HOTD: Legacy

Soon the whole team was arranged in front of the lobby, like last time Nick is going to lead his own group while cleaning the base, Saeko was going to take another team, and Soichiro would also take his own team. The communication was problem, because if they encountered a Witch or Tank then there was no way that they would be able to defeat that on their own. That is when Nick remembers the radio system he have taken from Police Station.He handed the radio to Saya and she found that it was completely working, she handed radios to the three team.

Nick: All you try to kill the scattered zombies with pistols because we have abundant amount on 9mm bullets unlike the 5.56 and 7.62 ammunitions. Use then only when you are fighting huge amount of zombies or you have located an evolved zombie.

All of them nodded in understanding, they also knew that they have a 9mm bullet assembly. The three teams soon left to clear the whole mission but when Nick left the lobby but suddenly he turned around and called Yuriko.

Nick: Mother, I want four sniper on the roof and a 50 cal in that balcony.

Yuriko: Ok, I will take care of that.

Nick said pointing towards the balcony on 2nd floor, it was a good vantage point if some zombies enter from the front gate. Nick and his team headed towards the 1st hanger.

Nick: I have a gift for all of you…

Nick said and took out several assault rifles from his storage. They looked highly modern and advanced, all of them were captivated how they looked.

Nick: These are called R201C-Carbine, uses 5.56 bullets… I don't know any more than that. Maybe Kohta could tell you.

Kohta immediately took one gun and started to check it with stars in his eyes, he was very excited. Shion already had an idea from where Nick might have got these guns but decided to stay for now and ask him later. She also picked up one gun and started to check the gun and was really shocked and excited.

Kohta: This gun is awesome...!! So light but so sturdy… I bet the recoil will also be less than the M16 we used. Uses the same bullet but seeing the muzzle the damage and bullet speed will be much more. Nick-san where did you get these… did America made these?

Nick: Yes… I acquired them recently from a shipment but I knew that these weapon were more advance so I kept them. In future I will arrange weapons like these for everyone, since I found these I will obviously find more of them.

Toshimi: These are so much better than the ones we have used.

All of them were excited while the looked through the weapons. But they decided to only use one magazine for today since they were all excited to try these new weapons but they didn't want to waste the 5.56 bullets. Takashi didn't take the weapons because he liked the shotgun more and but Rei found the new weapon really nice.

They entered the hanger and saw several normal zombies there and Kohta didn't wait for anyone and tested his new and awesome gun. His example was soon followed by Toshimi, Misuzu, Shion, and Asami. Rei stayed behind near Nick and Takashi. Nick took out a cigarette and lit it up. Soon the hanger was completely cleared, this hanger had 5 passenger flights stored in it. Nick have already told them to keep the shots away from the planes which they happily listened to.

After thirty minutes the hanger was completely cleared and decided to inform Saya about this. Asami was responsible for maintaining the radio communication.

Asami: Saya-san, we have cleared the 1st hanger, over.

Saya: Then move on to 5th hanger, over.

Asami: What happened to 4th hanger?

Saya: Saeko killed all the zombies in 2nd hanger on her own along with a Witch in 10 minutes and their team moved onto 4th hanger, over.

All of them except Nick shuddered, they knew that if Nick wanted he could have killed all these zombies within seconds but Saeko killing all of them was really unreliable. They didn't know that Saeko wasn't a human anymore so human logic won't work on her anymore. Nick thought that the sword he gave Saeko was really perfect for her. With time she will get stronger and get efficient.

They next entered went to the 5th hanger and by that time Saeko was already done and went to kill the remaining zombies within the concrete walls. Nick also decided to clean this hanger quickly before joining Saeko's team in cleaning the other zombies. Nick entered the hanger followed by his team but this time also he let his team take the lead. This time Rei also tried her new weapon while Takashi stayed in the back.

Suddenly a tongue shot out of the darkness towards Takashi, Takashi got completely scared and dropped on the ground. But the tongue stopped in front of him. Nick saw the smoker near a cargo car and swiped his hand killing the smoker. Nick held out his hand towards Takashi and helped him to get up.

Nick: Are you ok?

Takashi: Can I go back?

Nick: Yes but for now at least calm down.

Nick noticed that Takashi was still shaking and decided to help Takashi, after hearing Nick Takashi let out a big sigh and calmed down. They were making rounds throughout the hanger to look for zombies. They were about to declare that this hanger was clear when Saya's voice was heard through the radio.

Saya: Nick, are you there?

Nick: Yes, did something happen?

Saya: Yes, there are a stupid fatty who came here looking for shelter along with some people. He is causing trouble here.

Nick: I am coming back now.

After saying that Nick left the hanger along with his whole team. Soon they reached the main gate and saw a short fat man was arguing with Yuriko. The fat man was being guarded by two bodyguards. Nick went towards them and decided to speak up.

Nick: What's happening here?

Yuriko: This Baka-san here is saying that all these weapons belonged to him because he was going to be the next Mayor.

Nick: Are you f.u.c.k.i.n.g high, you shorty?

The man raged and clenched his fists due to constant insults but he decided to stay calm since didn't want to lose any weapons.

Fatty: We paid tax for these weapons so these belongs to us, you cannot take these for your own.

Some of the men he brought with him also started to shout in unison for the fatty's support.

Nick: I found these, so all of these are mine… I own them.

Fatty: You can't have them… we won't let you. You have to give us weapons too.

Nick took out a pistol and shot the fatty on the knee. The fatty dropped on the ground and started to scream on top of his lungs. Everyone was shocked and scared, the bodyguards beside him tried to pull out their weapons.

Nick: Don't pull out your weapons please and pick him up and leave and if you again try something like this then next time I will put a bullet in your head.

All of them shivered when they heard that, for a moment Nick's eyes turned black then again turned normal.

Fatty: I will take care of you later, this will not go unanswered… you will pay for this.

Nick: Shut the f.u.c.k up and leave.

Nick said and shot his windshield, they immediately got into their cars and ran away. All the men he brought were also scared and jumped into their vehicles before running away.

Yuriko: Was is okay to shoot him?

Nick: Don't worry, they won't bother us again. I needed yo send a strong message and I did that.

When Nick's eyes turned black for a moment he used that time to place a death curse on the fatty and his bodyguards. They were going to die in one way or other before the sun rises again. It was a curse like Final Destination, they were going to die one way or other. And if their leaders dies their group is done for. Nick also checked the other men and all of them were just normal civilians who would just ask someone else to hold weapons for them.

If anyone decides to come back again from their group and demand things he will kill them himself. He always hated the people who tried to take his stuff and all this was Nick's stuff.

Nick: Let's go back and I want status.

After saying that Nick and the others returned to the lobby and asked for the mission status from Saya. They made a Radio Room beside the lobby, Saya was teaching how to use the radio to two woman. Nick remembered the two women, he saved these two women from the hospital.

Saya: 2 men died from my Papa's team and 7 were injured. They found a Charger but it was already too late to report.

Nick: Mother, those 7 men should be taken care of and if those 2 men had any families they shouldn't not worry about food.

Yuriko nodded, everyone present there became happy that Nick doesn't treats these men as pawns or thrash.

Saya: Saeko single handily killed all the zombies with the walls and it is completely safe within the walls. So the mission was a success.

Nick: Good… Mother and Shion-san, both of you start to take on your responsibilities. Tomorrow morning we will have a meeting in which I will announce the rules…
