Transmigrated Into The Book

Under the heat of the sun and the heavy costume he was wearing, the man tried to make his mascot more alive. He was wearing a brown teddy bear costume, he was beside the playground entertaining the kids flocking around him.

Jiang Chen was a little bit uneasy, he had this certain someone that couldn't even leave his mind. He saw this beautiful omega sitting on a bench. The omega was pregnant and yet he couldn't stop himself from adoring him.

He was working as a mascot of this amusement park. He admits that doing this everyday was a little bit troublesome for him because all he could do all day was dance and make the kids smile. Jiang Chen's manager didn't care about him at all, he was always scolded by.

The playground wasn't his favorite area in the first place, the children there are doing tricks on him. Pulling his fatty costume and ears, they were climbing on him like he was a tree. But after seeing that enchanting omega sitting quietly and smiling silent under the shady tree, he was completely struck.

Although he can see clearly that the omega was pregnant, Jiang Chen didn't care about that. All he wanted to know was his name. 

He was an alpha, and he knows that that omega was already marked by his alpha. He shrugged his shoulders down in dismay after finally the children left him and enjoyed the swing. He also sat on the bench under the shady tree, but it was far away from the playground. 

While he was staring into the wide area of the park, one of his co workers approached him and told him that he was needed inside for a minute. Aside from being a mascot, Jiang Chen also had a small knowledge when it comes to fixing mechanical things. 

Again, he shrugged his shoulders down and released a long sigh. He wanted to remove the mascot but his job wasn't finished and the kids are still meters away from him. 

Jiang Chen stood up and strided the pathway towards his new duty. But the moment he took a step, he felt a small grasp from his tail, he slowly turned his head around. "Mr. Bear? Are you tired?" her voice was sweet and mellow. 

When he turned his gaze down, he almost jolted from what he saw. Jiang Chen saw a cute little girl with light brown shoulder length hair and an amethyst eyes below her thick lasher. Her lips were pink and smiling. The little girl grabbed his big hand and tried to put the bottle of water she was carrying. "Mr. Bear, Are you tired? You need some water" she said again.

Jiang Chen tilted his head, of course the child does not need to know that he is a human being. He waved his hands in the air. "No no no!" He exclaimed. "Mr. Bear is strong enough," he said, showing the chubby muscles of the costume he was wearing. "This bear over didn't doesn't need water, because Mr. Bear was a ver…..Oww!!!" he groaned when the little girl kicked his legs.

The little girl crossed her arms, "You are tired, Mr. Bear" she clicked her tongue. "I know that I'm just a child but I know your true form behind those costumes" she squinted her eyes like he was scanning the real Jiang Chen.

"How did he think like that?" Jiang Chen whispered to himself. He adjusted his posture and faced the little girl. "Little cute girl, Mr. Bear is okay, you can go back now and play with them," he said, referring to the other kids at the playground.

He turned around and walked away, but when he was already meters away from the area he was into a while ago, he felt like there was someone following him. He wasn't mistaken, he saw the little girl following him.

"Sir please take a seat for a while, the securities are now roaming around the park" The one who was assigned for the lost child told Rui Jun and Yuxian. 

Rui Jun, who was beside the omega, sat down and supported his wife. "Honey, please calm down, '' he whispered, brushing Yuxian's back. "They will find Ling Ling''

Rui Jun was worrying but he knew Ling Ling, even though she was just a child she had a high understanding. For sure, she will ask other people or the guards. He already taught Ling Ling what to do in times like this and she had an I.D with her.

Yuxian tightened his grip on Rui Jun's arms, "I'm very sorry, It was all my fa…" he stopped again when Rui Jun kissed his forehead. "Honey, How many times do I have to tell you that it wasn't your fault…" he comforted. "The security are now searching for her so please calm yourself down," he added.

The door widely opened, everyone looked at who it was. A teddy bear mascot entered the office. "I think this one over here is the kid you are talking about." a manly voice from the mascot said.

Then from his thick and furry costume, a girl hiding behind him emerged. 

Rui Jun and Yuxian quickly stood up and dashed to Ling Ling. They embraced the little girl together, "Where have you been?" Rui Jun asked her. Yuxian couldn't even say a word, he was teary and relieved at the same time.

After their hugging session, Ling Ling lowered her head and apologized. Her parents understood her so they stood up and faced the mascot who guided Ling Ling. 

Jiang Chen wanted to remove the head part of his teddy bear costume but he suddenly turned shy when he saw the omega he wanted to know. His face under that thick and fluffy clothing was already blushing real hard. 

The one who was the alpha and the father of the kid bowed in front of him and gave thanks, he also apologized for the inconvenience and asked him if he wanted something as a reward. Jiang Chen quickly shook his head and said that he was fine. 

He wanted to ask the omega's name but he was too shy to do it. So he just let them go home and do his other duty.. "I hope that I can see you again," he mumbled to himself.
