The Revenge Turned To Love

Chapter 85 - I Want Her Happiness

Mishi remained silent for a few hours. Yuwan decided to break the ice. "Mishi, what made you think like this? I mean why ain't you giving him the second chance? Everyone deserves a second chance. Maybe he has done bad things with you in the past but he loves you a lot. Think about this thoroughly," said Yuwan, looking at her. Mishi turned her face to him.

"Because there was no trust between us from the start. He did many things for me but the trust I had failed to build it from his side," said Mishi and looked at the sky. "Some couples' relations are made in heaven, my mother used to say this. But I think that's not with our case."

"Why are you lying to me? Two years is enough to know about someone. I can read your thoughts even if you won't tell me. I know the reason too why are you doing this but then again because you want this so I won't tell him" said Yuwan and looked at her.

"Thank you," said Mishi with a smile.

"But Mishi, will you regret your decision," said Yuwan, looking at her. He has a concerned look on his face. "I understand your concern as a friend but I really want to choose this even if there was no reason. Well, Yuwan I told you that my father owned SJ management but then my uncle took it by fraud. I wanted to take that company back," said Mishi and crossed her legs.

"Wait for a few years. I mean first we have to check the things with them only then we will be able to take over," said Yuwan and rested his back on the couch. He put his one hand under the head to support himself and closed his eyes.

"When is Xia returning?," asked Mishi.

"After 2-3 days. She will start working in the company as an additional director after 2-3 days," replied Yuwan. He opened his eyes and asked, "Mishi, what about the ongoing project with Maximus? Will you two be able to work together?"

"I will tell you tomorrow," said Mishi.

"Wanna drink some coffee?," asked Mishi. Yuwan nodded. Mishi walked inside and after ten minutes she came back with two mugs in her hands. She sat beside Yuwan and gave him the coffee mug. Yuwan thanked him and sipped the coffee.

"Chang is also leaving for the hostel tomorrow. Chunhua has to go too because her agency want her to release an album," said Yuwan.

"They have grown up so much," said Mishi with a smile and sipped the coffee.

"Are you planning on leaving the city?," asked Yuwan finally.

"Nothing is hidden from you so I should tell the truth. Yes, I'll manage your business in Shanghai," said Mishi.

"Dad will be happy to see you there. He was asking me to manage the business there but I think it will be good if you will manage the business there," said Yuwan with a smile.

"You should say that you're happy because you won't fall for your father's tricks who wanted you to marry off," said Mishi and gave a slight laugh.

"You know that I don't myself feel comfortable around any woman except you and Xia," said Yuwan and put the mug on the table.

"Then why don't you ask Xia out? You both have known each other since childhood," said Mishi and drank the remaining coffee.

"Well I went out with her when we both decided not to even think about this," said Yuwan and laughed.

"There must be someone who will be made for you only," said Mishi and put her mug on the table.

"I don't think so. I would've thought about dating you if you had met you earlier," said Yuwan with a smile.

Mishi smiled and said, "you're lucky that you didn't get involved with my messy life. Well I'm going to my room as I'm tired. Thanks for listening to me. Good night." She walked away from there.

"Who is banging the door this late," said Lan Zhan and walked out of the room to open the door.

"Xian, What are you doing here?," asked Lan Zhan. Xian walked inside his house and then sat on the couch in the living room.

Lau Lan too came there. "You are supposed to be with Mishi," said Lau Lan.

"We are divorcing each other tomorrow," said Xian and laid his head back on the couch. Lan Zhan and Lau looked at each other. They walked towards Xian and then sat opposite to him.

"What have you done this time?," asked Lan Zhan.

"Nothing. She wants this and now no one will ask me any more things," said Xian and laid down on the couch.

"Xian you should've tried more," said Lau Lan. "Exactly. The court has given you two months because of some reason and you're letting it go," said Lan Zhan with an unbelievable look on his face.

"I tried, I tried a lot but she doesn't want to come back. It's my mistake but to trust her earlier and to behave rudely with her. It's fine now. She wants to be happy and I want her happiness," said Xian. He put his both arms over his eyes, trying to cover the tears which were falling from his eyes.

Lan Zhan and Lau felt bad seeing such a defeated condition of their friend. "Should I talk to Mishi?," asked Lau with teary eyes.

"No. There's no meaning of this now. Let's not bother her anymore. I will be by seeing her from afar," said Xian and wiped the tears from his eyes.

"Why are you talking like a madman? Why will you watch her from afar?," asked Lan Zhan.

"Because she has pushed me already and if I will try to go near her she'll be hurt. I don't want her to be upset," said Xian and rubbed his eyes. Lau Lan got up from his seat and walked away from there. He dialed the number of Mishi which Mark has given to him.

Lau Lan went to his room and waited for her response. At last she answered his call.

"Mishi how are you?," asked Lau.

"Ahh...I'm good," said Mishi.

"Sorry to disturb your sleep but it's very important. Xian has come and he's crying and saying that you both are divorcing," said Lau and waited for a response from the other side. Tears started falling from Mishi's eyes so she put her palm on her mouth and controlled herself from breaking down. Pulling herself she said, "I'm not comfortable around him any more. I've explained to him the rest of the reasons why we shouldn't be together." Tears kept on flowing from her eyes.

"Mishi are you sure? I mean you two will then never be able to get together even if you want to," said Lau with a concerned voice.

"Yes I'm sure that's why I've made such a big decision," said Mishi and put her palm on his mouth.

"Okay then. See you tomorrow," said Lau Lan and hung up on the call. Mishi put the phone on her bed and started crying. She fell on the floor and cried profusely. "I wish we two can be together Xian. I really wanted to but this is the best for us. I wish we could be like a normal couple with a happy ending but I think some stories are meant to be like this," said Mishi with a broken voice.

She brought her legs closer, put her head on her knees and cried as much as she wanted to. While in the Xian's house, Xian wasn't able to digest the fact that they are actually divorcing now. There were only tears in both of the eyes but there was no one to wipe their tears off.
