His venom had been in the same position as his solid aura ability back when he first added the wandering spider's venom glands to his body. It was his main weapon, the main method of attacking his enemy, and the reason he was able to defeat enemies that were at least twice as strong as himself.

However, as he traveled deeper into the forest and met enemies that were able to use aura, his venom was greatly nerfed and almost became useless since the use of aura could suppress the effectiveness of his venom.

But after the upgrade with the venom option glands, Matthew's venom potency will increase exponentially and be even more lethal than before. Matthew didn't know if the upgraded venom will be strong enough to even affect his enemies that used aura to strengthen and enhance their bodies, but Matthew had a hope that they would work. He knew for a fact that even with the use of aura, his venom wasn't completely erased from his enemies' bodies. They were only suppressed due to the nature of aura enhancing their overall body strength, enabling them to have a strong enough body to go against the symptoms of the venom.

Now that the potency of the venom had been greatly increased, Matthew hoped that the increase will be significant enough that it will be at least strong enough to not be completely overwhelmed by an aura-enhanced body.

He didn't hope that he would be able to completely kill an aura-enhanced creature with his new upgraded venom, but Matthew wished that his venom will still have an effect on those creatures even if they are only able to slightly weaken the creatures bodies.

If the upgrade could achieve that, Matthew would already be satisfied albeit the venom couldn't show its true potential. Although using his venom is not as showy and cool-looking as when he used the solid aura constructs to fight, Matthew had always had a fond feeling of satisfaction when he defeated all his enemies by using his venom and stealth. Just like when he defeated a pack of wolves alone despite being significantly weaker than them.

And now with his illusion aura and stronger, customizable venom, Matthew would be able to devise a more complex and fool-proof plan to hunt and defeat his enemies. 

The venom option glands had also opened up a new way for him to be able to defeat his opponents without killing them or fatally injuring them. Matthew might not be versed in biology, but he at least knew that neurotoxin should be able to paralyze his opponents. As for the rest, he could always ask the system and experiment on his own to find the right combination of venoms that he wanted to use depending on the circumstances. 

So the next time he had to deal with things in a more civilized way, for example when dealing with the trolls, he could use his venom to paralyze the trolls instead of cutting all of their limbs to prevent them from fighting back.

Matthew's initial upgrades on his fourth evolution are already considered to be drastic and a significant upgrade compared to his current body before the evolution. His tongue got another upgrade becoming longer and even stronger, his overall body size and muscle had also increased. Claws, teeth, scutes, and his scales had become tougher. His scanner range tremendously expanded to 100 meters and heat sense to 25 meters. Moreover, he unlocked one new organ that enabled him to concoct his own venom and he also unlocked one new trait, which is his inherent aura element. If those weren't already considered drastic upgrades for a creature's evolution, then someone might have to reconsider their definition of the word 'drastic' in their vocabulary.

Of course, Matthew had also known that his current evolution is already considered a major upgrade to his body. However, Matthew also knew that what he was about to do next would be considered to be more extreme and drastic compared to the things that had been listed above.

Matthew only needed to say the magic word then he would officially begin his unbelievable, extreme, and unthinkable evolution.

It might be an impossible thing to do for other creatures and there's no creature that was able to do it besides Matthew, but Matthew didn't think too much of it. He had done it three times already and he was about to do his fourth. With excitement bubbling in his heart, Matthew spoke,

Looking at the special evolution tab, Matthew unconsciously nodded in satisfaction as he saw the result of his hard work for the past week. His bionutrients had been more than doubled compared to his third evolution and there are also three new complete monster data that he could use in his fourth evolution, including the scrofa boar that he hadn't completed yet when he was on his third evolution.

Matthew then prepared himself mentally to swallow the cost of adding new body parts to his body. Just like online shopping back on earth, his hard-earned bionutrients that he had collected for so long will probably be run dry today, with only a few clicks of his finger.

Taking a deep breath, Matthew then started clicking on the available monster data list and scanned through the body parts. Although Matthew already had thought of a few body parts in mind that he had already planned to add before he started his fourth evolution, Matthew still scrolled through the list patiently and looked at each body part carefully just in case something that he hadn't thought of before caught his interest.

Starting from the top of the list, Matthew goes through the wandering spider's body parts list and finds the organs that he had aimed for.

Matthew had missed these body parts even after his third evolution because he didn't think that he would be using them much. However, after his journey from the third evolution until now, he had finally realized that there's this one organ that would have many uses and would be beneficial for him to have.

And that is the spider's silk. At first, Matthew didn't think that he would be creating a web on the trees and waited there until a prey was caught in his web. And along with opening his chameleon aura ability and spider venom, Matthew was too focused on his invisibility and venom that he didn't think that the spider's silk will be useful to him.

But after he lived with the kobolds and tried to make his own things, Matthew had finally realized that the spider's silk is a very versatile ingredient that he could use for a lot of things. He could use it as glue or a rope to stick things together. He could also make a trap if he made a large enough spider web that could snare a boar or even a bear. Additionally, with the comeback of his venom and the illusion aura, the spider web will be a nice complement to increasing his ambush capabilities.

Matthew then clicked on the spider's silk glands which cost him 100 bionutrients. The system had automatically added the silk glands on the base of his tail, which is quite an inconvenient spot for him. Besides, Matthew already thought of the location of where he wanted his spider silk to come out from.

Being an ex-young man that had lived on earth, of course, there's only one spot that was appropriate for the spider silk glands.

Matthew clicked the silk glands once again, spending another 100 bionutrients to get a second silk gland before putting the two silk glands on each of his wrists.

With that, Matthew now could launch silk out of his wrist.

Matthew just wanted to shout out loud, 'I AM SPIDERM**!!!!'

But just like before with the Hadou***, Matthew felt that something is telling him that it would be very bad for him if he did shout the word out loud, so he just cheered aloud inside his own heart, where nothing could hear his own thoughts before calming down and returned to scrolling the list of spider body parts, but now with a wide smile plastered on his face.
