely bewildered. "So this was all stage six?" I asked him warily. 

Theo nodded immediately. "Yes, and you succeeded in it. I made the Vampires attack you and this Valley just for you. If I had not done that, you would have never realized your true potential. Your powers would have been submerged in you forever!"

Theo was not wrong. This is the first time I was able to unleash my inner powers. I was never able to do it before, no matter how hard I tried. 

"But what about the people's lives you endangered?" I raised a question. "Nine mage warriors were injured because of your deed. And the whole Valley got unconscious! What you did wasn't right, Theo. What if something had happened to them?"

"Nothing can happen to anyone in the presence of the Dawn," he asserted. "I have already told this to you a million times before, my love. Your powers are infinite! But you are refusing to admit your own abilities. That is why I had to do all these to teach you about yourself."

"And you had no other way to do that except this?" I asked him again. "Because anything other than this would have been better. I really thought that I was going to lose my people and lose you. Do you know how I felt when that evil Drude sliced your throat with the dagger?"

"And that is when you unleashed your inner powers, my love," Theo beamed at me. "The Dawn in you woke up only when you thought that I was in danger. Do you know why? Because your love for me is your strongest feeling." 

I looked away from him. "I won't ever forgive you for that one, and you can't take my love for granted," I blurted out. "Do you know how hurtful it was for me to see the silver liquid dripping from your neck?"

Theo stepped closer to me and embraced me in his arms. "I let that all happen to me because I have immense faith in you, my sweetness. I know you will save me! That is why I didn't mind losing a few drops of my blood."

The darkness slowly faded away from the sky as the sun began to rise. I closed my eyes, rested my head on his broad shoulders. My mind was dazed from all the confusion and the latest turn of events. 

Theo says that he did everything to make me use my full potential. I still couldn't comprehend everything he said to me because all of this is a lot to process. 

Theo's intentions are so hard to understand! From what I saw today, he was deceiving even the Vampires. Then how do I know if he is loyal to me or not? 

He let a Drude slice his throat for me! He is loyal to me! So everything he said must be the truth! Or was that an illusion too?!!!
