HE/HEROINE AND MY VILLAINESS

(IT'S TIME TO TAKE HAZE)

"Do you think this will look good on her?" May asks her sister Xiane, who nods.

"Whatever she wears. She will always look good on it," Sir Aloit mentions to them as they both gaze at him for a minute, thinking then nod, agreed to Sir Aloit words.

"Okay, I will give this to her for a while. Xian put the plates and the other things that will be needed," May demand.

"Okay," Xiane reply with a nod as May then went inside the house in haste while carrying the clothes that Yerre requested.

"Come on. I will help you put the plates and the other things outside," Sir Aloit mentions, making Xiane nod as they also went inside the house into the dirty kitchen to get all the utensils that are going to be needed later.

Meanwhile, May had already given the clothes to Yerre as she then leaves Yerre to bathe in peace.

May strides towards the dirty kitchen and saw the two-person busy gathering all utensils that are going to be needed.

"Xian, Aloit," May announce her presence inside the kitchen, shouting in which made the two-person turned around with a startled expression.

"Jesus Christ! You startled us! Why would you have to shout?" Xiane snorts at her elder sister, but May only gives out a light laugh to her, which made Xian annoyed for a second.

"Good, you're here. Hurry, help us put this outside. There are too many to carry. Our hands are not enough," Sir Aloit mentions.

"Okay," May quick reply as she then went over to them and aide upon carrying the things out of the house.

"How's Vendia?" Sir Aloit asks as they stride go out from the kitchen to put the things they carry outside.

"She's fine. After I left, she went on bathing." May answer.

"I see," Sir Aloit relief reply.

It took five minutes before Sir Aloit and the two sisters had done their job of making things ready for the party later.

When they had done, the three of them then take a rest for thirteen seconds, sitting on the long wood chair outside, in front of a broad and long table.

Sighing and releasing the exhaustion they get upon working and putting things for the farewell party.

But their thirteen-second rest got interrupted by the two-person who arrived alongside the thirty hundred people from the village.

Sir Aloit and the two sisters stood out from their chair then fixed their posture as they smile at all of them, showing no exhaustion and restlessness.

May and Xiane stride over to their parents with a smile, while Sir Aloit welcomed their guests with a thankful smile.

"You're all here, welcome. Thank you for coming. Sit, sit Vendia is still bathing, Vendia will come by later," Sir Aloit mentions, welcoming all villagers to his residence for their farewell party.

"Sir Aloit," Ying and Chen shout his name from afar with their parents holding their right hands for security.

"Oh, hey! Come, take a sit you all. I will go get Vendia first," Sir Aloit answer and welcomed them all with a genuine smile as all villagers also smile back at him and pat his shoulder, thanking him for welcoming them with no sign of forced energy.

"Fred, can your family take care of them for a while? I will get Vendia first," Sir Aloit mention as Fred nod with a gentle smile.

Sir Aloit then went inside the house and stride where Yerre room knocking.

"Vendia?" Sir Aloit call from outside the door.

"Uncle? I'm still not finished. Are they all here already?" Yerre asks.

"Yes, they're all outside waiting already. But you can tak-"

"I'm done. Let's go, uncle," Yerre mention as she opens her door in haste and with no warning, making Sir Aloit startled from surprise and stiff at his place for two seconds while his words got unended.

Yerre stops in front of her door with a buffering eye as she saw Sir Aloit got startled and surprised by her actions.

"Uncle?" she calls, consulting him.

"Oh, um. Sorry, I got startled by you opening the door with no warned, Jaja. It caught me off guard," Sir Aloit answer, explaining the feelings he felt a minute ago.

"I'm sorry, uncle," Yerre apologizes, feeling guilty upon making Sir Aloit startled.

"Aish! Is fine, don't worry. Come on, let's go meet our guest, shall we?" Sir Aloit mentions with a smile as he lends his left arm for Yerre to cling to her right arm, making Sir Aloit look like an escort.

"Let's go," Yerre responds with a bright smile as she clings to her right arms to Sir Aloit's left arm. Then they stride out from the house and meet the people of Nipa village for their farewell party.

The moon has awoken alongside the clouds that as clear as clean water. The wind freezes as the animals, who rejoice at night, cry.

The place is sleeping, but the people are still awake and dancing to a festive hymn. Some people are playing instruments while others are dancing and talking.

The Nipa village has turned into a circus. Some are rejoicing while others are reflecting. Yerre is playing with the kids while Sir Aloit is with the adults dancing and talking until they all had enough.

Their celebration lasted for three hours till everything then turned emotional and overbearing. The children bawl in a mess which made their parents worried and consoled them.

The others wear an indescribable expression and force controllable emotions. Sir Aloit and Yerre are now sitting at the back of their horses, both wearing long leather black gloves protecting their hands from the coldness of the night and a thick brown hood cloak that covered their head and all lower parts of their body. Ready to ride away from the Nipa village.

Yerre gazes at the children, adults, and the seniors for three minutes with a heave feeling, but she knows she can't stay because someone is waiting for her to come back.

"Vendia, are you ready to go?" Sir Aloit calls, making Yerre gaze away from the people of Nipa village and focuses on him.

"Yes," Yerre answers, but her voice sounds heavy and almost cracking, even though she spends a short period at the Nipa village.

This place is what her heart wanted for her to have, peaceful and away from any commotions.

Yerre gazes back at the Nipa people for two seconds, then smiles as she waves her right hand to bid them all goodbye. The Nipa people respond, waving at her with a forced smile.

"Let's go," Sir Aloit proposes.

"Em," Yerre responds as Sir Aloit signaled their horse to move and walked at a slow pace.

When they turned around, they ride away. The children's sobs become louder, harder.

"Vendia! Visit us if you and Aloit have free time, okay?" Xiane shout at them from afar as they are now ten meters away from them.

"We will!" Sir Aloit answer while Yerre turned her head a little, taking a glance at them all with a gentle smile but heavy expression.

"Don't look at them anymore, look straight," Sir Aloit demand at Yerre as he understands the feeling and emotions she wants to release for the Nipa people.

"Em," Yerre answers as she releases a trembling sigh, controlling herself not to cry.

"You don't have to worry. You all will meet again, okay?" Sir Aloit mentions, making Yerre nod.

"Okay," Yerre answer, already knows why Sir Aloit said those assuring words to her.

Yerre closes her eyes as she breathes in and out, relaxing her heart and mind for four seconds. When she opens her eyes again, she then scans all the surroundings that they pass by, taking remembrance, using her eyes and mind.

"Are you ready to run in speed?" Sir Aloit mentions, which made Yerre gaze at him with an indecisive feeling.

"Um…" Yerre thinks through her answer for three seconds as she keeps convincing herself that it will be all right.

Yerre is not confident in her riding skills yet. So Yerre's worried that she might fall once her horse runs fast, but her worries fade away upon thinking that Sir Aloit is with her. So she will be fine.

"Em!" Yerre nods with a face full of confidence and determination, making Sir Aloit laugh at her expression.

"Bahahahaha, don't be nervous. Apply the things that you learn from my previous and last teaching," Sir Aloit.

"Okay," Yerre answer as she nods, then holds on to her horse leash tight.

"But, wait!" Yerre added, which made Sir Aloit pause his action and turned to look at her.

"What is it?" Sir Aloit asks.

"Are we going to camp again outside for two days?" Yerre asks back.

"Yes, why?" Sir Aloit answer.

"… um, can we not camp?" Yerre asks with a shy expression.

"Huh? What do you mean? You want us to ride back home fast without resting?" Sir Aloit asks in disbelief.

"Yes," Yerre answer, not denying it.

"What? No, we need to rest is impossible to ride back home without resting. Well, in my case, that is okay, but for your case, no," Sir Aloit mentions with an anxious tone of voice.

'But, Alda, she… she will worry and,' Yerre thought of her best friend, concern.
