The youth didn't waste any time and calmly walked towards Halli. What was surprising is that almost no one noticed him as if he didn't have any presence at all.

Halli is surprised that someone actually walked this close to him and was about to lash out on the youth but something unexpected happened

Even the youth didn't expected it, he had just reached the front of Halli when the sound of explosion resounded in the area. Everyone around turned to see where the explosion occurred totally ignoring a wind blade that they didn't noticed

The source of both the explosion and wind blade was the same man that was watching Halli. After casting a spell to produce a loud sound and draw the attention from other people, the man immediately made a wind blade that he shot on Halli's direction as fast as he can

To his surprise, there was actually someone that stood in front of Halli. The wind blade that was supposed to kill or injured Halli instead landed on another youth's body

The man tried to stop his spell but was unsuccessful and was only able to change its direction a little bit. The youth was hit on his back causing an arrow of blood to flew out of his mouth. The fresh and warm blood soaked Halli's clothes

For Halli and the youth, it was as if time itself slowed down. Due to the spell's impact, the hood covering the youth's head was displaced revealing his cute and handsome face that was painted with a pained expression

The youth's face paled from being hit by such a spell. He was already on the brink of losing consciousness but then he saw the pendant hanging on his neck. His unwillingness to die was aroused again but no matter how unwilling he is, his body was still losing strength

The youth's body landed on Halli that was frozen on his place because of what happened. In a third person view, it was coincidental that the youth walk that close to Halli when the man from afar shot his spell

However, to Halli's perspective, someone wanted to kill him but the youth in front of him saved him. No matter how narrow-minded he is, to be saved by someone he doesn't know, how can he not be touch?

Too bad that although he was saved, he wasn't sure if he can also save the youth on his body

The man that shot the spell was angered that his plan failed because of the youth. But he doesn't have any choice but to flee immediately from the crime scene unless he wants to go in jail or worst, die

It took some time for Halli to recover, he is a Patriarch's son after all. Never in his life that he encountered such scene

Halli hold the man's body in front of him and quickly shouted for someone to help them. He looked at the youth's body and saw that although it was pale and a bit dirty, it was no doubt a cute and handsome young man!

The feelings of gratitude and the handsome appearance of his savior made Halli to fell in love at first sight. The desire to not let the man died intensified and Halli desperately shouted for help

"Anyone please! I am the son of Marquees Tem, help me! I will pay you all handsomely!!" Sure enough, knowing his background and that they will get paid, the healer mages around quickly decided to help him

But they were beaten by one mage that immediately casted his healing spell to prevent the youth from dying. A pure white wand appeared on the healer's hand and pointed it the youth's back

"[Light Magic: Healing Light!]" The healer casted his spell and a pure white light shone on the youth's back. It was pure but compared to the light that Priests can generate, it was only ordinary

"Who is powerful here? Guard us back to my clan and I will pay a lot!" Halli shouted. He even forgot to ask someone to catch the culprit. For him, the most important thing is safety!

"Bastard, did you lie to me? I thought the mana here is extremely low?!" Kel flinched at Calter's angry voice. How is it his fault? Even the Hale Clan thought that the mana here is too low. Even if they can't produce crops here they can at least nurture their forces but Hale Clan didn't

A place with low mana concentration will just make one's Cultivation speed slower, thus the property was ignored for years

"M-Master, I-I wouldn't dare lie to you!" Kel said in panic and Calter just snorted and looked at a slightly big house inside. It was bigger than normal people's houses but to Nobility, it was a small house

Dust, spider webs, cockroaches, rats, and other pests was surely habiting inside. Calter then went to stroll around, the property was actually so big, around 2 kilometers. But it was empty with no other structures aside from that one house

It only has a big size and nothing more. Even the location was on the outskirts of the City. If Magic Beast broke through the City's defense, it was one of the areas that will fall early due to its location

As Calter already finished surveying the area, he decided to head back in the City Lord's Manor. Obtaining this property just made him busy

He needs to continue writing the cultivation manual and make a plan on what buildings his base will have. Even just the cultivation manual will took a lot of time. He might have a lot of knowledge but he needs to write them in a way that is easy to understand

If not, then what's the point of it? If he wrote a too complex manual, it won't have his desired effect

However, without a warning, a vast and powerful consciousness appeared on the area. As Kel is a Knight, he was the first one to notice it and went closer to Calter

Calter didn't resist, as he knew that in front of that consciousness, he was no match. Even though Kel is not match for it but he's sill a Knight that is much more powerful than the current Calter

The two move farther away from that place and watched with a pale face. The consciousness was too vast and powerful, fortunately it didn't harmed them

Minutes passed and sweat trickled down on the two's faces but they didn't dare run away. If a creature with this powerful consciousness wants to kill them, it was as easy as pinching an ant to death. If they hastily escaped, it might anger the powerful creature

Calter and Kel watched as the intangible consciousness condensed to the point that it became visible to the eye. Soon, the two's fear vanished at seeing what it was

Calter wiped the sweat on his forehead and looked at the thing in front of him. It was something that he is very familiar with

It was a Dungeon Core!

"Who would have thought that it will form here this time?" Calter said bitterly. The vast consciousness really scared him but now that he knows that it's a dungeon, his fear vanished

Unless you enter a Dungeon or a Dungeon outbreak happened, the Dungeon does not have any capability to harm you

"I hope it's a Warrior Rank Dungeon" Calter muttered. Dungeons are ranked base on what party of mage was needed to clear it

If it's Apprentice Rank, the value is too low. While if it's a Knight Rank, it would become a headache for Calter as he will always need to send the Shan Clan to clean it to prevent a dungeon break. Of course, there are benefits for clearing a dungeon but the magic beasts you killed there will be dissolve into nothing and you can't sell them

There might be precious herbs or other things there, but it is a bit rare. Calter will net more profit if he just let the Shan Knights hunt Magic Beasts

If it's a Grand Knight Dungeon on the other hand, then it would become a disaster! Otto is the only Grand Knight in the City and he can't clear such a dungeon by himself

The forming of dungeon didn't took a long time and the core finished forming. Seeing the core, Calter suddenly felt an impulse to devour it. But as soon as the core was formed, a door like structure appeared but the body of it looks like a blue portal. The core then went inside the portal and vanished from Calter and Kel's sight

At the top of the door, some words were engraved and Calter read it and he was disappointed when he read the words "Rank 0 Dungeon"

He was hoping that it would at least be Rank 1, a Dungeon for Magic Warriors. But it wasn't surprising though. Most Dungeons will start at Rank 0 and if it was left on its own, it will continue to grow more powerful

"Heh.... to have a Dungeon here" It might only be a Rank 0 Dungeon but it's still a Dungeon! It was a perfect place for his long term force to grow

His long term force are the Magic Apprentices. They are still like a blank paper and Calter can help them have a good foundation increasing their chances to achieve higher ranks

Although Calter can still help Magic Warriors to reach higher ranks but the chances of them reaching the Rank 3 is lower than Magic Apprentices. Of course, it doesn't mean that the Magic Apprentices that Calter will nurture has a high chance for that. They still only has a low chance to become a Grand Knight but their chances are higher than the Magic Warriors and Knights

"It seems like the heavens blessed me!" Calter said while looking at the Dungeon Door not knowing how wrong he was. A Dungeon is located in another space and it might look like a door here but once Calter entered it, a vast new world will welcome him

"Have some of the Shan's Knights come here and investigate the size, traps, beasts and challenges inside. But for now, escort me back to the Manor!"

Kel nodded his head, taking a mental note on Calter's orde
