THAT DAY I BECAME A STAR

"What? Have you turn deaf already? I said your parents must have loved you very much." 

"Don't you dare talk about my parents. "

"Why? You still wanted to suck on your mother's tits?" 

"Don't talk about my parents!!! You murderer!!!" 

Ten sunflares appear this time but before he can shoot them, I bombard him with bullets.

The explosion is great enough for the whole tree to be swallowed by it as well.

"Krieekk!!" 

In the meantime, a Longinus Sloin went through K'nor's barrage and jumps on me from the side but I slice it in half. Then the sunflares all pour on me. So that didn't work, huh….

I evade the firs three then take on two of them. I slice them open like watermelon and while they explode, I run forward the nuse Disperse. 

I can feel Thando's crystals still in the same area so I slash through the smoke and the resistance I feel is enormous!!

The rest of the sunflares all explode after touching the ground at my last location and they clear the smoke enveloping Thando, revealing the same kind of armor as Borgas.

"To think I have to use the Longinus's gear against you…what a shame." 

Thando then disappears and I hear him coming from above. I raise my lightning and flame Raizen in the air before even looking and the clash is made.

When I look up, Thando looks exactly like Borgas, except that his ramor doesn't have spikes or blades and the helmet is only covering up to his cheeks.

"You won't be able to keep up with me!" 

He disappears once again then comes from the left, then the right…In mere seconds, it becomes a dance where he strikes and I defend. The only good thing is that he isn't using sunflare anymore. So there is a possibility that he can't use it with that thing on.

"Do you know how cold and scary death is?!!!"

He punches through Raizen and strikes my elbow.

"Argh!!" 

"Do you know how terrifying it is?!! To be in that dark cold place?!!!" 

"Tremor!!" 

I strike with Tremor but it just cancels out his punch. Still, this is an opportunity.

"Titanic Slash!!" 

I use Titanic slash while thinking of using Shadow stab and the most impressive thing happen.

"Argh!!" I stab his eye and cuts right at his left shoulder's joint as well. The rest of my hits were uneffective however. "You lowlife!!" 

"Like your parents, right?"

"You!!!" 

Unable to control himself, Thando launches himself at me and I receive him with all the manners of the world.

"Sever the sky." 

The lightning slash buries itself into the guy's shoulders and pushes him back far away. 

"Uagh!!!"

But I can't let it end here!! I rapidly call a crystal from my bracelet and swallow it. I will have to thank the exhibitionist later. She kept insisting that I take some for no reason. Now, they are going to save me.

"It is not over!!" 

I fly to Thando who just brutally landed on the ground from my script and fires thirteen bullets from my renew energy.

"It is useless, you fucker!!" 

His armor disappears and once again, sunflares appears around him. But one of my bullets is faster and explodes on his face before he do anything else.

"Gyaa!!"

"There is more where that came from!!" I continuously fires crescent bullets on him and the explosions just get louder and louder. 

"Kriekk!" 

The remaining Longinus, not a lot of them, all converges to Thando's position like they were called. 

"You are not getting away!!" 

I keep sending bullets but the Longinus take them instead, then a figure gets out of the smoke through the left. I fall on him and hit him from behind but once again, the resistance is hard.

"Fuck!!" 

"I will kill you!! I swear!!" 

Thando turns around but half of his face is gone. I can see his teeth and his eye's socket is empty. His hair are burnt as well and his right arm is gone. Good job, bullets!

"You will die, you mean." I suck on another crystal and the sweet nectar feels like a relief this time. Like  I really needed it.

"You think a failure like you can kill me? Just wait until the heroes die and we feast on their bodies and blood."

"So that's your objective. Why do it here though? They have been fighting in Floras. You could have killed them there."

"You think I will tell you anything? Just go and kill yourself!!" Thando shows me his middle finger with a creepy smile.

"Yeah, my  words exactly." I use Raizen then focus but right as I am about to unleash sever the sky, an explosion resounds behind me, together with a wave of Angas that comes and hits me.

"Ahaha!! They have started at last!!" Thando starts running to the dome like a dog running with his tail between his legs. 

"Come back here!!" 

"You will die here today!!! I can assure you!! And even if you don't, I will kill you next time!!" 

He gets through the dome while wearing his Longinus gear or whatever like there was nothing there. That thing is made of Regas as well but how di they make it so tough?

"now is not the time for that. "

I should go to the source of that explosion, the school's building. 

"K'nor!" 

"Woof!!"

K'nor runs to me and he isn't wounded too much, that's great.

We rapidly reach the school's building but while I run I notice something. K'nor is out of breath. Why? Comapred to the fight we had at Obarion, this was relatively easy. 

"Stay still, okay?" 

He keeps whining so I heal completely. Still, he is breathing just as heavily when I am finished. Worse yet, he sits on the floor and starts rolling around like he is in pain. 

"K'nor?!! What is wrong?!!" 

Don't tell me!!! Did Thando manage to poison him somehow?!!! Shit!!! I should have never let him go. 

"Hang on, okay?!!" I keep healing him but K'nor seems to be suffering just as much. That when Alhponse's voice resounds from the next building.

"Kevin!!" 

I look his way and he is alone. Unwounded but alone. Why?

"Where are the others?!" Don't tell me they are dead!!! I really made a mistake by letting Thando escape. I hope the soldiers outside will catch him.

"Everybody is alive for now but we have a problem. Please follow me." 

"But-" the source of the problem is right here. The explosion from earlier came from here as well. If Farner dies, how am I going to live?

"Please!! Let's be quick!"

Alphonse starts running without a care for my answer and I follow him. But a few meters ahead I notice that K'nor isn't following us. The poor guy is lying helplessly on the floor. Just what is happening to you?!

I go back and carry him then runs after Alphonse. We enter the staff's building and head downstairs to the cellar. There I find a lot of students and everyone else, sitting and breathing heavily. So it is not just K'nor?

There, I spot Germinia as well. Her tall figure is easily discernable plus this time, she is wounded all over and her heartbeat is weak as well. This is a situation I have already seen. 

"Please, I need you to do so-"

"I'm on it!"

I throw K'nor at him and without looking whether he catch him or not, I jump to Germinia and start healing her. Weird enough , compared to earlier,  the light emitted by the healing is weaker than earlier. I know I used it  to heal K'nor but even so.

"Will you be able to do it?"

"Ugh…" 

"Sis!!" 

Without waiting for my answer, Alphonse throws himself at Germinia and grabs her in his arms while her face is gradually coming back to normal. However, a problem suddenly occurs, I start being out of breath as well. I now understand what is happening.

"Sis, can you hear me?!!" 

"Lan…Lanuvel…"

"Lanuvel?" 

"It's…huff…It's one of her classmates. She must have tried to rescue her." Seeing as Lanuvel isn't here and Germinia's state, I can guess roughly what happened.

"This dome is preventing us from recharging Angas, right?" 

I look at Frankher who is even more exhausted and tired than everybody else. He is sweating heavily and his eyes have a hard time staying open.

"Yes, it does." 

"Capt'…Huff… we won't be able to follow you this time."

"Don't worry, Willhem. I will handle the rest." 

Another tremor shakes the building as I say that.

"Alphonse, we must hurry!" 

I stand up and go to the stairs. You guys have to hang on. I will make sure to end this quickly.

Alphonse stands up after caressing his sister's cheek who is breathing a bit more normally now. I take a last look at the people here and I don't see any guys of the omega class, nor do I see my aunt Keltia. I hope they are all alive. There are other faces I don't see as well but I can't waste time to ask where is who.

"Mister Dragonroad, please save my daughter and the surviving students and teachers." 

"I will, Frankher."

"Let's go!!" 

Now, Alphonse is the one to go ahead and as I turn my head, I can see Frankher lowering his head in defeat. Don't worry, I won't let my aunt die without doing anything.
