The Fallen Consort

"Elder Linyu! Elder Linyu!" A disciple drenched in sweat and was running towards the Medical Pavilion.

"What's wrong Lu'er? What's the rush?" Linyu brows furrowed as he came out from the Medical Pavilion. Luckily the disciple caught up with him, since he was heading out to see Tefei.

It had been 5 months since his Master had left. Until now, he still felt mad and angry to Tefei. Everytime he goes to see Tefei, he only had one reason. To see if Muxin will be able to help him find Yi Ling this time, yet that man always reject him!. Gaaahhh! He hated not being able to come with his Master. He was so weak! Being unable to withstand the backlash of that healing process.

The disciple called Lu'er mumbled a bunch of words but it was incoherent. He was breathing so hard and his voice wasn't clear.

"What ? Repeat it again. I couldn't understand a single word that you just said. Calm your self down and speak slowly." Even though he wasn't feeling to talk to anyone right now, still it was his duty as an Elder.

Lu'er swallowed his saliva, closed his eyes and relaxed himself. He had been running for an hour, just so he could deliver this news. When he finally caught up with his breath, he opened his eyes and looked at Elder Linyu.

"I was in Xiang Kingdom as I was about to do my mission. Along the way, I heard people murmuring that the Blue Rose Sect's Sect Master arrived and was heading to the Palace to visit the Emperor." He talked calmly but fast and clear.

Linyu's eyes went wide and grabbed Lu'er's shoulders. "Are you telling the truth?! Did you really heard that our Sect Master came back?!".

When Yi Ling left and tasked Tefei as the one in-charged. Tefei only said to the disciples that the Sect Master and Elder Minzhe was on a mission and left briefly. But he told them that Elder Linyu and Elder Haoran was about to come back, so they will still resume their classes in time. Even though Tefei was the right-hand of Yi Ling in her past life, he knew how to act as a leader. In this 5 months, he had the highest status in the sect, until the Sect Master comes back.

Lu'er nodded. "That's what I heard Elder .. Elder!"

Linyu instantly ran as he heard the confirmation. He went towards the Sect's Training Ground, where Tefei can usually be found.

"Elder Brother Tefei! Elder Brother!" Linyu came in yelling as he entered the Training Ground. Since Tefei was older than him, it was only right for Linyu to call Tefei as his Elder Brother. As he entered, he then saw that Tefei was currently teaching his class. He bit his lips and whispered to Tefei's ears.

"What did you say? Is this news real?!" Tefei looked at Linyu. Linyu only nodded.

"Class dismissed" Tefei looked at the disciples briefly and then he left running towards the Sect Master's Chamber. They had left the Blue Rose Ring in Yi Ling's bedside table. They weren't afraid of it getting stolen, since the whole chamber is lock with Muxin's formation. Only Yi Ling's contracted beasts and herbs will be the only one who could enter, as well as Yi Ling and their son.
