Transmigrated Into The Book

"Is this really needed?" Xianyu looked at himself more at the water in the basin. He crumpled his face, then smiled and turned his lips downward. 

"We needed this disguise ourselves," Qi Zhou tugged off the hood on his head. Sun Wei also has that get up. They were going to act like beggars today. Why? Because it was part of the plan. 

Because Sun Wei and Qi Zhou went back to the Pier to investigate more and to ask a few questions to the lady, they got more information. It is said that before turning into a 'Jiangyin', this lady had this Village she often visited. In that Village, an old woman approaches her and asks her if she wants to help her family. The old woman told her she would give her five bags of gold if she took that medicine and because the lady was desperate, she took the red pill.

She went back to the Pier with the five bags of gold with her. At first, she thought it was all fake, but when she tried to buy and expect every gold coin, it was all true. The next day, she started to feel dizzy, followed by having a fever. 

"It's so mysterious, who would give anybody free gold coins?" Xianyu put on his robe and pulled it towards his chest. "I'm all set now," he said

"That's why we are going to visit that Village too, to investigate if it's true." Sun Wei waved his fingers in the air like he was drawing something, a teleportation array. It glowed as it finished, "We don't have much time, let's go" 

The three stepped inside the array until it vanished with them.

When they opened their eyes, a busy marketplace met their sight. There are different people around, different voices, but the one thing that caught their attention was the high-quality products that were laid in front of every store.

"Let's go," Qi Zhou whispered to them, taking the lead. 

Xianyu's gaze went to the expensive things he was witnessing. The quality of the cloth and silk were very much like those of a royal. The food smelled so delicious, like it was pulling anyone to taste it. They arranged everything in color and from big to small. The Village was very organized. 

The three stopped for a while to buy snacks. Qi Zhou was the one who was buying while Sun Wei and Xianyu were behind him. 

"MAKE WAY!!!!!"

A loud voice dominated the entire area, the thick crowd vanished. The people lined up side to side and bowed their heads. They saw a carriage with 6 burly men on every side. Based on their looks, they are some palace guards. 

"Bow your heads!!!" the one in front who seemed to be the General, ordered. He looked around like he was inspecting every head. Since he was in the front, he must be the one guiding the royal carriage.

Everyone bowed their heads but there was one thing that caught their attention, an old woman carrying a basket stumbled in the middle where the carriage was going. The fruits and vegetables from her basket fell and rolled on the street. 

"You dare make a scene when his highness was on an important journey!!" The General's grumpy voice once again dominated the entire area. The old woman cowered in fear as she tried to pick up the fruits.

Sun Wei, who was also one of the bowing crowds, clicked his tongue. "These royal guards are out of their minds," he crossed his arms. "That old woman is a pity,"

Qi Zhou, standing on his side, smirked. "He never listens." It made Sun Wei glance at him real quick. "What never listen?". The other male pointed at someone on the street..

Xianyu was now in the middle of the street. He was helping the woman pick up the fruits. 

"You dare block the Prince's way!!" The burly General walked towards them and yelled with his fiery eyes. 

'Wait a minute sir!" Xianyu stood up and bowed his head. "I am very sorry for causing trouble. Please let this old woman go," he said, full voice. 

Instead of getting an answer, a kick landed on the male's stomach that caused him to curl down on the ground. When the old woman was about to approach Xianyu, he signaled her to go and leave him. 

"Did I give you permission to talk to me?!" The General yelled at him followed by another kick which made him spit blood. He was caught in trouble, and using his energy will just make the situation complicated. Xianyu glanced at Sun Wei and Qi Zhou, but the two were already gone.

"Ehh?!! Wait a minute! Did they literally leave me?!" He exclaimed inside his thoughts.

Xianyu stood up and brushed off his robe. He bowed his head. In times like this, it was a good choice to ignore and get along. He didn't want to cause any trouble and besides, he still needed to follow the two who were gone now. 

"Get him." 

Everyone, including Xianyu, felt the shivers from that voice. Some of the crowd lowered their heads more than their eyes, eyes almost glued to the ground. 

The voice came from the carriage, and before he could decide what to do. Two guards already dragged him with them. 

According to Sun Wei, this Village was the place of the royal bloods. The Prince of this place or the emperor must be inside that carriage, he must be travelling today. The guards are also careful and very attentive in watching the surroundings, so it must be an important person. 

"Hey, wait a goddamn minute, why are you taking me?" Xianyu tried to yank away but he couldn't even take his arms away from the burly man holding him. "What will I do? What will I do?" he mumbled inside his mind. 

"Am I set as a bait?" He suspected that Sun Wei and Qi Zhou had another plan by throwing him into the royal's den and leaving him behind. It made him twitch his brows. "Those two!" 

Before he could grasp the situation, a smack landed on his neck. He lost consciousness.
