Transmigrated Into The Book

The next day, the sun already showed up. Another pleasant weather. Yuxian, who just woke up, straightened his arms in the air. He sat up and made a big yawn. "Good morning!" he greeted himself with a smile.

He went downstairs with a goofy feeling. He didn't know why though, he just felt great today. The omega walked inside the dining room and saw no one but the maids preparing the table. 

"Where's Ling Ling?" he asked one of them after pulling the chair and taking his seat. One of their maids stopped and bowed her head. "Master, the little princess is still sleeping," she replied respectfully. 

Yuxian nodded his head to say thanks before the girl left him. He scanned the wide area of the dining room. It was a little quiet. Usually every morning, he would find Rui Jun sitting first while taking his morning coffee. 

The omega leaned his elbow on the table and cupped his cheeks; he stared at Rui Jun's seat in front of him. He shrugged his shoulders and mumbled. "I miss him,"

After saying that, the phone inside his pocket vibrated continuously. He was carrying it just in case Rui Jun calls and he wasn't mistaken. The alpha is calling. 

Yuxian tapped the screen and slid the green icon. It showed on the man's face. "Good morning, Honey!" Rui Jun greeted the omega with a smile on his face.

Yuxian smiled, "Good morning!" He greeted too. His system suddenly boosted up, even though he hadn't even gotten his morning milk. Rui Jun's smile was like a vitamin to him.

"Did you have your breakfast?" Rui Jun parted away from the screen and opened the newspaper he was reading. As usual, he is wearing glasses while reading the morning news. "Where's Ling Ling?" he asked.

"She was still sleeping," the omega answered, and he glanced at the maid who had just came out from the kitchen to bring his morning milk. Yuxian nodded his head to say thanks. It was a good idea that Rui Jun hired many people to help them inside the house. Yuxian can now move freely, without an ease. 

Rui Jun watched Yuxian gulp his milk. He slightly chuckled after seeing a small spill beside his lips. "Honey, wipe your mouth," he said.

It startled Yuxian after hearing him; he felt embarrassed so instead of using a table napkin; he parted his lips and used his tongue to wipe the corner of his mouth. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" he exclaimed.

Upon seeing Yuxian's tongue touching his lips, Rui Jun gulped. He suddenly felt hot at the same time. He averted his gaze away from the monitor, calming his insides. "It was so sexy," he mumbled to himself.

Before he could turn into a real tomato, he heard a familiar, small voice. "Didi!!!!" Ling Ling almost yelled. It made Rui Jun twist his head back to the laptop screen. "Hi, sweetheart! Good morning!" He greeted her.

Ling Ling pulled the chair beside Yuxian and sat down. Since the phone screen was small, she fitted her face on it and waved her hands. "Didi, I miss you!" Ling Ling exclaimed. 

Rui Jun made a big smile. "I miss you too and Mimi, but Didi still had work to do here so please don't get sad." he said after seeing the little girl's expression. 

Yuxian brushed Ling Ling's hair and gazed at Rui Jun. "Don't worry, Ling Ling is a good girl," he said, which made the little girl look at him with a smile. "Mimi is right! I will protect them," she proclaimed again. 

Yuxian and Rui Jun giggled at the same time. Ling Ling was indeed a smart and brave kid. 

The little girl took the phone and bent down on Yuxian's stomach. "Didi! Baby also misses you." he let the camera face the round soft belly beside her ears. "Right, baby?" 

It made Rui Jun happy. Butterflies again fluttered their wings inside his stomach. His legs wanted to run home and hugged his family. He couldn't wish for anything in this world. Just seeing their smiles is enough for him.

After minutes of talking to them, he heard his secretary behind the door. It was time for his meeting, so he bid goodbye and headed outside. 

On the other hand, Yuxian and Ling Ling ate their breakfast together after the call until their doorbell also rang three times. The maid dashed towards the main door to check who it was. 

"Good morning!!!!"

Jiangye met them with a big smile on her face. She took the seat in front of the two and put down the paper bag on the table. "I brought something," she said.

Ling Ling dashed towards her and embraced her. "Hello Aunty!" she exclaimed, showering the lady with kisses.

Yuxian, as usual, made a blank expression on his face. "What are you doing here?" he asked, picking the food from his plate.

Jiangye crossed her arms. "Of course! I'm here to check on you," she snorted. "Do you hate me that much?" 

Yuxian didn't hate her, he was just taking precautions in front of Ling Ling. He didn't want the kid to pick another misunderstanding.

Ling Ling in Jiangye's arms made a sullen expression. "Is Mimi sick?" she asked.

The lady immediately shook her head. "No, no, no!" she replied. "Aunt will just look if the baby inside Mom's belly is healthy," she said.

In the middle of their discussions, a sudden loud sound rang in their ears. Everyone turned their gaze at the door and saw a figure. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you," he said, picking up the garden tools that were scattered on the floor. 

Jiang Chen scratched the back of his head from embarrassment. "Sorry, I'm really sorry." he said.

Jiangye glanced at him for a second and because he was just wearing a Sando, the lady gulped. "W-Who is he?" she asked. A smile stretched across her cheeks.. It seemed like she was interested.
