After listening to the inquiries of the people, Guanshiyin Bodhisattva pointed to the goldfish in the basket and said, "Isn’t this? It’s a goldfish I raised in a lotus pond. Because it floats its head every day to listen to the sutras, it gains Taoism and leaves a branch unopened. The lotus movement was trained into a nine-petal copper hammer, and it became its weapon. Taking advantage of the rising tide of the sea, he escaped from the lotus pond and came to Tongtian River to be a monster. I didn’t know this, but now I get up and watch by the handrail by the pond. Hua, I didn't see the goldfish coming to pay the respects. I only knew that I was in trouble. So I didn't have time to clean up, so I went to cut the sticks and hit the basket, waiting for you to come and kill the monsters."

The Bodhisattva then said: "The monster has been eliminated, hurry up and rescue the master in the stone box.

After that, a ray of light left.

At this time, the people around Tongtianhe came to admire the beauty of Guanyin.

Among them, there are those who can paint, and they painted the image of Guanyin at that time. This portrait was passed down to later generations and was called Yulan Guanyin.

It is different from the story I heard earlier, it is folk, this one is on the westward journey.

It was once written in Qin Hao's biography of Wukong.

In the story of the fish basket Guanyin, there is no Ma Lang, and there is no Guanshiyin pit to deceive others to recite Buddhist scriptures, which really cleared her a lot.

"Have you heard Barefoot Guanyin?"

Mount Putuo was originally a snake island. After defeating the snake king and driving away the snake son and grandson, the Guanyin warrior found a cave and wanted to settle down here.

When the land bodhisattva heard the news, he came to help, chiseling stones and carrying the earth; birds flew to help, and took away centipedes with a hundred feet.

The cave was renovated and it was really a quiet place. Later generations called it Guanyin Cave.

Guanyin was so busy repairing this cave that she took advantage of the night to take a bath in the sea water outside Baibusha. Washing, unconsciously interested, started to swim up.

This trip was very extraordinary. It was shocked that the Four King Kong closed the Nantian Gate, the East China Sea Dragon King sealed the Crystal Palace, the starry sky closed his eyes, and the Moon Girl hid in the thick clouds.

Guanyin also suddenly felt wrong. If the Jade Emperor knew about the matter, he would go to Xitian Buddha to file a complaint.

So he hurriedly jumped on Baibusha, grabbed a handful of sand and sprinkled it towards Luojia Mountain, and the top of the mountain suddenly changed its shape.

Later, the Jade Emperor sent Taibai Jinxing to investigate the matter. Guanyin pointed at Luojiashan and smiled, "Is it wrong?"

Taibai Jinxing raised his eyes, and Luojiashan looked like a statue: "Lying Water Guanyin", said "ashamed", and hurriedly returned to his life.

Besides, Guanyin returned to the cave and felt unwell, so he wanted to find a secluded place and rinse it with fresh water.

She walked out of the cave and came to Panduo Rock. She saw a big stone basin nearby, filled with clear water wafting from the aroma.

This stone basin was originally a Yaochi white jade basin. Because it was used by Vega for giving birth, the Queen Mother thought it was unclean, so she threw it out of the heaven and fell here.

The clear water in the basin was secretly prepared by the green snake spirit lurking on the back of the mountain.

It turns out that this green snake has cultivated for thousands of years and has grown into a human form. In order to please Guanyin Da Shi, he transcended himself to become a dragon, so he spit out its essence and turned it into a basin of water.

Guanyin was anxious to wash, so he could not take a closer look, so he undressed, took off his shoes and socks, and sat in the stone basin to wash.

After a while, I saw the yellow ocean water turn yellow, and thousands of waves rushed toward Putuo Mountain.

Avalokitesvara looked at it and knew that it was the fish in the East China Sea, and then gently waved the jade arm, hung the sky with smoke and water, and blocked the fish out of the lotus ocean.

The fish with evil thoughts refused to give up, opened its mouth wide, spewed arrows of water, and shot towards the curtain.

Guanyin was furious, stretched out his foot to kick at the edge of the stone basin, flew out a piece of stone, and hit the fish's lips impartially.

The fish yelled and fled with pain.

The green snake lying on the side could not help laughing.

Guanyin looked around in surprise, only to realize that there was a green snake spirit lurking nearby.

Guanyin was furious, picked up a shoe and threw it over, blinding Green Snake's left eye.

Green Snake hid his face and endured the pain, did not run away, just sobbed sadly.

Avalokitesvara asked, "Niezha, why don't you leave?" Green Snake choked and said the whole story again.

Guanyin knew that he was wrong, moved compassionately, picked up another shoe, threw it to the Lotus Ocean, and turned into a Western boat, and the super green snake went to the sky.

After Guanyin was washed, put on his clothes, only to find that both shoes were gone, so he sat on the rock and worried.

Then I thought: "Putuo Mountain is the pure land of the Buddha country, so it's okay to walk barefoot!"

After thinking about it, he jumped off the Pan Tuo Stone with a "swish" and walked back to the Guanyin Cave barefoot.

From then on, the "Barefoot Guanyin" was called out, and the sculptured statues of Guanlingchen Buddha were always barefoot.

"Have you heard that you refuse to go to Guanyin?"

According to legend, a few years ago, during the time of the King of Tang, a Dongying monk named Hui E came to China, visited many famous mountains and rivers, worshiped many ancient temples, and became a close friend of the abbot of Mount Wutai.

One day, Hui E was in the backyard of the main hall and saw a statue of Guanyin Buddha carved from sandalwood.

The Buddha statue has a serene look, and the temples and eyebrows are extremely delicate and lifelike.

Hui E stood in front of the Guanyin Buddha statue, looked and looked at, praised and praised, but did not even hear the abbot calling him to eat.

Upon seeing this, the abbot asked, "How does the Master think this Guanyin Buddha statue is carved?"

Hui E praised again and again: "Okay, okay! I am so old, this is the first time I have seen Daoli!

This Buddha statue has fine carvings, and carved out the look of Guanyin Dashi. What a living, compassionate Guanyin Bodhisattva!"

Seeing that he liked him, the abbot smiled and said, "If the mage is happy, I will give you worship!"

Hui E listened and hurriedly bowed together.

He took over the statue of Guanyin Buddha and was overjoyed. He planned to return to Dongying to build a monastery for offerings, so that all sentient beings in Dongying would come to worship.

Leaving Wutai Mountain, and visiting Jiuhua Mountain, finally descended from Wutai Mountain and sailed back home from Lingjiangkou.

On this day, Hui E invited the statue of Guanyin carved from sandalwood to travel to Dongying.

But when the boat reached the ocean surface of Mount Putuo, a strong wind suddenly blew, causing the owner of the boat to stagger and spin around.

Hui E was unable to do so, so he had to sail the boat into a mountain pit on Mount Putuo, anchor and set sail, and then leave after the gale subsided.

The next day, Hui E set sail, but just as the ship sailed out of Shan'ao, a cloud of grayish-white smoke suddenly rose up on the ocean, continuously obstructing the ship's journey.

Hui E had to return to the ocean surface of Mount Putuo again, sailed the boat into the mountain, dropped anchor and set sail, and then left when the smoke dissipated.

On the third day, the sky was clear, radiant and shining, Hui E walked into the cabin and looked up, but in the middle of the colorful clouds, there was a majestic and colorful archway. The fairies returned, jewels, and dazzling.

Hui E then set off the ship to move eastward, but before sailing far, the sailing boat suddenly came to a standstill. He looked down and saw iron lotus flowers floating in the sea, and sailboats were surrounded by groups. Hui E was shocked, but knelt in front of the Guanyin Buddha statue and prayed: "If the Dongying sentient beings have no chance to see the Buddha, I will follow the direction of the master and build another monastery to support my Buddha."
