This Thursday his lover told him that he will take a half day leave, and will pick him up later for dinner. Bai Yutang knows what makes his lover want to have dinner outside. Today is March 15th. It also marks their third month together. Last month they didn't celebrate it because Chinese New Year, though his lover still gave him a gift.

Bai Yutang already reminded his lover that he doesn't want expensive things, and his lover assured him that won't give anything expensive today. Even though he said that, he still touched that his lover wants to celebrate that date each month.

Sometimes Bai Yutang wonders why they never have any fights like lovers usually do. He already heard Yu Dong have fights with Mu Xiaoya several times. It was clear when they had a fight. Yu Dong's face will darken, silent, and not focus at all. Make Tang Yuxuan always tease him.

Every time Yu Dong and Mu Xiaoya having a fight, the problem is very simple. Either because of game, or because Mu Xiaoya didn't reply Yu Dong's message. Even one time they're fighting because of Yu Dong have different opinion about design principle when they talking about Mu Xiaoya's lecture that day.

The line that Yu Dong often said when he talked about his fight with Mu Xiaoya was "I don't understand what's on a girl's mind." Or sometimes he said, "Why do I have to be the one that always apologizes?"

But not even one day after he said that, he will run to apologise and they're good again. Tang Yuxuan and Liu Xiang just look at him with pity, and will give him their best advice. "Girls are always right. Just said that you're sorry, and it's done. No matter you know what is your mistake or not. They don't care."

Bai Yutang can only nod and listen to them, he never has any experience with girls. And his relationship with Jian Kang Lu is very calm. No fighting because they're playing games. No fighting because one of them didn't reply messages, no fighting because of opinion differences.

Liu Xiang said to Yu Dong, "Every time you have a fight with your girlfriend means you'll get closer to her. You'll learn what she doesn't like. And she will also learn what you don't like. If you can't tolerate the differences, it means that you just are not compatible with each other."

Bai Yutang didn't know what his lover dislikes. Once, his lover only said that he didn't like it when people didn't keep their words. Or when people blame other people for their own incompetence. That's it. Nothing more that he could learn from his lover.

Bai Yutang thinks, maybe because both of them are men so it becomes very simple between them.

Usually Bai Yutang will hang out in Tang Yuxuan and Liu Xiang's dorm until his lover picks him up. But today he was waiting in the library. He will have his mid term test in 10 more days. He needs to cram all the lecture's material in these 10 days. Luckily his lover likes to ask about his lectures. Somehow trying to explain what he learned that day helps him to memorise the material better.

When he was reading in the library, someone called his name and sat next to him. When he raised his face, he saw a girl from his class. Fei Hong. This girl also in the same year with him, but didn't take the class last semester. She was one of the prettiest girls in his year.

Fei Hong sat next to him with another girl, but Bai Yutang didn't recognise her friend.

"Yutang, i rarely saw you in the library." That girl whispered those words.

Bai Yutang also answers with a whispered voice, they're in the library after all. "We'll have exams in less than 2 weeks."

The other girl smiled at him, "So diligent."

Bai Yutang didn't understand why these two girls sat next to him. And he also didn't know what to respond to. So he just smiles back, and studies again.

This girl saw the man in front of him didn't give any response, so she said again, "What did you read? Looks very interesting."

Bai Yutang raised the book so the girl could see the title. Then he heard that girl say again, "I'm Feng Mian, from the economic faculty."

Bai Yutang didn't know why this girl seemed very interesting to him. Did this girl also join the group that Mu Xiaoya mentioned last time? Suddenly he felt uncomfortable. So he only smiles stiffly, and plans to leave the library. Maybe he should just wait for his lover at Tang Yuxuan's dorm like usual.

"Fei Hong said that you're coming from W city? My cousin also lived there. Are you studying at B high school?"

Bai Yutang nodded. "Yes, how do you know?"

This girl smiled sweetly, "That's the best high school in W city. You must be very smart to study there."

Bai Yutang didn't know how to respond to these sentences. So he only smiled awkwardly and went back to read his book.

"I rarely see the people in my class studying hard like you when we still have ten days before exams." This girl whispered, very near to Bai Yutang's ear.

Bai Yutang felt very uncomfortable now. So he just shifted a little bit and said, "I took more classes this semester, so a lot to learn before the exam."

When he wanted to excuse himself from these two girls and leave the library, the phone next to him vibrated and Bai Yutang saw a message from his lover.

[I'll arrive in a few minutes. Usual place?]

Bai Yutang replied and stood up, and then said to these two girls. "Fei Hong, i have to go home now. And nice to meet you, Feng Mian."

Feng Mian suddenly stood up too, and followed him returning the book to the shelf. "I'm going out also, can we walk together?"

Bai Yutang really doesn't know what to respond to, so he just nods.

"Bai Yutang, right? Fei Hong told me that your name is Bai Yutang."

Bai Yutang nodded again.

This girl kept talking to him, "You're going back to the dorm? Are we disturbing you?"

Bai Yutang shook his head, "No, i stay outside. My friend will pick me up, so I need to wait for him."

"Oh, where will you wait for him?"

"Near the 17th dorm gate."

Feng Mian really has no idea why this man is so difficult to talk to. She knows that she was pretty, one of the prettiest in economic faculty. A lot of men want to know her, they line up and contact her often. But those men are not fun, she likes challenges more than something that easy to get.

She saw Bai Yutang for the first time last week when she fetched Fei Hong in her class. This man was not handsome, but he looks elegant unlike other boys in their university. His clothes are simple, but suits him very well. All the things he wears are elegant and luxurious.

She has a lot of men from wealthy families showering her with expensive gifts, so she knows when she sees one. But sometimes being rich doesn't mean that you have a classy look. And all the gestures from this man show that he belongs to the classy one.

Feng Mian became interested in him. So she asks Fei Hong about this guy. Then tried to show up every time Fei Hong had class together with Bai Yutang. But two times meeting him, this guy shows no response to her at all. The other guy in Fei Hong's class already asks Fei Hong for her number.

Today, she was just accompanying Fei Hong to the library, and saw this guy. If this guy didn't notice her, maybe she had to make this guy notice her. Feng Mian also saw that handphone beside the book, and this man's watch. All of it is very expensive.

She was just guessing that Bai Yutang was studying in B high school, since her cousin didn't manage to get through there last year. That school is the best in B city, and not cheap at all. It turned out that she was right.

Feng Mian already shows her best shy smile to this man, and even swallows her pride to have a conversation with this man, but this man didn't give her responses like she expected. Fei Hong said that this man is single, so why was he not interested in her?

Feng Mian keeps trying to talk with this man. But Bai Yutang only responded to her politely, and didn't ask about her at all. And it makes her even more curious about this man, and wants to know this man better. Maybe this man is only shy? Then she needs to take initiative.

Bai Yutang really didn't understand why this girl kept talking to him, and walking with him to the dorm gate. This girl is really pretty. With big eyes, wearing thin makeup to make her full pink lips with wet gloss gives a sensation of the pure girl but at the same time looks sensual. Her tight jeans show her perfect long legs.

This is the kind of girl that usually hangs around Tang Yuxuan, not him. Bai Yutang thought maybe this girl wanted to know about Tang Yuxuan. But she can ask Fei Hong, why have to ask him?

From her conversation, she also never mentioned Tang Yuxuan. Only asking about him. His high school, his hobby, until the apartment he lived in now. This girl also comes from B city, and with her big eyes said that she envy Bai Yutang could live in that apartment.

Bai Yutang tried to explain, "It was my friend's apartment, I just live there for free."

It seems that she did not belong to Mu Xiaoya's group…

When they almost arrived at the dorm gate, Feng Mian suddenly stumbled and Bai Yutang caught her in reflex. "Are you alright?"

Feng Mian cursed her thin heels. But at least, she made this guy pay attention to her. And, this guy hurriedly caught her, it shows that this guy is a gentleman. One time Feng Mian stumbled when wearing her 7cm heels, and the guy walking with her can't even catch her, let her fall with no grace at all. She never replied to that guy's message again.

Feng Mian nodded, and shyly said, "Thank you, Yutang. Sorry, the road is uneven."

Bai Yutang helped this girl to stand up properly. "Be careful."

The handphone in his pocket is vibrating, it's from Jian Kang Lu. Bai Yutang picked it up.

"Hello."

"TangTang, i'm here."

Bai Yutang searched his perimeter, and saw that familiar car parked near the mini market across them.

"Okay Gege, I'm coming."

Bai Yutang said to this girl, "My friend is here, I have to go now. Nice to meet you."

"Wait!"

Bai Yutang was shocked to hear this girl shout at him, and then he saw her face blushed.

"Can.. Can i have your WeChat ID?"

Bai Yutang speechless. He really can't understand girls. Yu Dong was right, man could never guess what's inside a girl's mind. He wants to reject, but he has no excuse. It seems cruel to reject her bluntly.

"Sure." Then Bai Yutang gave her his ID.

Then he said goodbye once again, and walked towards his lover's car.

When he was inside, he saw that his lover's face was dark. It seems he had a bad day. But usually even his lover had a bad day and was very tired, he always smiled gently at him. But today his lover didn't smile at all.

After a few minutes his lover was still driving silently with that dark face. Bai Yutang asked, "Gege, how's your day? It seems you had a bad day."

Bai Yutang hoped he could ease this man's bad mood and hard day. He doesn't know what to do, unlike his lover that always seems to know what to do to make his bad and tired day turn into a beautiful one. But he hoped that with him here, it would lift his lover's mood. Even just a little bit, he hoped what his lover said was true.

That he made his lover happy, and he eased the hard day of his loved one.
