The Devil's Curse

"Whooooo! This is fun!" I screamed out towards the land below. The wind that's blowing on my face is refreshing! Though, when I look down all I see is waste.

"This ain't no fucking fun! All I feel is wind, wind and more wind! I feel like I'm gonna fall and drop dead!" Ava screamed.

"Miss, shut your mouth. You keep on screaming in my ear. If miss wants to, I can drop you." Belphegor said.

"For the last time, my name is Ava, not miss! And no thanks! We are 15 miles in the fucking sky! If I drop here, I will fucking lose my life!" Ava screamed.

"Then close that stupid mouth of yours, Ava, or I will actually drop you." Belphegor threateningly smiled. And Ava immediately shut up. But still whimpering.

Wow. Never have I ever seen Ava being controlled before. She is a wild animal. If I can bring Belphegor to our world, that would be nice. Hehehe. I can ask him to shut Ava up every time she gets noisy or does something stupid.

"Alright, we're here." Belphegor said. And with a final flap of his wings, they landed at a castle.

Whoa, that was fast! We're so lucky that we met Belphegor! He can shut Ava up and travel anywhere in less than a day!

"Excuse me, is Lord Kurushimi here?" Belphegor asked.

"I'm sorry, great Demon Lord Belphegor. But Lord Kurushimi went off to Lord Asmodeus's castle a week ago. If he came back, we never noticed." Demon guard #1 says.

"Well, thank you for telling me." Belphegor said. "Alright, let's go to Asmodeus's castle. Kurushimi went to his castle...Oh, right...here you go."

"Huh? Cloaks? Why do we have to wear cloaks?" Ava asked.

Well okay, she isn't completely scared of Belphegor. She didn't stay completely quiet.

"You guys are human. Human souls are—." Belphegor started to say.

"Yeah, okay. Human souls are yum-yum to demons. Yeah, we know that shit." Ava interrupted as she put on the cloak.

"Alright, then let's go." Belphegor landed in front of another castle that had... holes in it?!

Why are there holes in this castle? Wait... No there are holes everywhere!

"I swear. Did Asmodeus pick another fight again? This boy needs to keep his hands off innocent people." Belphegor groaned. "Sign, excuse me guard, can we go—"

All of a sudden, the trio heard a flurry of movements. In a second, a figure with wings appeared. When she appeared, Belphegor visibly sighed.

"Oh hey, Belphegor! Are you here because you finally want to fight? Wait a minute, let me go get prepared!" Asmodeus was clearly ecstatic at Belphegor's appearance.

"No, I came here not to fight but to ask you about something." Belphegor replied.

"Fuck. You really are boring." Asmodeus sighed. "So what are you going to ask me?"

"Do you know where Kurushimi is?"

"No, I do not, he left a few days ago."

"Thank you for the information, I will now take my leave."

"Hey, no way are you leaving yet." Asmodeus moved forward and kicked Belphegor in the stomach. "My place, my rules—nobody can leave unless they fight me. Now you can't do anything except face me." Asmodeus kicks Belphegor again in the arm but this time she was blocked.

"Just a question, why are there holes in your castle?" Belphegor asked while dodging the attacks.

"Oh, it was when I had a fight with Kurushimi. I won that stupid demon, like obviously!" Asmodeus replied.

"Okay. But I really need to go catch up with him. I need to ask him a little something." Belphegor moved in and strikes him in the stomach.

"No fucking way. This is such a rare chance! Unless you win against me, you can't leave." Asmodeus blocks and punches him in the face.

"If you don't let me leave, I will use my special ability on you." Belphegor smiled.

Sweat went down Asmodeus's face and he started turning pale. "Alright, fine." Asmodeus pouted, "You just had to destroy my fun. Party-pooper. Humph."

"Um... Ah, Asmodeus, I will make it up to you later. I have an urgent need to find Kurushimi. Bye for now!" Belphegor turned around, picked Ava and I up and started flying again.

"Bye! Oh! And by the way, Kurushimi left for Raikou's place." Asmodeus turned around and exclaimed, "I'm going to Raenef's place and fight. I need to get some of the energy out!"

Belphegor let out a sigh. "He doesn't know when to stop, does he?"

"Why didn't you just beat him up?" Ava shouted.

"That's what you would do, it's your nature. Actually, Asmodeus would really like you. You're really violent. And I would rather not fight him. He is my younger brother. But he was born violent. I can't change that. Other then that, he is a good demon. Sometimes, he is really helpful and cheerful."

Are demons really evil? All the demons we met were really nice. Does Asmodeus count as nice? From Belphegor's description, Asmodeus is nice, but just violent since he was born that way. Belphegor is really nice. But Kurushimi was betrayed by the people he grew up with and loved. I guess that's why he became badass. We're going to Raikou's place next. Isn't she that demon of death? Wow. There are a lot of paintings everywhere. They're not very pretty. All of the people depicted are all covered in blood and/or dead. Is that -- an iron maiden?
