Transmigrated Into The Book

In the middle of the darkness, Xianyu felt something warm caressing his cheeks. He tried to lift up his chin and yanked away. He heard a light chuckle. When he grasped something behind, he felt something soft and squishy from his palm. He was leaning into a hard surface, like a crack wall. 

"..Tch! I already took him, what do you want?" 

A soft and croaky voice spoke. Xianyu couldn't see her but he could already recognize her voice. If he wasn't mistaken, it was Lady Daiyu.

"I even tried to locked his room to corner him, but that brat was fast enough to picked him up"

She must be referring to Qi Zhou, who kicked the door open and dragged Xianyu out. That's why he couldn't open it from the outside. Xianyu widened his eyes after realizing something. If the chaos was made by Lady Daiyu, then she knew everything from the very start.

"Hey," 

The lady was surprised after hearing the man leaning on the hard surface of the cave called out. The cave was dark and deep, so his voice echoed to her. She grinned and approached the male. She crouched down and caressed the blindfold. "Good morning," she greeted sarcastically.

Xianyu twitched his eyes for the sudden hit of the lights. He was indeed inside the cave with torches on every side. Since there is not enough air, he was sweating and gasping. He tried to yank his arms but felt his wrist also tied up. 

Xianyu glared at the grinning lady in front of him, "What do you want?!" he sneered.

The lady glanced at him for a second before chuckling. "I only did this because he ordered me, don't worry, he will not do anything to you" she stood up but before that, she poked Xianyu's nose and mumbled. "You're cute,"

Xianyu didn't say a word, his composure remained.Right from the very start, he already had his suspicions. Instead of telling it to Sun Wei and Qi Zhou, he kept it to himself. Though he already told Rouhan about it. 

He jolted, "Rouhan! Where's Rouhan?!" he exclaimed. 

From the corner, a dark shadow emerged forward. A man wearing black all over, with a hood and black boots. Xianyu wasn't surprised but he became more cautious. 

"Who are you?"

The man in black grinned. "You've grown too big, Yuyu" His voice was loud and deep.

Xianyu tilted his head in surprise, "Who are you? Do I know you?" 

The man in black stopped halfway, he put his arms behind him. The flames from the torches swayed with the little air passing through the enclosed cave. 

"Have you forgotten me?" He asked.

They were so occupied that they forgot the lady sitting too on the corner. "Do you think you can live your life to the fullest? Don't get too cocky" she gazed at Xianyu "This man over here will not let you go," 

Hearing this, Xianyu stiffened. He remembered the man in his illusions as Chen Yang. Unfortunately, Rouhan wasn't here to explain everything to him. He clicked his tongue and lowered his head. "If only I didn't forget half of my memories," he murmured.

"Memory, you say?" The man in black caressed the big stone meters away from Xianyu's range. He sat on it and lifted up his legs, crossed. " I took it away, but that bastard had the ability to give you some parts." he also clicked his tongue. 

Xianyu remained silent, lower head. If the guy was talking about Rouhan then it was very clear that the lady separated them in the middle of the chaos and left Sun Wei and Qi Zhou there. 'Just who is this guy?' he cussed to himself.

"Listen! I don't have enough time to play with you so if you didn't need anything else, let me go!" Though Xianyu was bold enough to say those words, inside him was a trembling youth.

"Very bold, it's cute," The lady on his side muttered.

The man in black stood up and shook his head, "No, no, no" he said. "I need you to help me, so you are going to stay here," he said.

The lady on his left side covered his lips with her flowery fan. "Then I will not waste my time here," she swayed and twirled around. "Goodbye," After swaying her hips and opening her fan, she disappeared.

Since they are the only ones left there, Xianyu didn't hesitate to ask. "Are you the man from my illusion? The one who took my soul?!"

The man in black was silent for a second. He remained mysterious, not even removing his hood and his mask. He flicked his hands and in an instant, the flames on the torches died. 

Darkness crawled up, making Xianyu blind of what's happening. He again started to rub his wrist to each other to create a crack. He was trying to loosen up the rope tied to him.

"Trying to escape, yes?"

Xianyu was stunned. How did this man know what he was doing? He stopped and turned his head, sensing where the voice came from. "If you want something from me just say it, you idiot!" 

The surroundings lit up, but everything has changed. He's not in a cave anymore. He was in an enclosed place with wall bricks. In the middle of it was a round table. 

Xianyu almost bawled his eyes when a familiar thing emerged from it. "That's it!" He lifted his head and when he realized that he wasn't tied up anymore, he dashed forward.

Approaching the glowing thing on the round table. It was a book with blank pages and empty cover. Unconsciously, he grabbed it. "This is the book I picked that day!" he exclaimed. Xianyu frowned, "Where's my name? It has my name in it, in the cover," 

A clap from behind made him jolted, He slowly turned around, gripping the book in his arms.

"So you figure it out," that deep voice said.

"What do you mean?!" 

"Chen Yang, you're not inside the book anymore,"
