SUPREME VISION SYSTEM

Chapter 84 - TRY IT !!!

"How did you know that you know we won the game??" Cole asked.

"It is because after the blast when everything went silent, just for a few flash of seconds, I saw the golden papers being showered all over us. "

Vin replied. He did not like to see and talk when his friend was in so much pain but then they needed to talk about this matter.

"Just because you saw golden papers being showered down on us, we won?? Is that what you think??"

Cole could not roll his eyes at Vin's weird assumption. How could he even assume that they won the game just because he saw the golden papers showered down on them?? It was ridiculous.

"Yeah...I mean what is wrong to think that way. It was only showered because we did win Cole. It was only us who had higher kills combined and the last blast blew Salsiku away so we definitely did win the game."

Vin described the entire thing. He believed that they really won the game and it made sense too. The last time he checked in the game, their kill count was more than other teams combined.

"Then is this my reward of being blind every frequent time of the day without a damn warning for winning the game?"

Cole snorted and Vin looked away not knowing what to say to that. He was aware of the fact that Cole was angry and not in his right mind at that time for having to lose his vision and not being able to see anything.

"I...I think that somehow this...this is also connected to the game. The police are still finding news about the whereabouts of Tekla and no one has any idea where the boy is and lots of others. I bet this is...this is all related to the game, believe me, or not."

Vin stated, sticking to his ground. Cole did not say anything and just huffed not knowing what to say to that.

Perhaps maybe Vin's assumptions could turn out to be correct or not only time could tell that.

Cole at that point knew that anything could happen for everything that he heard from the mouth of the robot that has happened in these past decades, anything could happen.

'WHERE WERE WE?'

Cole's mind shot up in alert.

It was the voice of the robot in his head and Cole's eyes immediately sprung open listening to its sound.

What he did not notice that the moment he opened his closed eyes all of a sudden, a faint blue light got emitted out of him which did not go unnoticed by his friend in the same room, Vin and he was taken aback.

'SYSTEM REGENERATING!'

'SYSTEM INSTALLING PROCESS!'

'SYSTEM READY TO PROCEED! SYSTEM READY TO PROCEED!'

Cole stood up, groaning, touching his head not liking the noises that were revolving inside his head. Vin followed his friend's action, training his eyes on him, and did not know what exactly was going on.

Cole could not shout out to the damn robot who was renting in inside his head for free of charge to stop making such robotic sounds. It was irritating and annoying as hell but he could not scream it out when Vin was here and already eyeing him with those weird gazes.

So he just tried to communicate with his sense and mind and a while later the noises stopped, he breathed in relief.

'SORRY MAN! Once we reach level five, this noises will go away! System Upgrade! '

Cole nodded his head. He was no more angry at the damn robot. In fact, he was feeling good that it was already back. He kind of missed it, talking to him about those interesting things that nobody ever knew, neither did he.

Without his knowing, he was already getting used to having the system functioning, running inside of him.

The system was made in such a way itself so that the brave individual stranger who would be selected for having the system would get used to having and running the system inside of him immediately.

'We were being hacked by some unknown authority!'

Cole's body hairs stood up even hearing about what the robot just said out loud. Someone was trying to hack them???

But why?? Why would they want to hack them?? He thought.

'Is not it is obvious, people would like to have their way with the system??'

The robot answered his thoughts. Now that the system was out in the air, and it was very known that the secret sources would already have come to know about it. And so everyone would try their best to run the system even when they were not the host body.

It was a damn profit in itself to able to run the system than have it inside. If they could run the system the way they wanted, the host body would be just a body carrying the system inside his body and doing the task and nothing else. He or she would not have any control over the system and would just become a mere body, dancing whenever the controller of the system would press its button.

The makers of the system knew about it and so they installed artificial intelligence to protect the system from being hacked as it was very clear once the system was out there in the living world after it was completely made and set ready from the laboratory, anyone would try their luck to get their hands on the system, at least hack into it and try to be the controller and run the earth the way he or she would want.

It was deadly and so the makers had made sure that in circ.u.mstances like that, the artificial intelligence would take its turn in protecting the system since the selected individual for the first time would not know the basics to protect the system in the first place.

"What was that?? Your eyes emitted lights!"

Vin said trying to gain Cole's long-lost attention as the boy looked like he just heard the most fearing and worst news of his life as if the world itself was ending.

What Vin did not know was that the works would have ended as of course the one trying to take over the system would not be a wise one who would try to use it for the good of the world.

Cole just stared back at his friend not knowing what to say to him. He was awestruck himself after getting to know the news. And had no idea what that was supposed to mean for the system and him as well as now he was carrying the system inside him so whatever happens to the system, it would have direct consequences on him too which scared him so much.

'DO NOT TELL HIM! PUSH HIM OUT! WE NEED TO TALK, COLE SULLIVAN!'

Cole nodded his head again, and without wasting another second, he held Vin's hands and pulled him near the door. Vin protested knowing what was going to happen.

"What the hell man?? Why are you trying to get me out of your room?? Why are you nodding your head as if you are talking to someone, listening to its order??"

Vin fired questions as he tried to pull his hand away from Cole and moved further inside of the room. Cole groaned in annoyance.

'Do not speak out, Cole! He will listen to my voice, not yours and he will be suspicious !'

Cole quickly stopped from speaking out as what he just heard. What?? Why was he not allowed to speak now?? He did not get it.

'It is the system restarting and taking over your entire body!'

The robot's answer only annoyed Cole further. What else was this system going to take over?? He was not safe anymore bow that he was carrying the system inside him like a host and on top of it, the system was taking over his entire body??

Just great!!! He could not picture how in more ways his life could get difficult and complicated.

Vin resumed looking at Cole, trying to read his body feature. He...he seemed so out of order. Cole snorted as he recalled that Vin would not just go away like that without giving a good fight.

He thought of lying again and ask him politely to get out but then he could not speak more like not allowed to speak for his own good so he did not know how else to convince Vin to get the hell out of his room.

'Just throw him away!!'

Cole narrowed his eyes at what the robot said. He would not ever do that plus he could never do that either for Vin was taller than him and also fit.

'Try it! You are no more weak pal!'

Cole shook his head in negative. He would not do that ever.

'Try it! Common!'
