We arrived in Shinjuku.

Shinjuku was the most prosperous city on the east side. Even during the mid-morning hour, it seemed that the flow of people never ceased.

“Nii-San, let’s go!!”

“Oh, oh.”

Sara was really excited. She must have been looking forward to it so much. She pulled me by the hand and took me to the destination.

“Hey, isn’t that girl really cute?”

“For sure.”

A voice like that came from behind me, so I lightly released my killing intent.

I hope you think that if you mess with Sara carelessly, tomorrow will never come.

“Hm? Nii-San, is there something wrong?”

Perhaps sensing my killing intent, Sara tilted her head and asked me.

Don’t do it, if you make such a cute face, your Nii-San will die of a heart attack.

“N-No, it’s nothing.”

I was embarrassed to harbor such thoughts, so I stopped thinking about it and started walking.

“There are fewer people now.”

“Yes, I agree.”

When we reached the main street in Shinjuku, the number of people decreased.

But still, there were a lot of people!

“Arrived! We’re here!”

Sara pointed to a line of people, mostly women.

And it was a rather long line.

“Come on, let’s line up!”

Sara said cheerfully.

“Get in line for this. …”

I don’t really like standing in line, but when I saw the happy face of Sara, I couldn’t refuse.

If there was a man who could refuse such a cute face, bring him here right now.

“What is this queue for?”

I asked Sara, who was standing in front of me.

“Don’t you know, Nii-San? This is it!”

Saying that, she pointed at the screen of her phone.

There was a display of fluffy soufflé pancakes.

“Wow, that looks delicious.”

“Yes! It’s very popular on social media these days, you know?”

Apparently, the pancakes were popular among young women.

Unfortunately, I was a guy, and I wasn’t that obsessed with social networking, so I didn’t know
about it.

“But you have to wait in line.”

“Ma~, it’s our day off.”

It was a Saturday, and it was a little past noon, so I could understand why it was crowded.

“Nii-San, you have a lot of followers, but you’re not familiar with this kind of information.”

Sara smiled mischievously.

“It can’t be helped. I only follow people in my industry and my business.”

I basically only followed people in my industry, people who helped me at work, and people I met in real life. The only information that came around was the release date of a novel.

“Ma~, that’s right.”

Sara was smiling.

“Sir, are you sure you want two people?”

The waitress asked.

“Yes, we are.”

“Thank you for waiting. Now, let me show you around.”

While I was chatting with Sara, we had reached the front of the queue.

Time really seemed to fly when I was with Sara.
