The Adventurer System

Her thick thighs were reddened as she endured the heat inside the ninth floor that gave by the monsters.

"Can we stay here even a bit..." She said with a seductive tone.

Yumiro was stunned after hearing her words. "What?!" He realised his voice was raised, so he coughed then asked her once again. "Ehem! I mean, what do you mean?"

She whirled while her back was showing, more likely, she was exhausted in the scene that happened on the ninth floor. "I'm too tired, Grim... I can move even a single limb, please... Can we rest here?" Asarki requested with a lifeless tone.

Yumiro still has 2 more hours before he logged out, and back in the real world. However, he decided to recline his back on the wall since he was also exhausted from the fight. He won't speak any kind of words to her, just enjoying the great feeling in this world.

In the place where the lamps were illuminated by the two adventurers, the only sound you could hear was the water drops. Perhaps, no one of them wouldn't like to initiate a conversation as Asarki followed the rules why Grim Draigh let her joined in his expedition.

"What is Yuki doing right now? I hope Chirla gave her good accommodation if she wasn't..." Yumiro could not complete her words as Asarki reacted with his words.

"What is it, Grim?" She won't look back, just faces on the ground.

"Nothing..." He coldly replied, then avoid his eyes to stare at Asarki's body. 'Jeez, this woman didn't protect herself.'

To erase the unnecessary ideas that popped inside his mind, he lifted his head then took a glance at the ceiling of the wall.

"What if broke this ceiling? I can easily go to the next door?" He asked himself since he realised the path to the next door was spiral, so there was a chance if he broke the brick ceiling he could minimize their traveling time.

He snickered as he thought he already fool the game, however, he aside his idea as Asarki seemed like wouldn't be ready to continue their expedition.

"How long do you plan to lay in that place?" He said with a low voice.

"Give me 30 mins, I just need to recover my strength." She replied while her voice bounced on the surface.

An adventurer like Asarki, the passive self-recovery was too slow since her level wasn't enough to trigger it. Not like Yumiro, as he had a zexel called "Double attributes" his recovery time-triggered and increase.

Yumiro shook his head. "No, I can't wait for it, that time is too long. 8 minutes that the exact time, I can give to you. So if you wanted for more, you can stay here."

In his mind, after this, he needed to meet Yuki as he made a promise that he will come back on this day. So if they weren't completed to clear this dungeon in 6 or 6:30 PM he will take it to the next day.

Asarki hurriedly shook her head. "No, Grim. The 8 minutes recovery is too long for me." Then she slowly pushed herself as she knew at any moment they will leave this place.

She leaned her back on the opposite wall, so she could remain the distance from Yumiro. Beside her, was the empty transparent tube of the HP and MP potions.

"What is the reason why you played this game?" Out of the blue, Asarki asked him a random question.

Yumiro furrowed his brows, then stared at him for a couple of seconds. "It's none of your business." He replied with a stolid expression, however, he brought back to his mind that he needed to find a medicine to cure his illness, so he could be able to help again his little sister.

Asarki sighed with a smile. "It seems you don't want it to talk about. Yet, can I ask one question? I promise After this, I wouldn't ask you again." Out of curiosity, Asarki wanted to know how this man had the ability of a certain monster since if you look in every aspect that skill could surpass any adventurer for no time.

He clicked his tongue as this kind of scenario he wouldn't like. "Tch! Tell me, what's it?"

"I knew this against in this world, but I want to know how you could transform by using the monster core? Or to be exact, how can you get that kind of skill? Don't tell me it is your zexel?"

'I thought she just asking one question? Where are the 3 questions came from.'

He nodded his head. "That is not my zexel, it's just my ordinary skill. But, did you think I will tell you how I could get this? " Now, Yumiro fetched the question.

She shook her head with an uncomfortable smile on her face. "Actually, no. Hehe, I just try to ask you, so I have information about this." She then raised her index finger. "But, don't worry I know it's delicate information for you as an adventurer, so you count me that I will not spread your identity." Her uncomfortable smile turned into a grin.

"Delicate information, huh?"

"This is one of your abilities as an adventurer, so if you would not hide it. There is a chance they will learn how to counter it, like your current status now, some of the adventurers are mad at you, right? Those adventurers would find a blind spot for you to take down. So I suggest, don't use that kind of skill in crowded areas or where a lot of adventurers could see."

Yumiro had 3 excellent skills needed to hide, first one was the [Core devourer] and the second one was his Zexel that [double attributes], and the last one his about on 2nd Zexel although it still locked, yet having 2 zexel was like a gifted adventurer.

[4:20 PM]

"Oh, I see... I'll be glad if you hide it." After those words, he patted his pants then stood up. "It's time come on."

She nodded with a delightful smile. "Yes!"

Yumiro bent his knees, then gathered strength in his left hand and both of his legs. More likely, he was ready to continue his idea.

He jumped straight and aimed at the ceiling as he planned to break it.
