HE/HEROINE AND MY VILLAINESS

(THE CONTRADICTION OF JUDGMENT)

'Me... but this is not me, this is Vendia's body. The real me is fat and...' She thought when a sudden voice interrupts her negative thought.

'But is yours now own it and take good care of it, understand?'

'Vendia?'

'Yes, let them know you found the dress that only meant for you,' Vendia mentions as Yerre smiles once again while looking at the mirror, then nodded.

"Are you ready to show this dress to them?" The dressmaker asks.

"Yes," She answered, full of confidence as the dressmaker then open the curtain. She turned around, smiling at her parents and Mary.

"Oh, my..." Madam Rose looks at her daughter with an admirable expression as tears skip her eyes again.

"You are sparkling like a star in that dress, Miss, I love it," Mary admiring her dress and her appearance with the dress at the same time.

"My, my sweetheart, I can't describe my words. You're so perfect for that dress," Lord Marthen mentions, surprised upon seeing his daughter glow with the dress.

"Then, this can only mean that I found my dress to wear later tonight," She mentions smiling at them, feeling light and happy.

"My daughter... oh my daughter," Madam Rose felt bursting happiness falls over her, seeing her daughter wearing a perfect dress.

After that, they then next buy a dress for Mary to wear and went back home. When they arrived, Sir Aloit is already outside the door waiting for them with an unpleasant expression, but when he saw Vendia coming out from the carriage, he then changes himself into a cheerful one with a smile and approaches them.

"Sir Aloit!" Vendia calls out for him as she runs over to him, then hugs him.

"Ah! You are so strong," Sir Aloit blurt out to her as she giggled then break the hug.

"Where is your suit?"

"Suit?" Sir Aloit look at her with a confused expression.

"Yes, Mary told me you went to the town today to buy a suit," Vendia responds as Sir Aloit looks at her with a buffering expression for a second and averted her gaze to look at Mary. When he saw Mary, he then understands the situation.

"Ahhh, hahaha, yes. I buy one, but after that, I then went back home and left it there to come back here," Sir Aloit lying to her.

"Oh, okay," Vendia responds, felt like something is off with Sir Aloit's character.

"Mary, go take Vendia back to her chamber for a while," Lord Marthen demand as Mary nod and went over to Vendia.

"Miss, let's go inside," Mary mentions while holding Vendia's left arm with hers.

"Huh? But I want to talk to Sir Aloit more. Wait, Mary," Vendia reply, but she can't insist anymore because Mary is already dragging her away from her parents and to Sir Aloit.

"Don't worry. I will come by at your chamber later, okay?" Sir Aloit shouts his response as Vendia only looks at them with a confused expression while sensing something wrong.

"Let's go inside my office," Lord Marthen demand, and Sir Aloit nod as Madam Rose followed them.

Inside Lord Marthen's office, they're sitting on a separate couch while in front of them a table full of snacks and refreshments.

"Why are you still giving me snacks and refreshments is almost dinner," Sir Aloit mentions.

"Why are you complaining? Is not like we ask you to eat it," Madam Rose responds with a mocking tone of voice.

"Heh! Is on the table, so of course, it means you are inviting me to eat it," Sir Aloit reply making Madam Rose irritated.

"You!"

"Enough, Aloit, how was it?" Lord Marthen, stopping his wife and Sir Aloit to fight any further.

"Prince Albert does send some people to monitor us, but he only hired his people to protect us from harm. The one whom, Mary, fought that night is not his people but the king shadow," Sir Aloit delivered the information he gets from Sir Albert.

"WHAT? A-are you saying t-t-that..." Lord Marthen stuttering and can't utter a word because of shock and nervousness.

"Yes, the one who has the Physician's body is the king," Sir Aloit answer.

"WHAT? But how is that even possible, how come the king..." Madam Rose asks within her anxious tone of voice.

"The Physician that Mary dispatch that night is the king's trusted Physician. His name is Alfredo," Sir Aloit mentions.

"Sir Alfredo?" Madam Rose asks, shocked.

"Yes, I'm sorry, I forgot to tell you both about the Physician's name earlier," Sir Aloit mentions as Madam Rose and Lord Marthen felt worried and concern while looking at the floor full of stress.

"What should we do?..." Madam Rose blurt out in her nervous voice.

"Don't worry. I will handle the situation. I already figured out a plan," Sir Aloit responds, trying to ease their worries a bit as Lord Marthen looks at him with relief.

"Good, then we will leave everything from you," Lord Marthen reply.

"Maybe we should not attend the banquet tonight," Madam Rose utter.

"No! We should all join the banquet tonight," Sir Aloit reply.

"Are you out of your mind? What if the king already knows who killed his trusted Physician," Madam Rose responds, anxious.

"He still doesn't know who it is. If he knew already, he should have moved to take down that person already," Sir Aloit answer.

"But Mary doesn't have a cover on her face that night," Madam Rose mentions.

"Right, Mary, we should not let her roam around the town for a while. Don't let her come with us today to the banquet. Make her stay hidden inside the mansion for a while," Sir Aloit suggested.

"But, she will come with us tonight as Vendia companion and guard," Madam Rose replies.

"Then, tell her she won't be coming with us to the banquet anymore easy. Why do you need another guard? I am here, duh," Sir Aloit reply with an eye rolled as Madam Rose deep sighs.

"Okay, we do that. We will leave Vendia to your care tonight then," Lord Marthen mentions as Sir Aloit nod at him.

"Yes, don't worry. I will monitor Vendia every time," Sir Aloit reply.

After two hours of talking, they then decide to go to, Vendia chamber.

Knock

"Yes?" Vendia responds to the knock as Mary keeps brushing her hair with a hairbrush.

"Is us," Sir Aloit's voice rings outside the door as Vendia then stood up from her bed, making Mary surprised and worried because the hairbrush got stuck on her hair while she rash over to the door full of excitement.

"Miss! Be careful, don't run!" Mary scolded her, worried, but she already arrived in front of the door, and she opened it with an excited smile planted on her face.

"Sir Aloit!" She exclaimed, then hug him tight once again.

"Agh... you are so strong as always. I can't breathe. Did you sure miss me that much?" Sir Aloit asks within his struggling voice as she nods her reply, then continues hugging Sir Aloit, who also embraces her back.

"Sweetheart, is Mary still with you?" Madam Rose asks, mentioning their presence to her daughter, who didn't even see them at the back of Sir Aloit.

"Mother? Father?" She mentions shocked as she let go of Sir Aloit and went over to them with a surprised and apologetic expression.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see you both a second ago," She apologies as her father pat her head and her mother giggled at her cuteness.

"Is okay, sweetheart," Lord Marthen respond.

"Sweetheart, we will borrow Mary for a while, okay?" Madam Rose mentions as she nods.

"Okay, Mother," Vendia respond, smiling at her parents as Mary then came out from her chamber.

"Madam?" Mary called as Lord Marthen, and Madam Rose look at her, serious.

"Mary, let's go to my office for a while," Lord Marthen mentions as Mary then nods her reply then bids goodbye to Vendia. While they stride back to Lord Marthen's office, Vendia looks at them full of worried.

"Why you look like the world is going to end," Sir Aloit quip.

"Uncle, is there something wrong?" She asks, concern while they're still standing outside her chamber. Sir Aloit smile at her then talk.

"Nothing, there's nothing wrong. Everything is all right," Sir Aloit answer, lying to her.

"But you all are acting different today is very hard to think that nothing is wrong," Vendia responds, opening all her worries to Sir Aloit.

"Everything is all right. We are only talking about your father's business and your safety tonight," Sir Aloit reply.

"Oh... then..."

"Is fine, don't overthink. Nothing is wrong, okay?" Sir Aloit convince her.

"Okay, I trust you," Vendia respond, giving out a sweet smile to Sir Aloit.

"Good," Sir Aloit reply, smiling at her as Vendia give out a sweet smile at him.

"Mn! Uncle, do you want to see the dress that I will wear tonight?" Vendia ask.

"No, I prefer to be surprised tonight," Sir Aloit smiles then winks at her as Vendia gives her a gross expression.

"PFT, HAHAHAHA," Sir Aloit laugh at her reaction.
