Seeing that Axel was in deep thought, Adam paused for some seconds. Then he continued, "let's continue the lecture.

Second: Experience

I cannot say much about it in a theory class. It is something you have to learn practically. Tomorrow, when you join the group, try to battle and get as much experience as you can. The elite trainer will help you in this

Third: Aura training

Now, this is the most important part. It is something you lack the most. Aura training. I am not expecting you to be an Aura master in these 3 months. Every people in the world has the power to use Aura. But some are s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e to it making it easier for them to learn. While some people may never learn it in their lifetime even if they devote their major time to it. But the least I would expect from you is to train your body and your mind. If Eve was your enemy, you would have died. In the latter stages, a normal trainer could not handle the pressure from king ranked Pokemon and don't get me started on Champion ranked or Master rank. There are some techniques in Venu family by which you could train your body and mind. I hope you get started from tomorrow."

Adam was right about this. If he didn't train his body now, it would make difficult for him to fight with higher-ranked Pokemons. So hearing this, Axel had already decided to train himself from tomorrow.

Finally fourth: Choosing certain moves and versatility

Let's start with versatility first. Venu family focuses on versatility. But it doesn't mean that you would train a single Pokemon with all the moves that you could think of. If you do that, there may be a case that your Pokemon could not master any of those moves and it will be disastrous in the long run. You should select a good team composition so that you would have a good chance to win in any given case and scenario. Coupled with a good battle strategy and mastery of certain moves of your Pokemons, you would have a competitive advantage. That is what versatility is.

Now for choosing the moves. Training a move to its perfect level may take many years. So, I would advise you to choose at least 3 moves at first, which you think you would use in the long run. You should think about the moves you want to train very carefully. Think about all the battle strategy and tactics that you want to use your Pokemon for and then select the move."

This seemed like a good idea. He had not thought about the long run for these Pokemons. But now he saw all those Pokemon of different ranks, he knew he should focus on their moves and most importantly, battle tactics.

They talked about small things for almost a whole day. Fortunately, Adam was free today and he thought he would give some advice to the new rookie. After talking about the whole day, Axel just went to his apartment at night.

As per the experience, he would not think about it now. He would first get some advice from his new group and the elite trainer on it.

But he was stomped on his own training. What he wanted was to improve his body stats and mental strength immensely fast. He thought of doing the Saitama training, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and 10 Km run. But he thought against it. Except for jogging with his father, he had done nothing to improve his body. Suddenly doing Saitama training is not possible. Then he thought to do the Might guy training. But that would be impossible too. Carrying weights and training all day would be detrimental for his body. This was not the world of Naruto where his body was powerful, to begin with. Thinking about it he slept.

Early morning, 5am,

Axel had decided on today's plan. He was to meet the group at 11 am. So from 5:30 am to 10:30 am he would just do running, push up and do some reflex exercise.

His reputation has increased cause of the Rookie tournament, by Koga acknowledgment and by being a member of the Venu family. His leadership stats increases, when he trains his Pokemon well. So it had increased a bit. And his intellect stat increased by talking with Mark and Adam.

As he was about to go start with his training when the system sounded again.

Sub-quest 2: Unlock your Aura ability. Reward: Depends on the result

Sub-quest 3: Evolve at least 2 of your Pokemons to rare ranks. Reward: Depends on the result

Receiving the quest for the second time, Axel was very happy. 'So the quest comes from the situation.' he thought.

For the running part, Axel chose Nidoran and Charmander. Weedle could hardly run, Shedinja flies and Gogoat just don't give a damn. He convinced Charmander to give extra milk and some delicious berries. Axel had decided that it was time for Charmander to start eating hard food. Hearing that Charmander was ready to do some stupid training. Nidoran didn't need any motivation as it wanted to improve itself.

Since Charmander's speed is still slow, He told Nidoran to just run at Charmander's pace while he will train at full speed. It was cause Charmander was still a baby Pokemon and Axel was going to train in the forest which has many unknown things.

He first thought to increase his stamina. So, he would walk for 2 minutes and then run for 2 minutes and would continue the cycle. After doing this exercise for about 30 minutes, he was dead tired. So he thought to rest for 10 minutes.

4 minutes walk, 4 minutes run = 1 complete cycle

After completing 2 cycles, his body gave up. He then realized that his body stats were pitifully low. Nidoran could train for 1 hour without any problems. And here he was tired after 16 minutes. But he didn't give up. He knew that if he didn't push the limits his stats would not improve. By motivating himself, he completed 1 additional cycle. And fell to the ground dead tired.

Almost 3 hours have passed since he started doing this. He would rest for 10-15 minutes by doing 3 cycles.

"Come on! Just 1 minute" he shouted as he was running and then
