HE/HEROINE AND MY VILLAINESS

(HANDS OF THICK THORN ROOTS)

"But that does not mean that we can't make it better and arrange it for the good of our people, right?" Sir Albert asks as he continues talking.

"Because we are the person whom our people are looking up to, we have the power to change and make a better place for them to live in balance and harmony,"

"You are right, but again we are all different if you change the way people live and believe now. The capacity to be fulfilled is small. Because the way they live now has been practicing since then, and nothing has success from revising it before. So if you want to achieve unachievable things, build and create new starting from the beginning," King Phantrel looks straight at Sir Albert as he continues talking.

"I understand your judgment and the words you want to deliver, but the law is too sensitive to be avoided and ignore,"

"But what if I avoid it and ignore it, with an exchange of fruits later," Sir Albert mentions.

"Oh? What is it?" King Phantrel asks, curious.

"I will become king of Alfendra, then guide, help Crown Prince Adam throughout the journey of his reign and aid the Astrod kingdom wherever it needs to be an aid. In exchange for Sir Aloit's freedom," Sir Albert mentions, making King Phantrel and the two remaining people inside the room shocked and surprised. King Phantrel chuckled then responds as he walks down to his throne through the stairs, stepping his foot one by one.

"Are you sure you will take away your freedom for the people you have not known for so long?" King Phantrel asks.

"I may not know them for so long, but their feelings and care they give to me are all sincere. I don't care if they betray me or leave me in the end at least I don't have guilt and regrets," Sir Albert mentions, which made Sir Aloit heart move, but he felt unspirited because Sir Albert will sacrifice his freedom for the person he barely knows yet.

"You don't have to do this, Prince Albert. I will face my punishment according to the law. There's no need to go that deep," Sir Aloit joins in their conversation.

"No, I am not only doing this for you. I am also doing this for the persons who cherish and still waiting for you. I don't want that person to suffer and felt torn again. That person already went through a lot of injustice and misunderstanding. I want you to give that person full care and love at least, Sir Aloit," Sir Albert mentions pointing his words to Vendia. Sir Aloit look at him for a second with daring eyes and a warm feeling.

"I understand," Sir Aloit respond.

"I will accept your fruits, but I'm still not satisfied upon knowing that Sir Aloit here did not face hardships for his mistakes," King Phantrel mentions, which made Sir Albert's left brow twitch.

"What are you trying to imply here, your majesty? Did my offer still have not filled you?" Sir Albert asks.

"Is already enough," King Phantrel respond.

"Then what more do you want?" Sir Albert replies.

"I will do your plan and freed Sir Aloit, but I want him to serve my kingdom as my son knight till he died in an exchange of my physician innocent life," King Phantrel mentions, making Sir Aloit and Sir Albert surprised.

"Say what now?" Sir Albert asks in his pissed-off voice. He greeted his teeth with anger as he wears an icy expression.

"I will not take his life because of your offer, but I will not ignore the fact that my physician died injustice. I will free him from his mistakes, but not from his sin," King Phantrel mentions.

"But tha-" Sir Albert's words cut short by Sir Aloit.

"Sir Albert is fine. I will accept his majesty's request with all my heart," Sir Aloit mentions kneeling in front of the king as he steps into their conversation because he does not want Sir Albert to sacrifice any further for him.

"But Sir Aloit, if you accept it. Who's going to accompany and protect Lady Vendia? You know Lady Vendia won't accept this too, right?" Sir Albert mentions as Sir Aloit stood up and gazes at him with a warm smile.

"Can I leave those to you for the meantime, Sir Albert?" Sir Aloit respond.

"What? What do you mean..." Sir Albert look at him, puzzled for a second, then figured what Sir Aloit's words mean. He gasps, then responds.

"You want me to appoint a new knight for her?" Sir Albert figured.

"Yes," Sir Aloit answer.

"But that's..." Sir Albert still felt hesitant, but looking at Sir Aloit's situation today, he sighs and accepts his request.

"I understand,"

"Thank you, Sir Albert," Sir Aloit thank him, then Sir Albert nod.

"But I have another request for his majesty," Sir Albert pointed at king Phantrel.

"What is it? If it's freeing Sir Aloit again. I can't accept it anymore," King Phantrel responds.

"No, it's not that. I want for king Phantrel to let Sir Aloit go for ten days to spend it with the Marquis before he spends his life here at the kingdom," Sir Albert reply making Sir Aloit look at him full of relief and bliss. King Phantrel gazes at Sir Albert and thinks through his requests for three minutes, then nods.

"Okay, he can go back for ten days, but after it, my people will fetch you to the Marquis with a declaration letter and authorization for the Marquis to sign, and you will serve my son for the rest of your life," King Phantrel mentions as Sir Aloit nod.

"Thank you, your majesty," Sir Aloit thank him.

"En, you both can leave now," King Phantrel demands, releasing them already.

"Thank you, your majesty," Sir Albert and Sir Aloit said in sync as they vowed to give respect for king Phantrel and leave. After they leave, king Phantrel then went back to his throne chair and sat.

"Are you sure about your plan?" Butler Sed asks as he went close to king Phantrel and sits on his lap, facing him back.

"Yes, I am," king Phantrel responds, hugging Butler Sed's waist with his arms.

"You are so clever you put two fish inside a small net," Butler Sed mentions.

"Is all thanks to Lady Vendia," King Phantrel responds, smirking as he felt satisfied upon succeeding in his plan.

"Are you sure that this plan of yours will work till the end? Why not use force instead of a smooth process?" Butler Sed mentions.

"I'm sure it will work, and if not, then force it is. But for now, let's focus on building trust in my son first and do my plan at a smooth pace," King Phantrel respond.

"Your right, but I'm surprised because you always use force," Butler Sed mentions turning around, opening his lap wide as he sits into king Phantrel's lap facing his front.

"I did?" King Phantrel reply pretending to be surprised he smirks and pulls Butler Sed's body close into his chest.

"Is the first time you use smooth process into a sensitive matter," Butler Sed respond, roaming his right hand into king Phantrel's right cheek. King Phantrel caught it and put it to his neck, making Butler Sed cling to him.

"Well, if it's related to improving and making my kingdom more dominant, why not? Embracing some change will not affect my goal. But my method of having you in my arms will never change," King Phantrel responds as he kisses the right side of Butler Sed's neck with force, then bites it, causing Butler Sed to moan in pain.

"Ah~! Em~ You may not change it until I say so," Butler Sed mentions whispering into king Phantrel's left ear with his seducing tone of voice.

"Affirmative," King Phantrel reply, smirking as he then aggressively kissed Butler Sed, and their day went on full of mist and fluff.

Sir Albert and Sir Sed are now riding away from the Astrod kingdom to get back to the Marquis' residence. Their ride is quiet. No one wants to talk. But when they pass through the town, Sir Aloit took the courage and spoke.

"Thank you for saving my life today, Sir Albert. I will not forget this day," Sir Aloit mentions as Sir Albert gaze at him with a wistful smile.

"Your welcome, Sir Aloit," Sir Albert reply.

"Also, thank you for thinking of Lady Vendia," Sir Aloit mentions as Sir Albert nods, then he continues talking.

"To be honest, I didn't care about myself at that time as long as she's safe and out of harm. I am contented to give up on my life. But I didn't think that she will suffer more if I am not alive and not beside her anymore. Thank you for making me realize it, Sir Albert," Sir Aloit ended his words with a sincere smile. Sir Albert saw it, then smile back at him.
