The Devil's Curse

"Why is being a demon lord so boring?" A person with quite a handsome face was sprawled across a sofa with a butler behind him. Wait… There's something behind him. They're… WINGS? Well, this is the demon world. This butler has ram horns, bat like wings, and a lion's tail.

"Master, you must not present yourself like this. After all, you are the most powerful, and the richest, demon lord, Belphegor." The butler spoke.

"Alright, alright, Lucious. I will." And as he said that, he got up and fixed himself. I know I'm the eldest son and the strongest sibling, but why? My father was the most powerful demon lord ever in history. My mother, the richest. My father's ability was to be able to see anyone's future, anyone that's in his line of sight. If he doesn't like them, he could change their future. He could make something that should have happen years later, happen in a millisecond. My mother's ability was to be able to kill anyone in her sight, or anyone on the world, but she would faint for a few days after. She was also the number one beauty in the demon world. Her treasury long exceeded any number we know now. As the oldest son, I got most of the benefits. My ability is to see a person's dark future and make it happen in less than a month. I could also open up new chances if I wished. When I became a demon lord, I gained 85% of my mother's money, a number well above Googolplex. My other siblings, Raikou, Raenef, and Asmodeus, also gained some benefits. The second oldest's, Raikou's, ability was death. She could kill anyone that is in her presence, if she wished. She gained 6% of the money, a number around Googol. The third, Asmodeus, could fight any number of enemies, no matter the strength or the number. He likes to fight anyways. He gained 5% of the money, a number a bit lower than Googol. The last, my favorite, Raenef. He was the physically weaker than any of us. But, with that, comes a powerful thing. His tongue. He was always better at magic incantations than us. He could also memorize more things and knows everything in the world. But... He talks a lot. Like a lot. So much he ignores the fact that we're there. He just talks. But, no matter. He is now the best at magic incantations, able to chant a legendary spell that usually takes 30 minutes to prepare and another 30 for chanting in less than 2 seconds. He gained the rest of the money... A bit bigger than vigintillion.

"Master, it seems there is an intruder in the castle. Shall I go and eradicate him?" Lucious seemed to be in desperate need of some exercise.

"Sure, go ahead. But, I want you to take me there. The person is probably after my money."

Lucious looked at Belphegor with worry apparent in his eyes.

"Alright, my lord. I shall bring you to him."

The butler spread his wings and changed into a chimera. Belphegor leaped on to his back with little difficulty and off the went. The chimera flew through the dining room, the servants' hall, the guest rooms and finally arrived at the front courtyard.

Oh, it appears to be a young man. I wonder what he is here for. Probably the money. "Go, Lucious. Make him regret ever coming here."

"Yes, Master." Lucious then lunged towards the man and landed on him.

"AAAAAAAHHHHH, get off of me!!! You... You... You monster!!!" He shakily put his gun in front of him.

"Why should I? You're the one who first came in." Like a lion going in for the kill, Lucious bit down on his head.

As the man uttered his last scream and took his last breath, Belphegor came over to take a look at his memories.

"Hooo? It seems this man was hired by a man called Arcane. Go Lucious, hunt eum descendit. He will be a threat to the demon lords." All demons with strong gifts are given other ones. Among them is the power to look into a person's memories.

"Yes, sire. I will be sure to come back with my mission accomplished." And with that, Lucious spread his wings and took off.

I didn't mention to Lucious, but it appears there are humans here. Now then... Shall I go explore?
