"Don't go too far from me" Calter said before walking towards the walls with an extremely smooth surface but some holes with different sizes can be seen. Kence just nodded his head at that and he sticks closer to Calter

The two reached the walls and when Calter touches it, some letters appeared in the air and it contained what they need to do

Simply said, the two needs to fill the holes in the wall with the stones in the ground before the exit will reveal itself

Calter felt that it sounds fishy, ??????they just need to find the right stones to fill the holes? Although there are tens of holes in the wall, isn't it still too easy?

As for the more simple-minded Kence, he just starts crouching down and he inspected the stones in the ground

Kence picks one of the stones with a triangle shape and he was about to put it in the holes before what it seems like an earthquake appeared

Kence immediately loses his balance fortunately, Calter was there to help him

When the two looks around them, the found out that except for the walls with the holes, the other three corner moves closer to each other and Calter's eyes trembled at that

"This is not good, it is likely that the more time we spent in here, the smaller our space would be until we got crush" Calter said with a dark voice and Kence became quite a bit afraid

Thus, the two start picking up the stones and they filled the holes with them. However, every fifteen seconds, the walls will move and if this goes on, they would really be squeezed to death

Filling the holes sounds easy as the two only needs a few minutes but Calter still felt that things would not be that simple

If it's just that, then with the rate that the walls move, they would have more than enough time to fill the holes. Calter can only hope that his gut feeling is mistaken

The two ignored any other thing in the world and they start looking for stones that will match the holes in the wall. They did it swiftly and when the walls shrunk to half of its original size, they already almost finished it

There is only a single piece left missing before they can succeed and the two searched for another square stone in the ground

However, finding that piece took a longer time than they have though. "W-why can't we find it?" Kence asked worriedly as the walls are getting closer and closer

Kence thought that this challenge would be easy but it turns out that it was harder than he thought. The two already inspected all the stones but they still haven't seen the missing piece

As a result, Calter decided to use his Karami to help him survey all the stones. However, even after using Karami, Calter can't still see any stone that will fit the small square

Now that Calter thought of this, the least common shapes of the stones are square

Calter uses his Karami again but no matter how many times he looks at the stones, he still can't find any

Even Calter is starting to panic a bit as his failure will also mean Kence's death

Calter looks at the walls again as he used his mind to the fullest to think of a way. Where could the last piece be when Calter and Kence already use all the square ones?

Calter furrowed his brows at that before looking at the ground again where Kence never stops trying to find the last stone

After some time, Calter saw a rectangle, it was the only shape with four sides in it which is weird. There are still a lot of triangles, pentagons, heptagons, hexagons, etc. However, it was only the shapes with four sides that was left

"Could it be ..?" Calter asked himself before looking at the walls again. The walls start shrinking again and the two only had a few meters of space left

Calter didn't waste any more time and he picked the rectangle before feeling it. Just like what Calter thought, there is a weak point in the triangle and he broke it into two pieces

The square that Calter gained because of his action was then immediately put by him in the wall's hole amidst Kence's shocked eyes. Kence never thought of doing that

The two were about to rejoice but although they already put all the stones, nothing happened

"Could it be I'm wrong? No, I am sure that there are no other stones that will fit it" Calter thought in his mind before Kence bumped into him

"C-Calter" Kence muttered and Calter turned to look at his side. The walls are still moving and it seems like the speed even increases by a bit

"Think!" Calter forced his mind and he surveyed all the things around him to find any clue that will help him

However, the two only have three meters of space but Calter still hasn't thought of something

"This is bad! Think! Think!" Calter stared at the walls again and noticed their differences. The three sides have a rugged and uneven surface, only the wall that has the holes was different as it is extremely smooth

Calter surveyed every nook and cranny of the smooth walls to check for a way to save Kence and himself

After a few more seconds, the two only has two meters of space when Calter noticed something

There is another hole in the smooth wall. It was so small at only a few centimeters and it was a bit hard to notice them

Calter immediately looks below him as the stones were pushed by the walls and he tried to find the one that he needs. However, the walls move again and only a single meter of space was left

Calter and Kence's bodies were already literally touching each other but Calter doesn't have any more time to divert his attention

Fortunately, Calter found what he was looking for and he controlled it using magic. A small round stone floated from the ground and Calter put it inside the small hole he had found

This is the last hope for them. If they still failed after using that stone, then the two would surely be crush to death

Fortunately, the smooth walls opened up and the two immediately entered it and in just a split second that they entered the opening, the walls behind them immediately met each other with a loud bang

That was really dangerous! If they were late for even just a split second, they would surely turn into a meat paste

Kence and Calter kneeled on the ground while breathing hard. What happened earlier isn't really that sweat-inducing but since death was slowly coming to them, it made their nerves extremely tense and their hearts beats very fast

Unfortunately, the two haven't had that much time to regain their breaths when three lights lit up in front of them

When the two looks at the lights' sources, they saw three forks in the road. The forks have some sort of a symbol floating in the middle of them and those symbols are what was generating the light

Without a choice, the two stood up and went closer to the forks in the road. Who knows, this challenge might also have a time limit. They can't be careless now that they got a taste of how dangerous this dungeon is

When the two were close enough to the forks in the road, more letters appeared in mid-air and they read them before they learned what they need to do

After they read the letters, the letters then turned into colorful specks of dust that were sprinkled in their bodies

Kence looks at the specks of dust in shock as he can feel that his foundation and cultivation rank is increasing. Kence haven't reached the mid-level of Grand Knight yet but he is already at the peak of low-level Grand Knight

That is already quite an increase as most people will take years to advance even just a small Realm

However, thinking of the challenge they need to do next, they can't rejoice that much as it was also extremely hard!

A timer of 60 seconds appeared above the two and it was the only time they have for rest which is frankly wasn't that much

"Eat a nutrient pill, who knows when we will finish this dungeon" Calter said to Kence and they both ate a single nutrient pill each

They are still both mortals and their bodies have limits. What they need the most in this challenge is great endurance! Without high enough endurance, there is a high chance that they will fall here

After the sixty seconds were up, the two were forced to choose one of the forks in the road and they entered it. The symbols are swords, arrows, and staff and they chose the swords as it was in the middle
